A good spot for a quick getaway. We preferred a villa-style accommodation rather than a unit in a residential area. Also, because of our mum's limited mobility, the entire property being on the ground floor without any stairs was a plus. The owner/host provided us with all the necessary information, including a list of restaurants, since the property is quite secluded with no Grab services available. Although the water heater was initially not working, the issue was resolved promptly. Bath mats might require a change for something more water absorbent and anti-slip especially when there's young children. One thing I really appreciated was the availability of filtered water to keep us hydrated, which definitely reduced any hassle. Getting to the location could be difficult for larger vehicles or sports cars due to the narrow roads as you approach.

Good for a short stay. Night time was cooling.

Booked last minutes and the host Phoebe is very attentive. We enjoyed our stay. The heated pool is great with the best view around Genting. The location is good, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Will sure stay again if we come to genting. Thanks Phoebe

Feel like home. It’s the place that you can run to when you want to find peace. The air, the surrounding, it’s so worth it. The house is complete with all the necessities that you need. Just bring the detergent powder if you want to stay in a long period. The host very friendly. The neighbours and locals here really kind. I would say it’s a breathtaking place. I will definitely come again 💗 thank you Ms Ct for having us.

Overall a good stay, Gavin and Joanne are both very responsive. There’s cleaner staying nearby as well which is very helpful if you need them. Just one note that the room outside the house is not usable. We were only informed by the cleaner after we have arrived. The rest are near to perfect. Will recommend to others

Worth every penny! The place is superb. The amenities was complete and a very thoughtful owner. Very beautiful place.

Tq for hosting my family

This is a beautifully designed home and complete with everything you need for a good family holiday. From the many tools for BBQ, the badminton rackets, the various sitting options in living room to the windows/balconies everywhere to admire and enjoy the views. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, dishes, cutleries. Bedrooms were comfortable. Above all, the interior design is top notch. The grounds also offered multiple areas for outdoor fun and parties/bbq.

Me & my friends will definitely come again. Charis was so beautiful serene with waterfall & talapia pond. The host was very kind, they gave us the fish for foc for our bbq nite. The most amazing thing was i left my handbag at the gazebo during check out & contacted the pic abg udin. I just realized i left my handbag 30mins later! They found it & kept it until i return to Charis. Such a responsible & kind hearted person! Thanks to Fathin & team for a lovely gestures & hosting. Tqsm!

We are here to enjoy the weekend together with the team and be a bit more chill. Met the expectations, and everyone rested well. Whoever wants to come in a group, I think is a good choice beds are more than enough to fit everyone. There is also another small cottage which female and male can seperate out
