Una vera esperienza, Asia e la sua Co-host Annia sono delle splendide (è proprio il caso di dirlo) padrone di casa. l'appartamento del villino a disposizione degli ospiti è una vera chicca a due passi da Piazza Caprera e dai servizi. La ristrutturazione di questo capolavoro architettonico è un viaggio nel viaggio. Gli ambienti sono funzionali e comodi, le luci e l'arredamento di gusto e minimalisti, di design ricercato per creare un piacevole contrasto con il pavimento e le mura storiche. La posizione, l'accoglienza e il comfort sono i punti forti di questa unica e irripetibile soluzione abitativa. Un'esperienza che si può condividere con diversi amici, sentendosi veramente a casa. Andrea estaba muy atento a todo. A pesar no sabemos italiano, se mostro atento y se esmero para entendernos. Recomendado. Muy limpio todo. Muy agradable el lugar. Si visito nuevamente europa, me alojaria nuevamente en este lugar

This place was incredibly unique. Beautiful property and house. We marveled at its design everyday we woke up in it. There was something new to notice everyday we were there. We had already explored Rome by this part of our trip and were exploring the surrounding area with a family who was staying close to the location we were at. It’s quiet, close to a food store and was within a short driving distance to a lot of things/places. It was a nice place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of Rome for a little. To top our visit, we really enjoyed the sunset from the patio on our last night.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this location. The hosts were extremely friendly and responded to all of our messages within minutes. The location is right by the beach and there is lots to do in the area. It is also 5mins away from the subway station that gets you yo Ostia and Rome in no time. The price was unbeatable!! We would love to come back again :)

Superbe maison avec jardin manifique à 20 min du Colisée en bus qui passe juste devant. Supermarché 24/24 en face de la maison. Équipement au top !

Abbiamo alloggiato la settimana che va dal 18 al 25 agosto... Eravamo due famiglie ci siamo trovati benissimo la villetta è fantastica soprattutto un patio dove poter mangiare e stare in giardino a prendere il fresco la sera...la casa è dotata sia di lavastoviglie che di lavatrice,ogni stanza ha l'aria condizionata...casa in posizione strategica in un attimo al mare e in un'attimo si può visitare Roma andare all isola si Ponza ecc ecc... Giuditta una persona fantastica mi ha aiutato su ogni mia richiesta mi ha trovato persino parcheggio in centro Roma ristoranti dove poter mangiare insomma che dire siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti... Consiglio la villa di Giuditta a tutti...

My boyfriend and I stayed at Oswald in August 2024. The house is perfectly located between Rome and the beach (each 25 min drive). Which is ideal if you need a quite, isolated place but also easily accessible if you want to visit and other activities. The house is fully equiped and we even enjoyed making BBQ in the garden. As remote workers, the internet connexion is good enough even for online meetings and the house has a lot of different rooms you can work from. We really enjoyed our stay and for sure will come back.

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Fabio and his mother were fabulous hosts. Their villa was welcoming and clean with amazing views of Rome from the living room. We enjoyed Frascati, Rome, and other small towns nearby. Train was easily accessible. Restaurants and vino terrific! Staying at the villa made our family vacation a wonderful memory! Grazie Fabio ! We may return in the near future!

Ivano è stato subito caloroso e gentile dal momento in cui abbiamo prenotato la casa. Eravamo un gruppo abbastanza ampio di persone e nonostante questo Ivano ha fatto di tutto per venire in contro alle nostre esigenze. La casa è meravigliosa e abbiamo passato un capodanno molto bello. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida struttura e non possiamo fare a meno di elogiare l'ospitalità del nostro host, una persona davvero super alla mano, gentile e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. È stato attento a ogni dettaglio, assicurandosi che non ci mancasse alcun comfort durante il nostro soggiorno. La struttura è davvero bellissima e non osiamo immaginare quanto possa essere bella in primavera o in estate. È dotata di tutti i comfort immaginabili: sauna, jacuzzi super igienizzata, una piscina meravigliosa e un barbecue perfetto per pranzi e serate all’aperto. La casa è impeccabile, pulita e ben equipaggiata con ogni elettrodomestico necessario. Abbiamo soggiornato con degli amici e un’altra coppia e gli spazi interni sono molto ampi, comodi e accoglienti. Inoltre, la posizione è ideale: a soli 3 minuti c’è un bar con tavolini all’aperto e a 5 minuti un supermercato grande e ben fornito. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare per un nuovo! C&A

The Villa was really big & comfortable. Maurizio answered every communication within minutes. He was flexible with changes in arrangements and was always friendly and patient. We were a family group and found it easy to get into central Rome with underground trains every 5 minutes. Only 6 stops, took about 12 minutes. Thanks Maurizio for a lovely stay.

Great place for the Vatican, about 15-20mins walking to St Peter's square/Basilica. Public transport nearby. Older condo, but it transports you to older times but with modern amenities. Biggest reason I selected this place was the on-site parking, which is a driveway inside a gate right next to the house, so it's a secured parking area.

Lovely place. The house was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, fans in every room. Pretty much as described. The outside pool area was wonderful. Pool house with shower and toilet helpful. Covered dining area with fridge and barbecue was great. We (3 generations) spent most of our time there. Grounds well cared for and area well maintained. Thomas was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. A great holiday. Thank you Thomas.

Massimo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war super und wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Massimo ist leicht zu erreichen und es gab Tipps für Ausflugsziele und Restaurants. Nur zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. Our stay at Susana and Antonio's villa was nothing short of magical. We spent two weeks in this spacious, well-appointed home, which boasts three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, high ceilings, a cozy living room, and comfortable kitchen. The villa is nestled in a serene environment, surrounded by olive trees, and cactuses lining the fence. The breathtaking views of the mountains and the starry night skies were unforgettable. We also loved swimming pool, perfect for unwinding after our day trips, and the outdoor shower added a delightful touch. The villa is perfect for solo travelers, couples like us, or families with children, thanks to the secure fenced surroundings and the abundant activities available on the property. The location of the villa is ideal. Although we rented a car, the nearby train station made it easy to explore Rome (just 30 minutes away) and other destinations. In conclusion, our stay at Susana and Antonio's villa was a truly unforgettable experience.

My husband and I booked this Vila to host our immediate family the week of our wedding and it was PERFECT! The property itself was beautiful and was large enough that 11 people could stay there but not feel on top of each other. They had plenty of great amenities to make your stay even more comfortable and their communication was impeccable. It was a 8 minute walk to the train station which was amazing! Taking the train an hour up to Rome was a breeze. However- and it’s not a bad thing more like a heads up. We rented a large SUV (jeep compass) and the driveway is very narrow and tight! So just be careful when getting to the top. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely go back.

Best place to live in Rome. Loved it. I will stay again in the future. They have a 100 year old family tortoise that was absolute blast for the kids. You do need a rental car for convenience but you can use taxi or metro to get by. Grocery store is in walkable distance. The owner is friendly and very helpful on giving advice and tips. Beds are super comfortable. I will stay again in the future.

magnifique propriété, calme et repos garanti tout d abord, on remercie énormément Guliamo , le papa, qui est toujours là en cas de besoin, et surtout accueillant, et bien veillant, un grand merci Guliamo la maison est un vrai petit musée à l intérieur, pleines de choses anciennes le parc autour de la maison est magnifique, pleines de plantes a découvrir, sans compter les pins qui apportent beaucoup d air et de fraîcheur belle et grande piscine bref, tout ce qu il faut pour se reposer pendant ses vacances

Wir waren schon in sehr vielen Airbnb Unterkünften. Doch diese Unterkunft mit der Gastfreundschaft und Fürsorglichkeit von Gianpiero und Eugenia setzt neue Maßstäbe !!!! 5 Sterne reichen nicht aus. Daher 10/10. Was macht diese Unterkunft so außergewöhnlich? Die Gastgeber, die Lage, die Einrichtung, das Flair. Mit dem Bus ca. 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Das antike Rom mit den Katakomben direkt um die Ecke. Frische Blumen, Croissants, Begrüßungssekt, Selbst gemachter Honig und Wein zum Abschied. Auch Ebikes können genutzt werden. Gienpiero hat mir sogar mein Ipad, daß ich vergessen habe nach Hause geschickt. Vielen Dank nochmal für Alles
