Very cute place, just right for two people. Nice neighborhood but a car was a necessity. It wasn’t too far a drive to the Seven Mile Beach area, the Cayman Islands Brewery was a 5-minute drive, as was Spotts Beach. Grace provided everything we needed in the kitchen, but you should bring your own shower soap as none is provided. The pool was great, too! We would definitely stay here again and look forward to next time!

Home away from home! Liz's place is fully stocked, modern, clean and comfortable. The softest sheets, most comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. The view is beautiful! The porch is screened in and a great place for any meal, we loved sitting out there in the mornings to drink our coffee. Conveniently located to grocery stores, many restaurants and not far from the airport. All around a great location to any spot on the island. The beach is soft and stunning with great snorkeling just steps from your door. We swam with turtles every morning, relaxed on the soft beautiful sand and just soaked up every moment. We have already rebooked for June. Can't wait to go back! Thanks Liz for such a wonderful stay. Every detail was thought of and it made for an extra special week!

Place was great, finding it and checking in was easy. Xiran was quick to respond with any questions we had. Beach was a bit rocky but the pool was great and was a short walk down to Sunset Cove where there was a good sandy beach with snorkeling opportunities. Had some snorkel gear at the condo with kids beach toys as well which was useful. Getting around the island was easy with plenty of taxis and made use of the public bus routes which were easy to use as well at a lesser cost if you weren’t on a time restraint.

Andre, Was super friendly and helpful, we got to meet him in person which was lovely The apartment was extremely clean and everything was like brand new, Huge Tv with Netflix which kept my partner happy! Great location walking distance to a supermarket and other shops Restaurants downstairs we didn't eat there but they seemed busy Rooftop pool was great and never busy Had an amazing stay and hopefully will return Thank you once again Andre for everything Kind Regards Lisa and Vernard

This hideaway was cuter than the pictures! Our host was super responsive. We really liked the amenities…kitchen, full size washer and dryer, outdoor area to relax or eat, a/c and an extra fan. This place was very clean, quiet and just minutes from Cemetery Beach! The beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus, and were so appreciated to take to the beach! We would highly recommend this place!! TY for sharing it with us…from Kansas.

The condo was comfortable, clean and well-stocked with necessities. The hosts were responsive and pleasant to deal with. The location is ideal with many great restaurants within walking distance. We were lucky enough to rent when there was some sand at the beach and enjoyed our time there.

Keidys’ place gets 5 stars. The unit matched the description and photos and is SUPER CLEAN. It is also very quiet and private; I felt at home. You are also within walking distance to everything, the beach, restaurants, grocery; I didn’t need a car at all. The bus stop is at the front of the property, stops about every 8 minutes, and $2.5 pp per leg, so very convenient if you don’t want to walk. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We absolutely loved our stay at Campbell’s place!! It was quiet and very nice, exactly like the photos. There was a kiddy pool for our 2 year old daughter and the beach was very private and not crowded. Campbell was very responsive when we had a problem and had a quick fix for us! Would definitely stay again!

Peter's house was perfect. Half the price of local hotels and much more accommodating. fully stocked kitchen so we could make breakfast each morning before heading out. we don't have children but if you do, there was high chair, beach toys, beach towels, even games, and books for rainy day activities or evenings in. washer/dryer was so convenient so you can only bring half the clothes and launder then halfway through vaca to save on luggage fees. The only thing the house does not have is toiletries, but there is a grocery store about a mile down the road for everything that you would need Location is IDEAL. close to everything. Very safe and quiet. Peter gave us some great recommendations for our stay including a local gym and best resturaunts. Do yourself a favor, book this house instead of a hotel for your Cayman getaway!

Six of us were there for scuba diving. Easy 10 minute drive to our dive operation. 15 mins to best restaurants on the island. Kitchen was well equipped, dining table is huge, pool was used daily. Great sunsets by the sea. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Casa Avi. It really does feel like someone's home, not just because of its nice furniture and art, but because of little things--like the kitchen knives were very good! It's a truly private and peaceful place, and the balcony turned out to be a spot for spotting animals: a night heron fishing, parrotfish pecking through the sea grass just beyond the sand, and even a little agouti scurrying across the path to the beach. We snorkeled right off the beach every day. There's reef a short a swim from the beach--like a lot of places in the Caribbean and elsewhere, it's not as healthy a reef as it used to be years ago, but there are still lots of fish, and we saw stingrays, spiny lobsters, balloon fish, squid, and a big barracuda. Daniel and Avril were friendly and quickly responsive to all our questions. We would all happily come back!

Great place- peaceful and lots of areas to hang out- great screened porch. Lots of games- beautiful to be on the ocean- pool not huge but good to cool off. Restaurant recommendations were great. The kitchen is well stocked. The host was very responsive. Nice to have 3 bathrooms for our group! Thank you for a great vacation!

Je suis vraiment satisfaite de mon expérience aux îles Cayman. J’ai adore le logement je l’aurais acheter pour y vivre , l’environnement est calme, c’est très propre, il y a tout ce qu’on a besoin, tout est pensé et réfléchie pour notre confort. Les chambres sont belles et la terrasse est parfaite. Les instructions sont très claire et Patricia est patiente et tellement charmante. Je recommanderai ce condo à tous mes amis qui désirent expérimenter les îles Cayman et je recommande cet endroit pour les gens qui recherchent un voyage calme et reposant. La plage est en effet sauvage mais on s’habitue très vite à la nature et il y a de beaux bassins bleu turquoise et chaud ! Les journée à la plage privée était très reposante. Mon conjoint et mon fils on fait du kayak tous les jours et mes 3 enfants ont fait du snorkeling, tout était disponible et en bon état wow!! Les serviettes de plage sont parfaites grandes et moelleuses ! Les nombreuses piscines et les maisons colorées offrent un paysage

The property was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful beachfront, well stocked kitchen, living areas with comfortable seating, comfortable beds. Hosts were highly responsive and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We took advantage of the kayak and snorkeling equipment that are included. The entire home is exceptionally clean and spacious. Hope to return someday!

We loved our stay!! The house had everything we could possibly need, comfortable and clean, beautiful beach great for sun bathing snorkeling kayaking and great pool. Good restaurants nearby. walking distance mini grocery store. Easy contact Chloe and Ryan if we needed any assistance. We will recommend it to friends and will love to return again! Grand caymen rocks!

We loved this place! The house had so many extra items for convenience (like beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, beach towels, kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes/seasonings/etc. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the back patio and the many different birds. There were two parrots we saw every day. The location is nicely centralized because you can drive anywhere on the island in less than 30 minutes. Craig was very informative, friendly, and prompt in all communication. Would definitely return to this spot! Ear plugs are essential in the early hours because the roosters are crowing everywhere on the island.

This is a great location. The pool and pool bar are fun and reasonably priced. There is some snorkeling right off the beach. We walked to several restaurants, camana bay, the cruise ship port, and the south half of 7 mile beach. The buses are inexpensive and easy to use right from the condo. The condo itself was very clean, had nice views, and a great balcony that we used frequently. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect for our family during spring break! No issues whatsoever and our host was always responsive and helpful.

We had a great time at Amy’s place. Family/kid friendly. The place had everything we needed in terms of space/beds. Beautiful view. Full Kitchen essentials. W/D. Toys/books for kids, some water activity supplies. There was construction next door but it really did not bother us at all. Great location with easily walkable beach. Although it is was not really for swimming with kids, it was awesome for exploring rocks looking for hermit crabs. Has some walkable restaurant. Parking was tight, but super glad we had an assign spot. Definitely would recommend! And most like will try to come back!

Great location if you like to be away from the crowd. You will need a rental car to get around. Eve was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was really spacious and comfortable. I loved being able to snorkel right there. Very quiet.

The condo was in a great location for us! We loved the private beach but could walk to the more crowded ones as well. Awesome sunsets! The pool looked nice but we did not go in it. We were too busy in the ocean! The condo was spacious and the beds weee very, very comfortable! There was plenty of room for 6 of us in the condo. The condo also had everything we needed. And the hosts were very responsive to all my questions. I hope to return to this location again!!

Had a wonderful stay with the private beach area truly steps away from the condo!!! We loved seeing the water from the living room and main bedroom and appreciated the snorkel gear that was available. My family enjoyed great snorkeling right off the beach with reef areas just feet off the shore and the sunken ship just down the strip. The condo was very well equipped, and Toby and Laura are excellent hosts. Only item to note is that the mattresses are quite firm so if you prefer that, you will be very happy. In any case, I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great apartment with sea view and steps away from the beach. Fully equiped kitchen and wonderful cleaning staff and host. We were not able to open the safe and that was immediatly taken care of. Great communication with all involved. The bedroom upstairs has a lot of light in the a.m. but for us it was fine. The beds are extremely confortable. 5 stars apartment!

This was our 1st time visiting Grand Cayman and what a beautiful experience we had! The Condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Everything had a label or instructions on how to use it so we wouldn’t have to think too hard. That was greatly appreciated! David, Lee, and Ildi were great at responding quickly and were very attentive! I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!
