Karen’s place felt like home. She is a thoughtful and friendly host, her home was clean and she provided a lot of useful household items. The check in and check out process were easy to follow. The amenities were as described. We enjoyed using the pool on level 8 and checking out the views from the rooftop garden area on level 38.

Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay in a prime location. Alicia is very friendly, responsive she also helps us with an early check-in. The view from the room is also stunning and it is located in a strategic spot, near malls and hospitals. Highly recommended!😊

A great stay in the heart of Penang. The accommodation has everything you would need from a washing machine, iron, ironing board as well as plenty of kitchen utensils. The owners were very proactive with their communication and made checking in easy. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance and a larger supermarket is roughly a 15 minute walk away, for basic stuff there is a 24 hour shop near the entrance. Would definitely recommend and would love to return again some day.

Was a nice apartment building, great location, nice pool and amenities. Great views and good value for money. I’d recommend staying here and I’ll stay again if I come to Penang !

The unit is sparkling clean and I those family and sure will come back again.like the wall decoration much. We are family comfortable to stay here. Host also shared some food tips to us that is plus point. Will highly recommended.

My stay at this Airbnb in Penang was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and right at home. The host was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They provided clear instructions, local tips (don’t miss the nearby hawker stalls!), and even a small welcome snack—a lovely touch!

My first experience using airbnb and i can say that the host very responsive, also the host give clear instructions how to check in & check out . Very recommended

The owner deco the room beautifully, which is very suitable for girls who like to take photos. The bed is very comfortable, the owner also has prepare towel, and the TV equipment is also good. You can watch Youtube. The balcony is also clean and the toilet is also good. But the washbasin in the toilet has some dirty marks. The refrigerator in the kitchen is also very cold..The drinking water filter doesn't seem to have been washed for a long time. Although the floor is very high, the sound insulation is not good. There will be sound when someone passes through the corridor at night. But overall is good, suitable for few people/group holiday to stay over.

Chan’s place is in a very convenient location with many restaurants, cafes and a supermarket just downstairs. The area is not too busy and great for a relaxing stay while being close enough to Georgetown. Chan assisted in-person with the checkin and have clear instructions and recommendations. The apartment was clean, tidy, and with good amenities. The only thing I would say is that there wasn’t any tea, coffee, or sugar provided in the apartment— which would’ve been nice!
