Beautiful Peranakan style house with ample space (we were a group of 8 adults), very clean and well maintained home. Ke is a wonderful host - will happily recommend this place to others

we were very impressed with the comfort of the house. nice clean and comfortable. the design is very good. and the homeowner is very informative. all stages of opening the house were explained clearly. we were very happy to stay there even though it was only for a day.

The house was located in a private and small street, off the crowded main road. Check in was simple and there was space for 2 cars. The house was nicely renovated and everything still looked new. The 3 rooms could easily accommodate 8 people and there was ample dining and living space. All electrical items worked well and the TV, WiFi was good. Air-conditioning and hot water were in good condition. The 2 showers were Japanese size but no real complaints there. Having a washing machine saved us a lot of effort. The only complain we had was the loud karaoke singing from a few houses away that went on until midnight. All in it was a really good stay, maybe one of the best Airbnb deals I have experienced.

Nice! The house is as clean and neat as the picture shows. My family and I liked this hostel very much, but it did not provide the toothbrush and toothpaste in the picture. But I will come back next time I travel to Penang. thank you

My friend and his big family of 16 pax had great time bonding with relaxed and cosy ambience in this air bnb. These group family members are elderly 55-80 years old, and they found safe home and well equipped bathrooms and living rooms facilities. Will return to this air bnb as it wins the hearts of many that stayed. Hopefully, will get the best rates when next bookings in owner’s properties. The apartment look the same like the picture. Great views from master bedroom and living room . Surprisingly even got room for children , all my little cousin loves it and don’t wanna go home the day we should check out🤣

A really lovely apartment, well furnished and fully equipped, in a beautiful part of town, near shopping malls, excellent restaurants and coffee shops, and right by a bus stop for trips to the beaches at Tanjung Bungah and Batu Feringgi. A short walk to the Gurney Bay park. Excellent parking facilities. Two lovely double bedrooms, a single, and excellent showers/bathrooms.

The unit we rented on the 28th floor, a bit far from the elevator and there are some minor things, but our family likes to live here and got used to it after a few days. The unit is also equipped with tap water, refrigerator, TV, juicer, stove, washing machine and all the dining utensils. Check-in was easy enough and the unit was clean enough. Security was good. The rental price is quite comparable to the unit and its service. The host is also kind and responsive to answer/provide solutions. This unit is perfect for families/those who have business in Gleaneagles Hospital because its location is next door and only a short walk away. MansionOne which is right behind Vouk Hotel also has a convenience store, pharmacy, Starbucks and shops selling local souvenirs. Several streetfood/hawker street locations are 5-8 minutes away and can be reached by grab for only RM5/RM6. We would love to stay here if we return to Penang.

9일동안 머물렀었는데 정말 내집처럼 편히 쉴수 있었어요. 우선은 모든 친구와 수건들이 너무 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 있었고 집안곳곳의 청소 상태가 휼룡했어요 그리고 모든 물품들이 잘 비치되어 있어 지내기에 불편함이 없었어요. 거실에서 보이는 전망은 도시와 바다가 조화롭게 어우러져 정말 멋졌어요. 만약 다시 패낭을 여행한다면 다시 머물고 싶은 숙소에요.

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

Fantastic stay with easy access to the beach and a quiet haven away from the busy areas of Penang. Most amenities were a short walk away. Kids loved the playground and pool area. All the necessities were also provided in the apartment so we could settle in straight away. Jean was also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for families wanting to stay in Batu Ferringhi.

Good place to stay . And private

Spectacular views of the city from a modern, clean and well maintained apartment. Host is very helpful and responsive. The activity floor is one of the best I’ve seen with a gym, pool, theatre, mini rock climbing wall and soccer/basketball court.

Generally the apartment is good. Location around 10min away by cab from the old Georgetown places. Only gripe is that during peak season, having only 4 lifts to serve 40+ levels of residents means having to wait quite a bit for lift during peak hours. Host is quite friendly and accommodating though, so no complaints

A shout out for the host who is very responsive and proactive in offering suggestions of popular local eateries. The condo is located in a rustic part of the city amidst local car businesses. While this locale is not your 5th Avenue equal, it’s convenient by Grab car for a quick and affordable access to the city center where all the popular eateries are located. Quick and easy commutes to golf courses is a huge plus for us. The apartment, located on a very high floor, is amply furnished with all essential conveniences for a family’s comfortable stay. From the living and master bedroom, you are greeted with unblocked views of the city landscape and the ocean that lies beyond. All the kitchen appliances are fairly new and functional. Aircon and ceiling fans in all rooms made for a comfortable and restful sleep at night. The infinitive pool and well-equipped gym located on top level of the condo offer a rejuvenating respite from the many local cuisines one would had indulged in.

It was a great and impeccably clean place to stay, with a beautiful view.
