We loved our stay, super cosy, relaxing, we had everything we needed, great parking space right outside the door, shop nearby, lovely walk to the beach which was lovely. Would definitely stay again

A great place to stay to explore beautiful Exmoor. The second time we have stayed there its clean, cosy and comfortable with fabulous views of the coast and access to great walks.

Just had another great stay with Alison. The apartment was spotless as always. It is well equipped and Alison is such a great host. She is friendly and helpful. What more could you ask.

apartment was amazing with great veiws of the sea directly in front of the building. the living area does get hot when the sun is out and there are 2 flights of stairs it get to the lounge and kitchen area but we'll worth the climb. visited morans Thai restaurant 2 min walk from apartment...amazing food! would definitely visit again x

A very warm, comfortable place with a lot of character and history - it was very well equipped with everything you might need. Carolynn was great at sharing all the relevant details to get there and the instructions book was a very good idea. I would definitely recommend and/or come back.

A lot has been said already about this property. It was quieter than I thought. We were from Monday to Friday and it was very quiet. I really felt at home. The house has everything you need. The location offers a lot of opportunities to relax your mind just by looking outside of the window and noticing the changes. Whether you are on your own or with your family, this is an amazing property in an amazing location, and quite central to the town. Nearby there is a Ringo car park that will cost you 30 pounds a week. I want to thank Matt for hosting us. Will definitely book again if we are around the area again.

Had a fantastic stay at Louise’s apartment. It was appointed to a very high standard and surpassed our expectations. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Great private parking which made things so easy and the location was only a few minutes away from coffee shops and restaurants. Nice views as well, definitely recommended if you’re looking for quality accommodation in Ilfracombe.

Would highly recommend this place - had a great outdoor space with lots of well maintained outdoor furniture Lots of coffee and tea, along with dishwasher and laundry detergent which really helped us out

Modern stylish house, very clean. Quiet new-build area close to town centre. Would stay here again.

Great location and easy 15min access to the beach via sandy lane. Sarah is pro-active with her messages and contacted us the moment their was a local power cut, and provided clear checkin/out instructions.

We were visiting with 2 dogs and the enclosed gravel area outside was excellent for the dogs. The house was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we needed for a stay over Christmas. There are wonderful sandy beaches close by and the whole area is very dog friendly. Bideford has a large Morrisons and there is an organic vegetable and meat place close by for provisions. Highly recommend.

If I had an issue or question the phone numbers provided were very responsive. Lovely house. Big and spacious. Great views from ours. Nice warm temperature inside. The hot tub might not be hot on the first day of book in though.

Beautiful, spacious, unique place, with lovely decor and finished with elegance. Well thought out accommodation with everything you need. The place suited us perfectly for 9 guests. Exactly as described on the site. We struggled a bit with the amount of people to number of bathrooms, (1 bathroom, plus 1 en-suite) but not really an issue, just a bit of planning. The host, Rose was great, really responsive, approachable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and love to book again.

Stayed for a weekend here for my birthday and was absolutely stunning. Toni was thoughtful and kind and left a happy birthday banner and kindly gifted me a card and chocolate - thank you again. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and felt like being at home. Toni was able to help and answer with anything that we needed help with Will definetly be coming back in the future. Jessica was a great host always responding quickly and efficiently to any queries. We loved the accommodation. We visited with 2 grown up children and their partners as well as a baby. There was more than ample space for everyone and the kitchen/dinning area was a fantastic social space where everyone was able to gather, cook, relax, play games etc. The village itself seemed quite quiet, but the coast, beaches, supermarkets etc were easily reachable within a 10 minute drive. We hadn’t visited this area before, had a great time and would thoroughly recommend the accommodation. A very easy 5 star review!

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . Perfect relaxing week Thankyou x

We had a fantastic stay here. Beautiful sea views, short walk to the beach and restaurants and the bonus of a private parking space right outside !

We stayed for 3 nights in late March and loved our time at The Snug. Emma did everything to make sure we found the property easily and could get into the property without any fuss. Once inside it was a spotless home away from home. A great location to the harbour and all the amazing restaurants/cafes/ wine bars that surround it. The furthest we walked to a restaurant was a leisurely 10minutes from The Snug. Would definitely recommend Ilfracombe and The Snug if you’re looking for a relaxing time away. Thank you Emma!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sam’s - place was as described and did not disappoint! The only slight downside was that the check in instructions were slightly confusing and we got slightly lost initially - we looked for an apartment labelled 30(1) on floor SF and eventually figured out after some time that it meant apartment 30 on the second floor. Other than that though, fabulous stay and would thoroughly recommend to all! We were especially impressed with how well-stocked the place was, amenities wise, and all the electronics and kitchen ware provided were top notch :)

Andy & Lisa were great hosts and this is a lovely place to stay. Immaculate and uncluttered with quality furniture fittings and decor. Scones and eggs on arrival was a lovely touch, thank you. I would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at Stephen’s home. Stephen was a very welcoming and engaging host. We had the whole of the top floor of the house to ourselves, with a very comfortable lounge/kitchen. The rooms were very spacious and we loved the four poster bed! The house was in a peaceful spot with beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Tracey's Woolacombe apartment. The location is fantastic with superb views of the bay, and close by the beach, village shops and restaurants. Everything you need is within a few minute's walk, we parked our car in the allocated space when we arrived and didn't move it again until we checked out. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of five. Tracey is a really good host, would definitely consider staying again.
