Diane’s place was great! We had the family together for Thanksgiving and the condo was the perfect place for us all to meet. It is well stocked, spacious and clean. As we were there in the colder months there were no beach trips, but it is well situated if we had. The indoor pool was a great treat in the chilly weather. I highly recommend.

Everything was exactly as expected. Great location and surroundings. Met a couple of FT residents, very friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay! The hosts have provided beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys, and footballs to make our beach day enjoyable! It is a short walk to the beach, pools, lazy river, and restaurant from our unit. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Absolutely fabulous and highly recommended. Great location for restaurants/stores. Beautiful view of beach and pool, nice porch/furniture. Easy access to elevators/stairs/washer/dryer. On site parking. Plenty of space to spread out. Stocked kitchen. Easy to get to beach and pool. My family said this is the best place we have stayed since coming to the area in 2013. We would definitely rent there again.

We had a great time! The condo was clean, cozy and exactly the same as the pictures. Greg was very quick to reply to any questions we had. We would recommend this place to anyone! Beautiful spot!

I had a training to attend during my stay and my family came along. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to cook our own meals due to a couple of us having gluten sensitivities. Having two bathrooms was nice. Beach access was a great.

It looked just like the ad and the view was great!!!

Great location on the property. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and well kept. Host was very nice and proactive in answering all of our questions!

Ashton's place is my first rental in SSB, having just moved from this area in July '24. This unit is sparkling clean, well decorated and easy to find. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by! Kitchen is fully equipped, as well as the bathroom. So nice to have the stackable washer and dryer too! This is a very comfortable condo and I would recommend to anyone needing this size space on the South side of SSB!

This condo was exactly what we needed. It’s on a golf course, very peaceful, very clean and the decor is charming. The balcony was a nice place to sit at any time. Pawleys island is such a lovely place and this condo was just minutes from anything the island had to offer. We hope to return soon!

Martin was so kind and helpful. He responded so quickly. The home was exactly as we imagined and we enjoyed our stay.

Place was comfortable and peaceful! Very clean with lots of extra toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies available. Nice selection of boards games, and my boys loved the NES classic. Host was very friendly and responsive.

My husband and I have always stayed beachfront. This beautiful unit has definitely changed our mind. The view over the intercoastal waterway was stunning. The location is quiet and peaceful within a lovely neighborhood. The host was contacted with several questions and responded in a very timely manner and was always courteous and helpful.

Loved the location, right by hole #10. Great proximity to Georgetown and beaches. The condo was very clean. Could use a new toaster and perhaps some small bowls. Appliances worked great. We had a great stay!

We’ve been traveling to Pawleys for 10 years. Most of the time we look for a rental in True Blue that allows dogs. We think this condo has been the best for pets. Its location is on a quiet street with areas for walking with our dog.

Marks place was clean and in a great location, mark was very responsive, we have been coming here for years now and will be returning next year.

Loved the place definitely would travel and book with the host again. The quick and easy access to the pool and jacuzzi was great. Also close to all the things you want to do without being right in front of it and the traffic.

Amazing stay! Ryan and Tiffany were kind and responsive hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed. The place was cozy and clean! We loved the condo and felt at home. The area was nice, friendly people, and close to lots of stores! Would stay again! Thanks for a lovely stay!!

Lynn was very quick to respond to any questions. The condo was clean and a in a great location to walk to everything in garden city. We would definitely stay again !

Very clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Nice porch to read, relax and enjoy the sun and breeze. We have stayed there before. The only thing I would caution anyone about is lots of stairs (bedroom is upstairs as well as stairs to entry) which I was aware of but may be difficult for someone. Nice quiet and clean surroundings as well. Close to pier and restaurants.

This was the perfect place for our short stay. It was very clean and had everything you needed. The space was perfect to come back and relax and the pool was great for those humid nights.

Lovely condo, little details such as beach towels and sand toys were a great touch for families who travel from out of town. Lots of amenities and we would definitely come again!

Awesome location near the point in Garden City Beach SC. Ocean view balcony. On the inlet side of the condos, make sure to take in a stunning sunset from either the pool deck or I highly recommend walking to the end of the private dock! Absolutely gorgeous! Perfect weekend getaway! Thanks Joseph. We’ll be back !
