Wonderful host that was very informative and upfront about any question I had. Even helped with getting the passes for Oceanlakes, which no other host I’ve used has done in the past. House was laid out perfect and was very roomy! Even had games, and other activities to do while inside. Nothing but great things to say about the home and host! Will be using them again for the next visit to Ocean lakes!

So cute, clean and cozy! Candi was so responsive and friendly! She allowed us to bring our 3 doggos, and made everything from the booking to checkout a breeze. I definitely recommend to any couple or small family looking for a beautiful place close to the ocean, and within driving distance of Myrtle Beach attractions.

This was our second stay at the farm house and we felt right at home. The house is a perfect location for our clay shooting competitions when Georgetown hosts. Mrs Janet is a wonderful host.

Great house. Very comfortable and had everything to cook Thanksgiving meal. They had everything we needed.

Thus was our 2nd time staying here for the Run to the Sun car show, and it will not be our last! We absolutely LOVE staying in this house. The neighborhood is peaceful and quite. There are lots of things to do an eat near by. Dennis has ben the best host, making sure we got in the house ok, and making sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back!!

We enjoyed our stay at erins home. It was a peaceful place with privacy! My kids loved the pool and hot tub and puppy loved the fence! She is very responsive and helpful with any questions i had!

Our family had a great time at this house. This house had everything you would need. The kitchen was top notch with very nice appliances and all kinds of gadgets. The outdoor pet shower was awesome after being on the beach. The covered side shed was a big plus for the boat. Also, was a short golf cart ride to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. I definitely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at By the Sea. Private ground floor efficiency with NO STAIRS! Absolutely beautiful view of marsh. Room is so cozy; it would be an excellent get away for 1 person too. Very comfortable bed. We liked how the shower area was split from toilet/sink bathroom. Used the coffee maker each morning. Enjoyed sitting out by the firepit watching all the beautiful sea birds...got some great photos, including sunrise. Walked to wonderful restaurant practically next door and also the Brewery down & xc street. The area is so peaceful & laid back. Gail & Gerard go above & beyond with extras.....ROBES(!), chocolates, and the BEST was use of the state park pass which we used at Huntington Beach SP each day. They are extremely quick to respond to questions and so helpful. Didn't get a chance to meet them in person but we appreciated the privacy. Absolutely want to stay there again!

This place— I would recommend a thousand times over. Gail and Gerry are some of the sweetest hosts I’ve ever had the honor of meeting and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, comfortable, and peaceful. The acute attention to detail, such as music playing when we entered for the first time, truly showed just how much these hosts take pride in the place they’ve set up as well as the care and love they show towards their guests. We will be back!

Carol and Dale couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. My son had a sporting clay tournament at Backwoods nearby and it was the perfect location. I would highly recommend Carol and her place. It was exactly what we needed and we would most definitely stay here again. Communication was breeze. Thanks again for hosting us!

The stay surpassed our expectations! It was lovely inside and had a great view. It was a bit tricky to find the apartment, but the hosts provided really clear instructions. Only downside was no windows in the bedrooms - but if you like to sleep in it is perfect because it was so dark in there!! Really enjoyed our stay!
