Had a great experience and everything was clean. Everything you have at home is there. No need to bring pans and pots to cook. Theres also a grill! The people there are very nice and will definitely go back again.

My stay was great! The location was great, lots to do and eat within walking distance. I really appreciate the recommendations Amy and Hoang provided in the area as well. Everything was clean and simple. The check in and out descriptions were super helpful. I would stay here again!

The condos were just as expected. Loved sitting out on the porch in the nice weather with a view to downtown! The beds were SUPER comfortable. Close to a lot of places. It's on a busy street so there's a lot of road noise, but if you have a sound machine at night, you can't hear it.

I needed a place near campus to host an evening get together for a small team and this was the perfect spot! It was right in the middle of west campus and was easy to access. There were four beds and two foldable couches. There was a nice patio area and roomy kitchen. Great spot for a quick get together and would definitely recommend for those trying to stay close to the college life. Great host overall. Very communicative and friendly.

We had an incredible stay. The place is gorgeous and with huge view and so well located - walk to everything! The amenities were beautiful. I can't recommend this place enough!!!!

Stayed here to really take in the Austin scene. Just a heads up most places on Rainey are closed Monday and Tuesday. This place was perfect location wise. We walked all over, even to the University of Texas. Restaurants and hot spots were great and we watched the bats from the rooftop pool. Only thing I wished we had was a grocery store that had more food options. The royal blue was great but we would have preferred steaks to cook. Whole Foods is down the street but you would want to drive or get a scooter to help with the trek back. All in all ,this was perfect for us and we would highly recommend to anyone who asks where is the best place to stay and get the full Austin experience 😊

Had a great stay! The apartment clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience. Bonus points for the working EV charger, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great place to stay—would definitely recommend!

The place was beautiful, comfy and had plenty of room! Loved the fact there were a lot of food places and bars within walking distance and a very short scoot or drive to downtown! Definitely recommend and definitely would stay again!

I have stayed in 100s of airbnbs across the globe. Erin’s place is flawless. Close enough to walk to Austin, a BEAUTIFUL riverfront path for jogging or walking, nearby paddle boarding, but also walkable for things like restaurants, UPS, Walgreens etc. It’s a short drive to the Alamo if you’re a movie fan, fifteen minutes from the airport. Five minutes from downtown by uber. Forty minute walk to the bat cave. Plus the place is clean. Cozy. Quiet. The washer and dryer for clothes were so helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with incredibly sharp knives. Nest thermostat for weather control, ceiling fans if you prefer a breeze. In addition Erin is an absolute sweetheart, available for any possible question and very sweet throughout our entire two week stay. 10/10 Will return.

The place was extremely convenient, super close to a lot of places. It had everything you need for your stay. As soon as you walked into the condo, the scent of cleanliness stood out. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay in an area that is not as popular as it will be. The area is walkable for restaurants and bars. At the same time, there are also a wide array of options for exercise and outdoor fun. And Himesh provides all the information you’ll need and more. Super friendly communication and accurate instructions for check-in and check-out. We’ll be back!

This is the kind of place we all hope we stay at when we use Airbnb. It was clean, well appointed and stocked with everything you'd expect it to have. Host was easy to deal with and communicative, I will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Luis’ place was perfect for a couple days in Austin. We were able to access everything we wanted to do with a quick Uber or scooter ride, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Just be advised that the walls are fairly thin: we were kept awake one night by conversations in the neighboring apartments. Other than that, I highly recommend it!

We stayed here for the SXSW conference and we loved it. The location is great and only 15 minutes walk to the SXSW venues, and it felt like home. The price was also reasonable compared to the hotels in this area and we will definitely come back in our next trip :)

The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, assigned parking and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and the space felt welcoming and relaxing. The location was fantastic—close to the lake, making it easy to explore the area. Zach was an outstanding host, providing clear check-in instructions, quick responses, and even some thoughtful touches like local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience! Five stars all around!
