Nadia was so friendly and responsive! She made our stay so easy and comfortable! We enjoyed meeting her and her family, and her 2 cats! Loved the herb garden in the backyard. The shower always had quick hot water, and the casita was well insulated from outdoor sounds, always quiet. The A/C worked well, and we were always comfortable in the casita. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we hope to stay again next time we are in Austin!

This is an excellent pick for a walking tour of South Austin and downtown all the way to the state capital building. Very quiet, lots of on street parking and an easy return to the airport.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Aaron & Leigh’s. It’s a beyond perfect setup for anyone, staying for a night, or even weeks. They’re generous, accommodating, communicative, and responsive. Not to mention their place is in a beautiful area, walkable to many main attractions downtown. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Austin.

This terrific unit in a quiet neighborhood is close to Austin’s 6th Street restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and we appreciated the coffee supplies and some drinks in the frig. Steph was very quick to our request for supplies. The outside yard/ patio sitting area was nice for some sunny day rest. Note- bathroom is downstairs from the top floor bedroom. Also be careful : it’s a bit slick getting in/out of the clawfoot bathtub ! Thank you !

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Austin! The rental itself is very quaint and lovely, and the location allowed us to enjoy the nearby UT Austin campus and downtown DTX. I wouldn’t change anything about our choice to stay here and recommend anyone to consider it for their own trips to Austin!

Joe's place is small, but comfortable, and it's in a great neighborhood. It was easy to find parking on the street. I would definitely stay here again.

Look no further— this place is great! Probably the best value Airbnb I’ve ever had the privilege of staying in. Great location, clean, comfortable, and safe. Mark was nice and responsive. I only stayed here for one night, but would not hesitate to come back for an extended stay. Overall great experience and would recommend this to any friends or family.

The space and the view in and of itself was even grander than depicted in the pictures provided on the listing, but the high praise doesn’t end there. This was one of (if not the) cleanest and most well put together Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Need spare batteries? No worries, they have them. Aluminum foil? K-cups? Sandwich bags? Feminine hygiene products? They have all of that as well. Cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! Will definitely stay again!!

Max’s place was great! He was very accommodating even though I had last minute changes (my own fault) that they helped me resolve. The house was very close to downtown and very nice and clean inside. Great find.

We had a wonderful time! The home was easy to get to, had off-street parking, and is located very close to the river. We loved walking around the neighborhood and exploring the trail along the river. Also, the Launderette—less than a 2-minute walk away—was so cute and had great happy hour prices for a treat or lunch! Amina was a very responsive and thoughtful host. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

Wow! Chet's listing was very special. Exact details for ALL that was needed to check in & aquaint ourselves to the unit. Any addtional questions, needs & request were promptly addressed & handled very professionally. The location was quiet for sleeping, but perfectly walkable for great restaurants, bars & entertainment. We took a leisurely stroll downtown for a concert at the Paramount & another nights walk to the commedy club Esthers Follies. Uber easily brought us home each night. Chet's place had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed from shower amenities, gourmet coffee, very comfortable bed & bedding as well as pillow choices. We loved how we we're tucked in below the main house with a darling private sitting area & garden of our own. This is where we enjoyed coffee in the morning & finished the night with a drink before bedtime. it was absolutely everything we could have hoped for. We had an amazing time staying in their home. The space was the perfect size for 4 people. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked, along with the rest of the house. Location was perfect to everything and it was very quiet. 10/10 would recommend!

We loved everything about our stay here! Great location. We walked to all of our meals out. About a 6 minute Uber ride to downtown. Loved the backyard with couches, fire pit, and hot tub. There was an automatic privacy screen you could put up or down if you wanted full privacy. Inside was lovely too. Beautiful and had every amenity you could want in a vrbo. Coffee, granola, great pot and pans, spices, zip lock baggies, phone chargers, sonic ice, and more (the little things that make a home really comfortable to be in). We loved it and were sad to leave.

It’s always a pleasure to stay at Kelly’s ABNB! The location is wonderful, so love the quiet neighborhood and the ability to walk down to the lake. Kelly also is so welcoming… coffee, water, and milk, all ready for my arrival!

This home is VERY functional in its set up and has the perfect amount of space for us (two adults and two small senior dogs). It’s situated very conveniently to all the local hot spots, but the area doesn’t have all the normal hustle and bustle of normal urban areas. The only call out is that the walkway can be a little tricky when coming in at night because the ground is uneven and the trees are full around the stairs and path. Other than that, this is a fantastic place to stay. Very, very chill and the host definitely has quite the unique space!!!

Kristin's place was perfect for our weekend stay from Dallas for a wedding in downtown Austin. Convenient location near highway making it easy to get around. It was close to downtown as well. The place was very clean and tidy and everything we needed. The weather was great to lay out by the pool as well.
