Highly recommend Savannah's place. She went above and beyond to make our short stay perfect!

We had a great time the host was very helpful and kind. The place was spotless and walkable.

We only stayed a quick night but the flat was very nice. We were 3 guests so it was also nice to have the luxury of having 2 bathrooms. EVen if it was o a passing street, the ventilation covered the traffic noise. Having a parking is also super cool.

I always stay here when traveling. Amazing place, great location and host are very professional.

Very spacious + comfortable for 4, modern, and elegant apartment. Big closets and new appliances. Centrally located in Buckhead and walkable to many shops and restaurants with view of Waldorf Hotel and nearby buildings. On premise concierge, doors/elevator access and security personnel made us feel safe and at home.

Terri was a wonderful host. She gave us hiking and restaurant ideas and was accommodating to our 1 year old who can be a handful. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Big Canoe.

Great location for northern/central Atlanta. The space was worth the price and Emily was incredibly helpful and kind. We came with a dog and a cat, and Emily and the space were really accommodating. The space doesn't have walls to the ceiling separating the rooms, so privacy basically doesn't exist if you need the second room, and getting to the entrance in the back would be a little difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Would definitely stay again

Overall the stay at Derrick’s listing was wonderful. There were just a couple of things that arose while staying at the property. One was the coffee maker which did not work. Two days before Christmas, Derrick worked magic and was able to produce a brand new coffee pot which was waiting at the door when we arrived to the property. Additionally there was a small plumbing issue and Derrick immediately responded immediately to resolve the situation. He was kind and welcoming and we would definitely choose to stay at one of his properties in the future.

Amazing host, I’m from Atlanta myself and this is a great property for those travelling in who want to experience in-town Atlanta at its finest.

Just book it! Clean, cozy and comfy! I believe this is my sixth or seventh stay this school year and I’ll keep coming back as long as my son is at Southern!

House was located in an area convenient to some favorite places. As mentioned in other reviews, there is road noise but we were not bothered by it. A sound machine or two for some white noise might be beneficial. Host/team was very responsive when I needed to message while there. We would recommend and would stay again.

We booked this rental for a stay with a relatively large group and found the check in process easy and the place clean upon arrival. Host was very responsive when one of the group members had some issues getting in later on. Location was perfect and everything we needed to do was within a 10 minute walk. Would highly recommend this to anyone needing a place to stay and walk to all Savannah has to offer!

Peaceful and cozy retreat with everything needed!

This was a great location. Easy walk to historic district mid town, a few blocks from Forythe Park, and easy walk to the river. No problem getting a ride share but once you get your bearings, we enjoyed this very walkable town. The condo was exactly as described. We never even had to talk to Stuart. It was clean, comfortable beds, roomy, it was nice to be able to park the car in the gated lot and even though we felt very safe, it was an added feeling of security to have locked gates for access.

Adams place was very nice and clean. Everything was stocked and we had no issues at all. Adam was great with communication and responded very quickly. We enjoyed our overall stay and would love to come back !

Chuck is an amazing host. We arrived an hour and half prior to our mentioned check-in time. It was raining and I asked if we could check early. Not only did Chuck said ‘Yes’ but he also responded within seconds, every single time, amazing host! He was always making sure we were fine with our staying. EV charger was something I believe Chuck hasn’t mentioned much in the description. He is also super helpful with the parking and stuff. I 100% recommend this place. Looking forward to staying in future too. :)

The place was absolutly beautiful! Clean and exactly like the photos shown. Host was also very accommodating and fast responsive to check in times and offered a late checkout for a small fee. The front desk also did a great job checking you in and going over details. Definitely plan to book again the next time I come to atlanta!

It is a wonderful place with a great location. The amenities were excellent, and it was walkable to everything. The only issue was parking, but that was also during Saint Patty's Day weekend, so there wasn't a lot of parking to begin with.
