A great place to stay. Quiet, cozy, friendly neighbours. There’s a car park place in front. City center is 5 minutes walking distance. Great view too.

보르조미 시골 마을에 있는 숙소. 너무 행복하고 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 두 분의 호스트는 숙소 바로 맞은편에 계시기 때문에 우리에게 필요한 것을 바로 제공해 주셨다. 또한 맛있는 수제와인 한병을 주셨으며, 우리가 장작을 태울 수 있는지 물었더니 직접 장작을 피워 주시고 수제와인을 또 제공해주셨다. 함께 므츠바디를 구워 먹고 와인을 마셨다. 말이 통하지 않아도 너무 즐거웠다. 숙소는 매우 깨끗하고, 첫 날엔 좀 추웠지만 둘째날부터는 훈훈해져서 겨울에도 전혀 문제가 없었다. 걸어서 10분, 15분? 거리에 큰 마켓과 시장이 있어서 위치도 좋다. 적극 추천~~~~!!!🥰🥰🥰

Imagine you arrived from Holland and find out that the charger for the laptop is back in Holland. Imagine that the host Revaz takes his car, bring you to Tblisi and find after hours on a desperate market the holy thing.. Revaz, his wife, daughter and friends are wonderfull people. The house is perfect. I have worked here for 7 weeks in wintertime, but the heating, WIFI, warm water, shower, kitchen gives no single problem. Every day Merab comes to feed the dog and if there is something, he will help you. Cooking is not necessary. The small supermarket is 5 min walking and offers superb dinners for take away. Excellent salats for likers and vegetarians. Prepared fish, meat, bread, cakes, for a very low price. Thanks Sagarezjo, thanks Revaz

We had a wonderful stay at Nino’s place. First of all it’s very unique. There are a lot of hand-crafted items around the house and it looks like a museum of curiosities. There is even a little gondola that they use to bring food from the kitchen to the top floor terrace. Super cute and useful! And most important, Nino and her husband Gocha are very hospitable, we felt like we were part of their family when we stayed there. The place itself is clean and comfortable. We recommend!

Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueilli, la communication était fluide et la maman de Natela nous avait préparé un gâteau, adorable… Les lits sont très confortables, juste prévoyez un réchaud si vous voulez cuisiner car il n’y a pas de plaques dans la cuisine :) et en même temps c’est bien notifié dans la description Tout était parfait ! Mariana is very warm and welcoming to her lovely cozy apartment. Comfortable bed and everything we needed.

Nice surroundings, a mix of appartment blocks and smaller houses. A 5-minute walk uphill to a nice park, a 2-minute walk downhill to the Fresco mall. If you are going to make many trips downtown or drive through the city center, try to avoid the rush hours. The appartment has a high and modern standard with a fully equipped, spacious kitchen.

It is located on the 18th floor of the porta batumi tower with a view of the alphabet tower on the right and empire casino on the left..the location is simply amazing. centre from eupoe square, piazza square, 2 mins walk to old boulevard and 7-8 mins drive from the train station. overall a very good stay!

Нана дуже гостинна, завжди була на звʼязку та готова була допомогти, її брат зустрів нас та порадив декілька закладів, куди можна сходити пообідати, квартира чиста та дуже затишна, в квартирі було все необхідне для тривалого перебування, поруч з квартирою є національний парк та озеро, також недалеко є пляж, ми залишились задоволені проживанням, також брат Нани відвіз нас на своєму авто на автовокзал та допоміг з валізами, дякую :)

mieszkanie w centrum, na 5 piętrze bez windy, bardzo zadbane, jest klimatyzacja, wszystko jak na zdjęciach. gospodarz bardzo komunikatywny, na bieżąco odpowiadał na wiadomości, śniadanie bardzo dobre, lokalne, domowe. polecam.

Квартира очень хорошая, в спокойном районе, рядом есть много магазинов. Большое спасибо хозяину, быстро отвечал на сообщения и помогал с возникшими вопросами.

Location is good. Red garden is a beautiful place for a walk. Lots of restaurants nearby (Bernard and Chashnagiri are recommended). Supermarkets, currency exchanges everywhere. Could easily take a bus or metro to go to the city center. Recommend a bus to also discover Vake and Rustaveli av. Apart is a bit old school but fully functional, clean and has a nice window view. Air conditioner, washer, fridge and boiler work well. Towels, linen and dishes are many and all clean. Ekaterine is a responsive and friendly host. The problem with low water pressure was fixed in less than 2 hours and never happened again during a 3 week stay. Could recommend staying at the apart.

Замечательные, отзывчивые хозяева. Отличное расположение: рядом много магазинов, батуми молл, клиники, море Внутри удобно и есть все, что нужно. В жизни студия ощущается даже просторнее, чем выглядит на фото. Большое спасибо

Все прекрасно! Встречали приветственной фруктовой корзиной, подсказали магазины. При выезде разрешили уехать после обеда, а не утром. Интернет стабильный, есть все необходимое и даже больше. Очень тепло, можно выставлять нужную температуру (была в начале марта). Квартира больше, чем показалась мне на фотографиях. Очень понравился уютный колоритный двор с кучей котиков и то, как по утрам красиво падает солнце. Понравился район. До центра ездила на автобусе без всяких проблем. Такси тоже дешево. Ездила не в час пик, пробок не было. Сам район зеленый, есть куча магазинов и все необходимое. Каждый раз выходить из дома и видеть эту уютную улицу было радостно. Есть как небольшие спары в минуте, так и крупные магазины как агрохаб и карфур в минутах 10. Рядом хорошие рестораны - Rtveli с грузинской кухней и Альфредо с итальянской. В пешей доступности парк Ваке, большой ухоженный парк с подъемником на гору за 1.5 лари. На горе Черепашье озеро и чудесный вид сверху на город.

That's not just an accommodation, that's a place where community life is going on, both, of the guests and local employees, who together with Nazy run the place. The building is very beautiful, clean and with an atmosphere. Food was delicious. But what was truly unique is the the collective vibe there. Nazy is a very proactive and responsive host, who cares for guests. We rented mountain bikes from Nazy, and explored the surranding. Laundry is also available. This was the best place we stay at in Georgia, fully recommend!

Nino war gut erreichbar, ihre Eltern haben uns persönlich empfangen. Ich war auf der Suche nach dem ehemaligen Haus meiner Oma. Ihr Vater hat einen Historiker der Stadt für mich kontaktiert, der mir die Geschichte der Deutschen Einwanderer zeigte in Bolnissi zeigte und erklärte. Die Unterkunft von Nino ist 200 Jahre alt, gebaut von Deutschen Einwanderern. Das Haus hat Risse und knirschende Böden, dafür auch viel bezeugter Geschichte. Empfehle das Haus sehr für geschichtlich interessierte Menschen.

Lika was such a generous host, really warm welcome. she helped us find a nice place to eat dinner, gave us a very interesting tour at the winery, and we tasted the great wine that her husband is making. the place was beautiful and we felt so comfortable and enjoyed every minute, will definitely come back and recommend with all the heart.

I loved my stay at Gvantsa and her family home ! It felt like I was part of a Georgian family for a few days. The house is beautiful and has a nice garden, the location is very useful if you want to visit David Gareji ! Bonus1 : Gvantsa helped me to book some train tickets (in an Armenian website) ; bonus2 : Gvantsa and her friend proposed to drive me to the desert, and I had the chance to visit a local winery (friend of Gvantsa) which wasn’t expected at all ! During my stay, the aunt cooked for us traditional food (and vegetarian as I asked for) and it was always delicious ! :)
