We had a great stay at this apartment! It was well-equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment had everything we could ask for, and the overall experience was wonderful. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay

Beautiful apartment and very safe place also very clean you have everything you need in this apartment also is very close from any market perfect location and the host was very helpful in everything you need I enjoyed my stay at this apartment and definitely will come back to this amazing apartment

Хорошая квартира-студия с идеальным расположением: близко к гондоле и к магазину спар. В квартире есть все необходимое из посуды для самостоятельного приготовления еды, есть чай, сахар, соль. Приятный вид из окна. Подушка, одеяло удобные. Из минусов квартиры: не хватает покрывала на кровать. Нет обеденного стола- кушать неудобно. Сильная слышимость в здании и иногда тянет сигаретами, возможно это особенность здания, а может быть виновата входная дверь с большими щелями.

Quite a nice place. It’s an apartment in a building with flats to rent right next to a hotel and a very decent pasanauri restaurant. It’s approx 100m to the slope so very close. Apartment is heated and has cutlery and microwave etc. Bed is big and comfy and a balcony is perfect 😎 The only things I would improve is the amount of toilet paper (one roll a week may be a little low for a couple 😉) and pls think about putting a simple bottle of shampoo and shower gel in the shower. These are items you expect in Airbnb :) Also I would install a fire alarm - considering some recent events in Georgia. It costs only 40 gel and can save lives 😎 But all in all a very lively place with astonishing view in a quiet part of Gudauri. If you need parties - pls choose new Gudauri :)

I truly recommend staying here. Sofo and her family are amazing hosts. They are incredibly kind and welcoming. I had booked a stay for three months and extended it another because I enjoyed staying there so much and felt at home. Every issue or potential issue that arose they took care of it quickly and/or informed me of it (sometimes there are utility outages or protests- that’s just Tbilisi for you). Sofo is quick in her communication as well. They have family that lives next door and they are also very kind. The whole family loved my little dog who I travel with. With me having such a long stay they were also kind enough to bring a change of linens every couple weeks as well which was so incredibly welcomed. The area is great- 15 minute walk to Rustaveli metro, 2 minute walk to the bus stop. There are multiple supermarkets, produce markets, cafes, restaurants and bars all within a 5-10 minutes.

I would like to thank Nino for the great time in Batumi! The place was perfect for having a workation as there was a table for work and also the seaside very close to the place. Also two perfectly working air conditioners were very important to me. It was also very quiet there.

В квартире жила моя мама, и я волновалась, будет ли ей комфортно. Но квартира была настолько хорошая, что ей очень понравилось. Квартира чистая, с новым ремонтом, теплая, уютная, с прекрасным расположением в самом центре города, при этом в ней тихо. Спасибо большое хозяйке!

the location from air bnb wasnt right so Giorgi sent methe right location and responded very fast. Someone waited for us to show the place. very nice place, downstairs is a shaired area with tables chairs and a sofa upstairs the rooms. which are well heated and cozy. lots of hot water to shower. stayed only for one night, but if I will return to the area this certainly would be a good place to return to. only thing that could be better is to add a shower curtain the water goes everywhere, but there is a drain other than that, was perfect.

Отличная квартира в современном комплексе, есть лифт, рядом хороший ресторан, в 5 минутах ходьбы круглосуточный супермаркет. Так же рядом выход к трассе и другие развлечения для детей. Хозяйка квартиры очень отзывчивая и дружелюбная, была очень внимательна к нам. Рекомендую это жильё.

Victoriaさんは、とても親切で必要に応じてサポートしてくれました。家は清潔で、4部屋あるうちの1部屋になり、洗濯機と電子レンジは共有スペースにありますが、それ以外は部屋の中で完結できます。最寄りのスーパーマーケットやバス停までは徒歩15分程度、そこから街へ行くことができるので問題ありません。周辺の環境として夜は静かですが、道に犬が多いので苦手な人は車の方が良いかもしれません。ありがとうございました！

The apartment is very cozy and has everything you might need during your stand! Inside the residential complex there is a beautiful park where you can take a walk. The apartment has a wonderful balcony for a pleasant breakfast. In general, everything you need for a comfortable stay!

I recently stayed at this magnificent apartment that blended modern comfort with authentic Georgian style. The space was clean and comfortable and also filled with an array of beautiful plants. Great apartment! Very spacious, clean and bright. Everything looked and felt modern and fresh. Everything you might need is there in the apartment. The welcoming compliment from the host was a nice touch. All communication with the host was quick and there were no issues whatsoever.

Mamuka’s place was a terrific experience Nice views , great location, and he has set it up really well with literally everything you need (toiletries , bath robe, towels , etc) … it’s basically hotel quality how it’s set up There is also a 24 hr grocery store right in front of the building which is superior convenient for getting whatever you need Nice gym in basement (though you pay separately) so you can go without having to walk outside in freezing winter Overall just terrific , can’t imagine what more you can want for stay in tbilisi

Lika is a great host, check-in and check-out went smoothly, also she additionally provided everything we need. The apartment has beautiful sea view and you can walk to the beach in just a minute. But on some days at night, loud music from restaurants on the beach is possible until about 1 a.m.

Прекрасная квартира с отличным видом на горы и море, в квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни и отдыха, парой, одному или с детьми. Хозяева квартиры были к нам очень добры, внимательны и гостепримны, наверное лучше придумать просто невозможно. Однозначно рекомендую!

I had an excellent stay at Lena's apartment! It is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Not even 1 minute's walk to the beach! There is also a pool and rooftop bar in the building. I had great communication with the host. There are many great restaurants, cafes and shops around in the area. I will definitely visit again! The host did everything to make it a wonderful experience for me. Thank you Lena!

My Third time to book with Nana and the place is like home for me and the Host is the best hot you can ever meet so far . Highly recommended

We had a great time at Monica’s place. Apartment is huge and has absolutely everything what we needed for 8 days.

Great location, clean place and really well decorated, felt like staying in someone’s cosy home. Awesome balcony views as per pictures. One thing that didn’t work for us is that bedroom had queen bed with two single mattress that were both very soft and sinking, and so felt a bit uncomfortable to sleep.
