Natalia is a very kind, friendly, and responsible host! We were so happy to stay at her apartment :) The location is perfect: the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and plants around. There are many shops, cafés, and pharmacies close by. The apartment itself has everything you need for a grear stay in Tbilisi: it has all the listed amenities and Natalia is always there to help if you have any questions :)

I extended my stay by two weeks. From my original four/five weeks and just finished reviewing my four week stay. This is also the fourth or fifth time I have stayed here—this should be a positive review in itself. Apartment is lovely and in a great location! Please see my previous reviews.

This apartment is amazing! It’s incredibly cozy, especially thanks to the abundance of plants that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The balcony is a gem – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your time. The host is super responsive and helpful, making communication easy and enjoyable. Everything was perfectly organized. The only small downside is that the apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared for a bit of a workout. But honestly, it’s totally worth it – I would highly recommend staying here!

L’appartement de Tamara et Rezo dégage une ambiance russe années 50, il est joliment decoré. Il dispose d’une belle baie vitré donnant une belle vue sur la ville, bien equipé et tres propre. Les hôtes sont tres gentils et toujours réactifs. Il ont accepté de garder nos sacs jusqu’au soir et nous les ont ramené avant de se diriger vers l’aéroport. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Отличная квартира. Большая (приб. 30 кв.м) гостиная +2 спальни. Отопление - газовый котел. Жили в феврале, было очень тепло в квартире. Лучшая квартира, которую мы снимали в Тбилиси.

Mathew was very supportive and friendly in everything to be honest. A true super host. The apartment was good. The location is great. Less then a minute walk to a huge super market (Fresco), the apartment is above the bank of georgia. Walking distance to a park and many other bakeries and groceries. Absolutely convenient for short stay. As for longer stays, there are 1 tiny disadvantage which is that the apartment is in the inside of the complex, so you cannot see anything but the buildings. You are circled by buildings in a way that there is no natural light whatsoever. We had to turn on lights even in the morning as it was almost always dark. Aslo, the upper level neighbors does not walk, only run and jump, so you gotta live with the bumpings sounds over your head. But well I guess that is how all commercial/complexes buildings are built. Conclusion: I would definitely come back and visit if matthew would welcome me back, however I will not if my stay is longer then 2 weeks.

An excellent place to stay. Very spacious, with beautiful views of the waterfront and planes taking off and landing. The host is responsive and always helpful, quickly addressing any requests. The apartment is warm and has everything you need. The neighborhood is under development, so there might be some construction activity, but I believe this will improve soon.

This apartment is incredible!! we felt right at home. Lasha is an excellent host, he responded very quickly and he literally saved us and ensured our best comfort. Check-in was seamless, we easily found the entrance, and there was a small welcome gift in the room. The apartment is bright, with a surprising view of a quiet courtyard with trees and even a mountain. Better than on the photos. The building has a 24-hour grocery store and a bistro with delicious food. We highly recommend this place to anyone who loves stylish interiors and comfort. We would be delighted to stay here again.

Mamuka’s place was a terrific experience Nice views , great location, and he has set it up really well with literally everything you need (toiletries , bath robe, towels , etc) … it’s basically hotel quality how it’s set up There is also a 24 hr grocery store right in front of the building which is superior convenient for getting whatever you need Nice gym in basement (though you pay separately) so you can go without having to walk outside in freezing winter Overall just terrific , can’t imagine what more you can want for stay in tbilisi

Très bonne communication avec Vano, l’appartement est en tous points conforme à la description faite . Séjour très agréable , logement idéal pour profiter de Tbilisi pendant une semaine .

Прекрасная квартира с отличным видом на горы и море, в квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни и отдыха, парой, одному или с детьми. Хозяева квартиры были к нам очень добры, внимательны и гостепримны, наверное лучше придумать просто невозможно. Однозначно рекомендую!

Appartement très propre dans un endroit super dans le capital de la Géorgie. Pas loin du centre, à côté ya des magasins boulangerie pharmacie air de jeu pour les enfants. Accueil très chaleureux Je vous recommande

ბინას აქვს კარგი ლოკაცია. სასიამოვნო ხედი აივნიდან. ფასი არის ადეკვატური. თუ მიფრინავთ ქუთაისიდან, მშვენიერი ადგილია დასარჩენად.

Квартира очень комфортная и прекрасно расположена вблизи пляжа. Стильная и функциональная кухня, на которой приятно готовить, комфортная спальня и прекрасная кровать с шикарным матрасом. Вишенка на торте - терраса и захватывающий вид на Батуми и море с 27 этажа. Майя (хозяйка квартиры) быстро реагировала на все вопросы и просьбы, благодаря чему отдых в Батуми прошёл максимально спокойно и комфортно. Обязательно вернёмся!

Could not have been happier with the entire stay. The house was in great shape, the kitchen was great, and the neighborhood is lovely. We stayed in January, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool and the garden, but I can imagine it would be absolutely beautiful in the summer!

Nunu was a magnificent host. This was a visit with a difference and once Nunu was aware of the things that were needed, she really worked hard and beyond what was expected to ensure that our needs were met and surpassed! She became part of our family for the week and helped beyond expectation. The property, its location and equipment were again, beyond expectation. Short and inexpensive taxi journeys into the city and everything you need at your fingertips. The local shop was well stocked with friendly, helpful staff. In short, Nunu provided the perfect property in the perfect location and at the same time, went above and beyond what was expected. My family adored her.

Amazing and very beautiful villa with heated indoor pool and Penthouse with great view. Tengiz is a wonderful host and very helpful. never failed to reply to our queries on time. thanks to Tengiz we had a very pleasant stay.

Прибыли в 22:30, хозяйка нас ждала, объяснила, как доехать, была все время на связи, отвечала очень быстро на все вопросы. дом великолепный, ( с наружи дом в процессе стройки( достраивается 2 и 3 этаж, но это не мешает, дом внутри прекрасен) в доме 2 спальни: 1 спалня- 1 двухспальная кровать, комната очень просторна. 2 спальня- 3 односпальные кровати. большая гостиная соедененая с кухней. в гостиной ( очень большая и уютная) есть 2 дивана на которых также можно спать. ( нас было 6 человек и все разместились с комфортом) кухня оборудована всем необходимым. большая территория. открывается шикарный вид на горы, великолепный воздух. дом находиться на окраине Местии, если вы как и мы ищите тишину и покой то этот дом для вас. насладиться тишиной, воздухом, природой то вам сюда. большое спасибо хозяйки за все... в следующий раз в Местии только у вас😘

Tamara’s house is extremely charming and very typical from Tbilisi. We stayed a month this autumn and had a wonderful time here. The floor with the rooms is bright and beautiful. We enjoyed the yard at the end of the day with great lights and peaceful atmosphere. The house has everything you need for a short of longer stay. This district is also very convenient as dry bridge is very steps aways, any shops for groceries, and being uphill offers a stunning view on the other side of the city. Although we never meet Tamara, she was very responsive and nice, giving clear indications for the arrival and made us feel confortable. We highly recommend staying here :)

The place was nice and clean, wifi works fast if you are working remote its really good. Lia is very friendly and she has 2 dogs and 1 cat they're so cute!
