Géorgie : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at Tamar's. The location is fantastic -- quiet aside from the construction across the street (only in the mornings), close to central Tbilisi, with lots of great markets and restaurants around. The patio was a huge selling point for me when I selected the apartment, and it did not disappoint, you can truly see the entire city. Tamar as a host was incredibly communicative throughout my stay, always checking in, and if little issues came up (which happens when you stay for a month as I did), she was always on top of them. I hope to be able to stay again sometime soon!

Nice and well kept house, close to the sea. You feel immediatly at home, you see owners eye for nice interior design in every corner. No one in the off-season - this is a plus.

Anri has a beautiful garden to dine outside in the evening. Too bad we didn't have more time to spend in Kutaisi.

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

Amazing place, location in very central of Tbilisi, and extremely quiet surprisingly, which is made our stay more comfortable 🥰. Also a dog, this one is adorable, i love to comeback and dog is always happy to see me. Hehe beautiful. What to say Host is very helpful, i miscalculated my stay, and i got back my refund, which is totally wonderful from owner side. I really appreciate it for all. If ill stay in Tbs, ill definitely will comeback to this place. Thank you a lot.

Staying at Salome's place was an excellent experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The building has a hotel-standard reception service and is conveniently located near everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Salome herself is a kind and attentive host. Whenever I had a question, I messaged her, and she responded immediately. Thank you so much for this wonderful hospitality. It’s the perfect place to stay in Bakuriani. Highly recommended!

Отличное место с красивым внутренним двором. Есть все необходимое. Единственный минус только котел, нагревающий воду, его хватит принять душ одному человеку, а второму уже придется подождать, пока снова нагреется вода. В остальном апартаменты супер

Mikheili was extremely helpful, insightful and gracious when we couldn’t find the entrance when arriving from the airport at 2am! He arranged a ride for us to our next destination in Georgia and even allowed us to leave our bags past check out. Would stay again just for him, though the location of the place was extremely walkable!

Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the high-quality linens to the fully functioning amenities. It felt like a true home away from home. Our host was wonderful—kind, responsive, and generous enough to allow an early check-in, which made our arrival so much smoother. There was plenty of space for our group (easily comfortable for 4–6 people), and the layout made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy. Новая и хорошая бытовая техника, чистая мебель. Большое количество посуды и столовых приборов порадовало, в квартире много интересных книг, уютная ванная комната и в целом ремонт отличный. Совершенно не было ощущения, что я нахожусь в чужой квартире, полное ощущение спокойствия и уюта) Классный просторный балкон, на который можно выйти и из спальни и из гостиной, 100% вернусь сюда снова

Оставались в этой квартире на 8 дней. Всё было хорошо.. какие-то мелкие вопросы владелец очень быстро решал. Большое спасибо Вахтангу и его замечательной помощнице Лали. )) Однозначно всем рекомендую.))

Проживали неделю. Все соответствует описанию. Остались довольны. Эгле постоянно была на связи. Плюсы: рядом море, расположение, вид на море, чистая квартира. Небольшой минус: долго ждать лифты, спускались в основном пешком. Но это единственный минус. Спасибо Эгле.

Great Airbnb for our first few nights in Georgia! We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the terrace in the sun. The apartment was warm and spotless with a great view of Tbilisi. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby and easy to walk a lot of places. It was great being picked up by Guram at the airport and taken right to the door! Thank you 😊
