Mila is an excellent host. She was very helpful and responsive. She also did her best to meet all our expectations and exceeded at it. The place was beautiful, clean, private, peaceful and had an amazing view. I felt right at home, it was well worth it! All host should be like Mila, we are certainly coming back when we are back in Chakvi. Thank you Mila for an excellent service!

Очень приятное место рядом с крепостью. Здорово, что можно из квартиры выйти прямо на улицу. Очень красивое здание! Комната по уровню немного ниже входа, поэтому в ней чуть меньше света, но нас это не смутило. Я не обратила внимание на фото душевой - в этом месте крошечный туалет с микроскопической ванной, там же прямо и душ. Мне было некомфортно мыться и умываться, как там мыть посуду - я не знаю) Но всё это есть на фотографиях, поэтому претензий нет. За свою стоимость это отличное жилье в очень хорошем месте с потрясающим хозяином, который всегда был на связи, со всем помогал. Я думаю, мы приедем к этому хозяину еще

Отличная небольшая квартирка в центре Тбилиси Каха отзывчивый хозяин, во время нашего пребывания старался максимально обеспечить нам комфортное пребывание и быстро решал возникшие вопросы Видно, что в жилье есть душа хозяев, там чувствуешь себя как дома Плюс у хозяев есть замечательная собака Эби, которую можно погладить в общем дворе Были небольшие проблемы с интернетом, на видеосозвонах он не всегда был стабилен, но в целом интернет был Жилье определенно стоит своих денег, было уютно и комфортно, спасибо!

Nice place very near by history and market

I’m r was a big pleasure staying at Maris place. The location is superb, the old town quite street. The apartment is perfect for family with 2 kids, since it has separate beds. Everything we needed was provided. The appartement is well kept. And this is may be 20th appartment in Batumi’s where we have stayed and I definitely say it is the best. Definitely will consider coming back!

Maia's place is at the very top of any of our airbnb stays. It is spotless clean, perfectly maintained (it is newly remodeled). It is actually nicer in reality than in the pictures. Nice amenities, including a Nespresso machine, and an excellent location, walkable from anything of interest - the old city, the beach, restaurants etc. Maia is a kind and responsive host. Our incoming flight was delayed - we texted her and she met us *very* late (and also advised us about taxi price). Our departing flight was also delayed, and she let us stay late. Overall we had a great vacation and really loved the apartment!

Останавливались два года назад и в эту поездку , все так же прекрасно. Очень заботливый хозяин и быстро отвечает. Локация супер . Очень удобно жить , рекомендую )

Аккуратные апартаменты со всеми удобствами. Внутри идеальная чистота. Есть вся посуда. В доме запрещено курить и это прекрасно😍 Всё соответствует фотографиям. Приятный, тихий район, парк рядом, магазины круглосуточные рядом и кафе. Замечательный хозяин, который всегда был на связи. Спасибо большое! Наш отдых удался.

Dette var trolig vår beste opplevelse så langt på AirBnB. Dette er en stilfull og gjennomført leilighet der det er åpenbart at utleier har gjort alt for at gjestene skal føle seg hjemme (leker, spill, bøker, tøfler etc). Gode instruksjoner gjør det lett å forholde seg til de praktiske tingene som oppvask- og vaskemaskin. I tillegg var det veldig god oppfølging fra manager Shahrzad gjennom hele oppholdet.

It was a great pick of an accomodation! Dika and her whole family were fabulous hosts! We had everything in this nice, bright and cozy apartment. Communication was great and since even her Kids are professionals, there was always someone there if we needed anything! All together we can highly recommend Dikas place!

Had a fantastic time. Place is at the forefront of old Tbilisi and all the places are accessible through walking. The place is big and can easily accommodate a nuclear family. Enjoyed our stay. Host Nana was very friendly and accessible

oleg and his partner were more than accommodating... i stayed multiple month in different units in alliance palace with them... any problems or concerns were dealt with in a timely and professional manner... great property and great host... i recommend 1000%

Большое спасибо Михаилу - очень отзывчивый хозяин, все заявленное в описании - в наличие, в рабочем состоянии. Михаил всегда был на связи, оперативно решал все вопросы, связанные с различными нюансами. В Орби присутствует проблема с лифтами, надо немного попроще к ней относится и приспосабливаться к различным вариантам. Они есть! Проживание и хозяина рекомендую! Спасибо 🙏

Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, und hat sich wirklich um mein Wohlbefinden gekümmert. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Apartment war makellos sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Aida is a wonderful host. She welcomed me with a bottle of wine and always informed me of potential utility interruptions. Her kind husband came over to fix the water heater immediately after I told them it wasn’t working. The apartment itself is cozy (has one of the better beds I’ve slept on in Tbilisi), and it’s located near one of my favorite restaurants (Maqashvilebtan). Overall, the value is quite good in my opinion. I had a little problem with noisy neighbors, but Aida informed me that they are no longer there.

Alex and Lika are very hospitable and always available. The apartment stays very warm even in sub-zero weather during winter. In Batumi, it is very difficult to find a warm apartment, so if you're coming in winter, this option is definitely for you. On the ground floor of the building, there is a beauty salon and a barbershop. If you need to get your nails done or a haircut, you'll find excellent service and skilled professionals there. There is also a grocery store in the building, Dodo Pizza is right next door, and a 24-hour Spar store with vegetables and fruits. The only downside is the lack of an electric kettle and a microwave, which might be important to someone, and the mattress is a bit worn out from previous tenants, with slight indentations on one side. Overall, I lived in this apartment for about two months and will definitely come again

Когда только запросил бронирование, со мной связались, уточнили детали и подтвердили бронь. Это очень приятно получить сразу ответы и быть готовым! Заселение проходит так: приезжай бери ключ отдыхай, у меня ушло 2 минуты. Кайф! Сама квартира отличная, небольшая, удобная! Вид отличный, хочешь море смотри , хочешь горы тоже смотри! В целом отлично, в е очень отзывчивые и приветливые ! Приеду сюда ещё раз

Indira is a very friendly host. We didn’t meet in person, but she reacted very quickly to our messages and provided us with what was needed in the apartment, such as extra toilet paper and clean towels. The apartment was clean, nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants. A bit too loud at night because of the karaoke bar downstairs, but other than that everything was good.
