We rented Amanda's place for 2 nights in the winter and it surpassed our expectations! Amanda was a great communicator. The older cottage has been extensively renovated, it was clean, comfortable and cozy. We loved the wood stove and the heating system worked well. The kitchen is first-rate, and very well-equipped, it even had decent knives! We cook a lot and we very much enjoyed making meals there. We loved watching the ever-changing weather on the river from the picture window in the living room, and even saw a beautiful sunrise. The star of our stay was the sauna—we have a wood-burning sauna at home and at our cottage—and we were very impressed with its size, the modern design, the huge picture window and the style of stove. It got up to temperature even in -17 degree weather. We hiked and snowshoed in the Alexander Hope Smith Nature Reserve which was a walk from the cottage. The town of Washago was a 11 minute drive, with a great grocery store. Would definitely stay there again!

The place was as described and the host made sure to check in with us via email before, during and after our stay. The home was clean and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for helping us make our few days away as relaxing as we had hoped.

Becky’s cottage is perfect for a family stay in Muskoka. The cottage is incredibly well designed and appointed with tons of small touches that make the stay outstanding. Both the main cottage and side cottage provide ample space for all parties and the outdoor space from docks to patios give everyone tons of space to enjoy the outdoors. Chelsea was very quick with responding. Her check-in/out instructions were detailed, clear and concise. The place was very spacious, clean and felt welcoming. It was also very well equipped with utensils etc. There is a great view of the lake and the neighborhood is quiet, which is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful stay away from the busy city. I will definitely be returning in the summer!

We came in from Alberta for a wedding in the area, and stayed at Tara’s place. It was much larger than we had imagined, and the property was just gorgeous! We would absolutely book with Tara again if we were back in the area.

Matt’s place was great. Lots of space, clean, with beautiful surroundings. The basement had many activities for guests: darts, ping pong, a treadmill and weights, all facing the view of the lake from the walkout basement. Matt was very responsive of all of my queries. We had to make a late change of plans and Matt gave us a perfect solution. He ensured that everything was what we expected. Thank you Matt, for making us feel right at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Lookout Loft. Hunt was excellent at communication and we felt very confident in locating the property. It was easy access into the unit and it was very private. The space is wonderfully decorated with extra little touches!

We had an unforgettable stay with Leslie and Ian . The view from the apartment was gorgeous in the snowy February weather . We felt deeply comfortable and protected from the elements inside. Equipped with Amazon Alexa , my fiancée and I got the opportunity to enjoy our books to peaceful music and set a soundtrack to our morning routines . In the winter months , as Leslie and Ian state in their ad , winter tires or all wheel drive are a must for the steep driveway . Before a big night planned at Tall Trees restaurant, my Nissan with all season tires got stuck in the snow on the driveway . Ian immediately came to our aid and assisted us with the many tools at his disposal , freeing us from the snowbank and saving our night . This kindness and hospitality will not be forgotten . An excellent stay !

The cottage is beautiful - the pictures don't really do it justice. The view of the lake from the windows is breathtaking! It is well furnished, clean and has everything you need for a great stay. Very responsive host, easy to communicate with! When something is missed by the cleaner, frank was able to help us with solution. The place is very quiet and peaceful, very recommend for small families.

Had a great time at cottage. Great Location on a nice calm Lake. Very easy check-in. Staff very friendly. Very Clean and nice kitchen and BBQ. Would definitely recommend staying here. The Dome and other huts on property would be fun to stay at as well. Have already recommended this property and will probably be back.

Perfect spot for a perfect family weekend. We had everything we needed right down to beach towels, matches and firewood. The sunsets and views are great. Do pack water shoes for the rocky beach and area attractions but most everything else is available at the cottage! Little current, Mindemoya, hiking trails and bridal veil falls were all a short driving distance. Monique was very helpful. Her personal touches for our stay made it that much more special.

We were stuck due to weather but were given opt o ns and allowed to stay till able to get out. Vety nice spot, clean and comfy. Would come again.
