Ryan was a great host and the place was beautiful and located in a great location easy to find. We loved the place and would most definitely stay again if needed.

We really enjoyed staying at this place, the hosts were very friendly and helpful with everything. House was perfectly cleaned and had all the amenities we needed. I was also able to use the GYM space which as pretty nice. We would rent again in the future for sure. Thank you Nicole and Mike!

House was perfect, it was cute, rooms are nice and big, both living rooms are huges. Michael is a great hot and super pro active whenever you have a question. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

The farmhouse is absolutely beautiful and picturesque. We were there during the biggest snow storm of the year and it felt like we had our own private winter wonderland. She had arranged for a plow to clear the driveway and everything went very smoothly despite getting over a meter of snow in 3-4 days. The house itself is beautiful and is a great mix of old timey charm and character as well as modern amenities (new kitchen, bedroom and bathroom). We especially enjoyed sitting in the living room with the fireplace going while relaxing and riding out the snowfall. This was one of the most relaxing stays we have had with plenty of privacy and beautiful views. It is also close enough for short trips to Collingwood/Blue Mountain. Johanna is also a great host. Although we did not meet face to face, she was very responsive and provided lots of information and local recommendations. She even checked in on us to make sure we didn't get completely snowed in. Overall a great experience!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the host's warm welcome and attention to detail. The space was exactly as described — cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like fresh linens and kitchen appliances. The communication with the host was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions. I felt right at home and truly relaxed during my stay. Chelsea was very quick with responding. Her check-in/out instructions were detailed, clear and concise. The place was very spacious, clean and felt welcoming. It was also very well equipped with utensils etc. There is a great view of the lake and the neighborhood is quiet, which is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful stay away from the busy city. I will definitely be returning in the summer!

This farmhouse is absolutely beautiful ! Bill (property manager) was conveniently on site when one of the couples from our group arrived and went through everything and answered any questions we had. Located right off the OFSC trails, close to the scenic ice caves, and with use of heated garage for snowmobiles made our weekend very relaxing after a day of riding the local trails. Our group of 8 had tons of space to relax and unwind. I couldn't imagine staying at this property in the summer and not being able to find something to do.

this would be our second time at their home and again, just amazing! (: super clean, peaceful, always quick to message back if we have any questions, juust an overall great experience. We are looking forward to booking again when it's even warmer out! thankyoou!!😄

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is exactly what we are looking for. Very cozy and quiet, nice hikes and most of all, the amazing animals. The girls spent hours hanging out with the horses and the pigs. Our time here was very memorable. There are amazing hikes nearby, small towns like Markdale and Flasherton and both have small restaurants, shops and cafes. John and Andrea are simply great! They are extremely kind and generous with their time. Excellent advice all the time, great conversations and will offer anything to make our stay more enjoyable. John let us help with the daily shores and feeding the animals. He also gave us excellent ideas for hikes, local attractions, etc. We are really looking forward to going there again next spring or summer.

this was a great place to stay. right by Blue Mountain with everything they offer, close to a fun little town in Collingwood. Recommend the all day pass at blue mountain for older kids, well worth the money. the arcade set up downstairs was great, the pool table was a lot of fun and the theater set up is as advertised, very good quality.

Our family loved our stay here. Great location, short drive to the village. My little kids really enjoyed the basement. Brendan was amazing and very helpful at all times.

Our snowy weekend away was fantastic and we all had a great time! The entire cottage was very clean, spacious and welcoming with the pool being an obvious highlight for all! Abdul was very quick to respond and made extra efforts to ensure the property was cleared following a snow storm for an easy and safe exit when we left - it was very much appreciated! We hope to return again next year for more winter fun!

My husband and I had booked Mackenzie Cottage in the summer, and we couldn't wait to return! The cottage has lots of history and antique items to give it character. The hosts have always been responsive and friendly. We encourage guests to check out the "Willow Tree Farm" in Port Perry, which sells local foods and products. Yet again, Mackenzie cottage provided us with the perfect location for a relaxing vacation. I can't wait to book our next stay!

This condo was the perfect home away from home for my family of 3! With thoughtful decor throughout, Jason and Tanya's condo was inviting, warm and cozy for our 4-night winter get-away. ❄️ Jason and Tanya were awesome hosts and thought of everything ... the luxe towels were a bonus!! There was absolutely nothing we needed. I am very particular about cleanliness and was thrilled to see the entire condo was spotless!! The location was also perfect taking no more than 5 minutes to walk to the village at Blue Mountain and about 10 minutes to drive into town. I could go on and on about how perfect this jewel is, but I'll run out of space if I do. So, I'll end by saying we can't wait to stay there again. We are a family of four with two young kids, and the stay in Azar’s peaceful waters cottage was great. The cottage is beautiful, decorated in very good taste, perfectly equipped and feels very homey. It is very clear that many details have been thought of to make it extremely friendly for guests, particularly for families (for example, there were spare change of sheets in the children’s bedrooms). We stayed there during a snowstorm weekend, so there we didn’t do a lot of travel around the area, but just staying in and hanging around the cottage was beautiful and very enjoyable. The location is very private and quiet. It is a perfect place for families. We would definitely come back to Azar’s cottage to visit the area at other seasons as well.

My family and I adored Ruth’s place. It was perfect for our family of 4. Convenient location to both the beach and the town. The cottage itself is lovely, cozy and great backyard space for family games etc. Ruth was super responsive and friendly. We will definitely return to this little gem. My husband, 3&1/2 year old daughter, two dogs and I just returned from the most incredible cottage stay in Bracebridge, Muskoka, and we’re already counting down the days until we can go back! The host, James, was truly exceptional - responsive, organized, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like a home away from home. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful touches and extra details that made our stay so special. The Christmas tree was beautifully decorated with different lighting options, and the abundance of board games and video games kept us entertained for hours, regardless of the weather outside. The hot tub was immaculately clean and the perfect spot to relax and unwind, and the home itself was spotless and tidy. It's clear that James takes great pride in his property and goes to great lengths to ensure guests have an unforgettable stay. I'm so grateful to have found this little slice of heaven in Muskoka! Highly recommend!

So amazed with this chalet . Too bad it was a short stay but cannot explain how much fun we had during this short period. The place met our expectations, very clean , fully equipped and accommodating. Oksana was amazing, available every time I called her to inquire on somethings, she gave us local recommendations, easy to speak to. I 100% recommend this place especially for big groups, we were a big group of friends, and all had so much fun and more so have loved this place. We are thinking of returning this summer. Thanks so much our dear hosts.
