Gera Lario : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Siamo tornati in questo alloggio per il ponte di carnevale dopo l'ottima esperienza durante le vacanze natalizie e siamo sempre rimasti molto soddisfatti. Alloggio recentemente ristrutturato e pulitissimo. Box a poche decine di metri, un po' scomodo l'accesso per auto di grandi dimensioni, ma utilissimo. Torneremo sicuramente! Super consigliato.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in the heart of St. Moritz village! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from ski lifts, top restaurants, bars, and great shopping. The flat itself is cozy, well-appointed, and very comfortable, making it a perfect base for a ski holiday. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Amazing apartment, amazing host and amazing location. 10 minutes from the station, 10 minutes from the centre and 10 minutes from the lake made this the ideal stay. The host was very responsive and great at check in giving us some tips for our stay. The apartment is amazing right at the top with amazing surrounding views!

Great location; very roomy and comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen! Great location for skiing - right by the gondola. The host was very responsive and flexible with our changing arrival time. Highly recommend.

Apartamento amplio, limpio y muy luminoso. Muy buena calefacción y agua caliente. La cocina cuenta con los electrodomésticos y vajilla suficientes para poder desayunar o comer. Gran armario. Ubicación excelente, junto al metro de Argonne para llegar al Duomo en 15 minutos. Cafetería junto a la entrada y supermercado y restaurantes próximos. La comunicación con Luca ha sido muy rápida y su información nos ha sido muy útil. Fernando nos informó y ayudó con rapidez durante nuestra estancia.

Appartamento pulitissimo e cucina ben attrezzata. Adina e Mauro sono gentili e super disponibili, ci hanno perfino trovato un biglietto per la partita di hockey su ghiaccio dell’Ambrì-Piotta.

We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

We stay in the apartment for two nights during a business trip. And everything was fantastic. The apartment is exactly what we want and it’s a perfect place for friends, colleagues and a family. Mariagrazia organised it perfectly and we had no check-in issues after our flight delay. Mariagrazia was very helpful, answer quickly and was a perfect host.

Excelente casa, muy cómoda todo estaba impecable. Increible lugar y la vista que tiene al lago es espectacular, desde allí pudimos ver los fuegos artificiales de Año Nuevo. Jennifer y Nico fueron muy cordiales y generosos. Recomiendo la casa Volvería sin dudarlo. inolvidable estadía. gracias!!!!!!!

Une maison et un jardin parfaits pour qui recherche le calme dans un environnement magnifique. Très bien équipée, cette maison de famille est toutefois assez rustique et convient particulièrement pour la belle saison. Jardin spacieux, complètement privatif avec vue imprenable sur les montagnes et le hameau de Frasco. Spots de baignade loin des lieux hyper fréquentés accessibles à pied + départ de jolies randonnées faciles (Sonogno à 30min le long de la rivière et dans la forêt).

Sehr schöne und zentrale Lage mit super Blick auf den See. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermietung. Grosszügige Wohnung und mit dem Rollstuhl ebenerdig zu erreichen. Einziger Wermutstropfen war der Verkehr auf der Strasse draussen

Wir haben 6 tolle Tage in der Wohnung von Matteo verbracht! Die Lage erlaubt es, sowohl Ausflüge mach Mailand, als auch an den Lago Maggiore (oder andere) zu unternehmen. Beides ist mit dem Zug direkt von hier zu erreichen. Hinter dem Haus erstreckt sich auch ein schöner Wald mit netten Wanderwegen. In der Küche haben wir ein paar Sachen vermisst, aber die Mutter (wohnt oben drüber, spricht nur italienisch) war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie leiht gern Sachen aus. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden!

Mitten im schmucken Ascona haben wir uns in dieser modernen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt um Ascona und die umliegenden Täler zu entdecken. wir haben die Gastgeber als sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend erlebt und freuen uns au ein nächstes mal!
