Nicola’s place is GREAT! The flat is big, has 3 balconies, one of which is more like a cozy outside terrace. It has everything, it is free of clutter but at the same time feels like home. Nicola is a great host, super helpful and responsive. Location is good, especially if you need the private parking availability. Overall walkable to wherever you need to be, even with a stroller. Best kept secret? Probably the fastest internet in airbnb/hotel in Italy! Almost 1Gbps! Book it!

Che dire ! Mi sono fermata qui dopo una lunga esperienza di mesi in Sardegna che mi ha fatto ripromettere di non tornarci mai più le zone di costa rei villasimius sono costellare di imcompeyemti che si spacciano per albergatori ristoratori intenti solo a spillare soldi al turista con fare riprovevole e maleducazione oltremisura . Arrivare qui a Villaputzu mi ha fatto ricordare perché mi piaceva la Sardegna e le persone autentiche come a casa di Marco dove sono stata accolta da persone squisite . Casa impeccabile ! Venite qui non buttate i vostri soldi altrove ! Qui si gode del piacere di averli spesi bene e a costi giusti

Das war die beste Unterkunft die wir jemals über AirBnB gebucht haben. Super sauber, alles was man brauchte vorhanden, Betten prima, ruhig, Supermarkt in der Nähe, Meer fussläufig, einfach perfekt!!!

Wir haben das Appartment Nummer 7 bekommen wie waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und wurden noch mit einem zusätzlichem Bad überrascht.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sehr sauber und unser persönliches Highlight war die Terrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick aufs Meer, der zum Verweilen einlädt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig auf einem Berg gelegen - ein Mietauto ist von Vorteil, der Strand aber zu Fuss in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mike lief problemlos und schnell. Für all unsere Fragen hatte er blitzschnell Antworten parat.

Das Haus war extrem sauber, erfrischend und es standen Leckereien, Esswaren und Getränke für uns bereit. Wir sind begeistert! 😍 In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde alles durchdacht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. Mrs. Maddalena and mr. Franco were very friendly and hospitable. Their grapes tasted delicious! The house was clean and well arranged. We were amazed by the La Dune beach 10 km away from the house - we rented a scooter for transport (Mrs. Maddalena took us to the rental place). Not only that - our last day was Sunday and since the bus timetables were not optimal Mrs. Maddalena got us a driver that drove us to a train station 26 km away (from where the train took us directly to the airport). Would recommend!

Danke an Vincenzo für sie Gastfreundschaft. Herzlich eingerichtet Wohnung mit allem was benötigt wird. Sehr ruige gegend, Restaurants in der nähe und Dorfzentrum 15 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Wunderschöne Strände ind der näheren Umgebung. Sehr zum weiter Empfehlen

Wir haben mit 9 Personen Manuela's Haus bewohnt. Es war ausreichend Platz und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Pool war "Gold" wert für die Kinder :) Der Ausblick auf das Meer und das tägliche Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist mit Geld nicht zu bezahlen, einfach ein Traum. Wir vermissen es schon....Da wir mit dem Auto nach Sardinien gekommen sind, konnten wir viele schöne Strände und Orte besuchen. Ein Boot mit Skipper haben wir auch gebucht, einfach mal am Hafen von Porto Corallo nachfragen. Er hat uns zum Schnorcheln und Baden an wunderschöne Buchten mit glasklarem Wasser gefahren. Das war ein Erlebnis für uns Alle. Das Haus von Manuela ist groß und mit allem bestückt was man so braucht, in der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Anzumerken ist, dass es keine Filterkaffeemaschine gibt, sondern eine Kapselmaschine. Manuela ist wirklich ein perfekter Gastgeber, bei Ankunft waren Getränke (Wasser, Sekt, Saft) nebst Eiswürfel im Kühlschrank, ein Kuchen, Snacks, Nudeln standen bereit. Lieben Dank

Apartament Maurizio I spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Mieszkanie ma bardzo ładny wystrój, że zwłaszcza szereg obrazów na ścianach. Jest dobry dla pary jak i małej rodziny. Właściciel wystawił poczęstunek co było miłym gestem. Zawsze odpowiada na wiadomości, jest pomocny. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko atrakcji i restauracji i marketu. Mały minus to uszkodzone szuflady w sypialni i czasami kanalizacja odbija i wydziela nieprzyjemny zapach. Dobrym pomysłem byłoby zakupienie czajnika do gotowania wody. Mimo to pobyt był świetny. Cieszymy się że mogliśmy tam spędzić czas.

la maison est agréable la plage est très sure pour les enfants et assez facile d accès et le sable est très fin peu de magasin ouvert à proximité mais la livraison par internet fonctionne bien

Très bon séjour à Cagliari. Appartement idéalement situé à quelques mètres de la gare. Toutes les visites se font à pied sans problème. Le logement était propre et Gianfranco très accueillant et disponible. J ai beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions que Gianfranco nous a laissé à notre arrivée! Merci pour ce séjour!

La casa è davvero molto bella e il patio con la terrazza si aprono sul mare regalando una vista incantevole per lo spettacolo dei differenti colori dell’acqua nei vari momenti della giornata e la magia del tramonto e della luna! La casa sia all’interno che all’esterno, nonostante i segni del passare del tempo, mantiene un fascino ricercato e un’atmosfera estremamente accogliente. Carlotta, che ringraziamo ancora, è un host molto disponibile e affabile che ci ha supportato prima e durante la vacanza al meglio delle sue possibilità. La bellezza del luogo ha contribuito a far sopportare l’assenza dell’aria condizionata e la gentilezza di Carlotta ci ha fatto superare il disagio della scalinata di accesso molto scomoda per i bagagli e per gli spostamenti: Carlotta ci ha aiutato personalmente con le valigie al check out e le abbiamo chiesto di evidenziare nell’annuncio con descrizione e foto le rampe di scale di accesso. We loved our stay here. The appartement was exactly as described. Clear instructions on how to use the jacuzzi. Also right in the city centre so perfect for us!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles war wie beschrieben. Super Lage und super Wohnung. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

A very convenient and central location, short walk from main train station and at the heart of city with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, places to explore and close to supermarket. Margherita's place was exceptionally clean, plenty of lovely smelling towels and comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, thank you so much for the coffee, tea, laundry pod and toiletries. The washer/ dryer was very helpful indeed. The property was very comfortable for my children, it was bright, airy and I really appreciate the pride taken in the cleanliness throughout the property! I would definitely recommend this property and should I be so lucky to visit Cagliari again, I would choose Margherita's place with no hesitation.

Wir haben im Oktober eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Es hatte sogar Moskitonetze an den Fenstern, so dass man bei Nacht die Fenster offen lassen konnte. Die Terrasse hatte Morgensonne und wenn man Glück hatte, konnte man Papageien in den Bäumen beobachten. Die Supermärkte sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch das Zentrum von Villasimius ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bei Problemen war Allessandro sofort zur Stelle. Wir sind in der Nacht mit dem Auto angekommen und haben mit den Anweisungen die Wohnung sehr leicht gefunden. Es war alles super, Danke Allessandro

Logement bien situé à 5 min de la plage en voiture. Restaurants à proximité et 20 min en voiture de Cagliari. Très bonne communication avec Eficio et il a été d’une grande aide pour que nous puissions avoir le logement plus tôt que prévu. Très beau séjour je recommande le logement.

Dobrze wyposażony i czysty apartament z pięknym widokiem na morze. Pomocny, uprzejmy i życzliwy gospodarz, wszystko dokładnie wytłumaczył i pokazał, był w kontakcie przed i w czasie pobytu. Miejsce jest bardzo spokojne, relaksowe; świetna baza do wypadów samochodem na liczne, różnorodne plaże w pobliżu oraz do zwiedzania południa wyspy. Na miejscu dostępna również plaża, choc nie tak atrakcyjna jak wiele innych obok (dojazd od paru minut do pół godziny samochodem). Malutkim minusem były tylko rozjeżdżające się materace na podwójnym łóżku w sypialni, ale nie wpłynęło to na zadowolenie z pobytu. Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy!
