Tricia was friendly and communicative! Our Air BnB was in a great location - easy Uber ride to Broadway St. Everything was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening! I recommend this place! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay! This house is absolutely adorable and was stocked with all the essentials, making it feel so welcoming and comfortable. The outdoor area was a highlight—there’s a pool, hot tub, tons of games, and even a pool house/tiki bar! It had everything we could possibly need to have a great time. The house itself was spacious and fit our group perfectly. We loved the house, the area, and the overall experience, and we’d definitely love to book again when it’s a bit warmer to fully enjoy the pool. Highly recommend!

Amazing house for a business trip. Lots of space and very convenient.

Lisa was an amazing host - very flexible to allow us to do early check in without any additional fees, very responsive and great recommendations for the area. Her house was also great with lots of room, pool, grill - perfect for long weekend getaway.

Great location and space. There is lots of construction in the neighborhood and it’s very loud, but obviously this is not the owners fault! Just something to be aware of if traveling with kids as we were. Very well decorated, nice kitchen, super cute and comfortable!

Allie’s place was a great place for family time. We really enjoyed our time and plan on coming back soon. I would definitely recommend this place for a getaway. Thanks for the stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, well-equipped, and in a great location — perfect for exploring Nashville. The beds were super comfortable, and it was an ideal spot for staying with kids. The pool was beautiful, though it was a bit chilly during our visit, but that didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again next time we’re in Nashville!

Great place. Great view of the river. Very clean and walkable to everything. Bekah was a great communicator and check in and out was so easy. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Nashville.

Had a great time. The space was clean, easy to access. Close to everything. Parking is a bit pricey at 57 a night, but expected for the area. Would recommend! Would return!

Great location and alternative to paying the crazy hotel prices near Broadway. A lot of great things walking distance from unit. Bed was super comfortable and shower had good water pressure (that’s an important one for me!). Carrie was a great host. Clear instructions, friendly, responsive, and check in/out was very easy.

This was a great location to be able to walk downtown. Inexpensive Uber rides to get back at night. Met our needs, giving us a place to rest and relax when not out on Broadway exploring.

Great location, very clean and very nice airbnb overall

Convenient and clean location. only 20 minute walk to Broadway and a few minutes walk to restaurants and pubs in Germantown. Farmer's market is only 10 minutes away on foot. The neighbourhood is also very quiet and safe. It was nice to have bottles of water waiting for us when we arrived and the ample supplies of coffee were very much appreciated.

Liz was overall an excellent hostess. She is very responsive and provided clear instructions. Overall the location was great and it was walkable to several areas. We ended up ubering downtown quite a bit but was very close to Germantown and several restaurants. Could potentially walk downtown within ~25 minutes. The condo itself was very clean, maintained well, and the small balcony was a delight. The area itself is pretty industrial and there’s a lot of surrounding construction but that’s my only minor complaint. I’m sure that vibe will improve after they get all finished up. Would definitely recommend!

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.
