Large, excellent-quality house with a lot of attention to details. Large, convenient rooms, excellent view. Patio, barbecue, games, large TV, video games, music, fully-equipped kitchen. Excellent place for a large group or a family. Feels like home. Great hospitality of the owner! Great location!

Большая просторная вилла с шикарным видом на горы. Расположена отдельно от деревни на большой огороженной территории и рядом нет соседних домов, ты абсолютно один с природой и горами. Тут реально идеальная тишина. В 15 минутах ходьбы новая таверна с отличной кухней, это здорово. Очень удобное расположение для пеших прогулок. Для тех, кто любит бассейн, тут просто невообразимый рай (я был зимой, не пользовался). Спальни большие, что не характерно для домов на Кипре, зал и кухня тоже большие, мне жалко, что я там жил один. Есть всего один минус. Мне очень не хватало камина в конце ноября, для холодной погоды дом мало приспособлен.

A warm welcome from Nicolas who showed us around the villa. He had provided a welcome food pack of bread, milk and fantastic fruit bowl. The villa is very well equipped and furnished, ageing but clean, functional and comfortable. Excellent WiFi. The pool is a good size and clean. The villa is adjacent to the road but the occasional road noise was not a distraction. Walkable into Pissouri Bay with excellent restaurants although the first 300metres is without a pavement/footpath. Would certainly stay there again.

The house is very nicely done and extremely cozy. We stayed in winter, so the hot tub and the wood stove were fantastic! You'll need to fire the stove, as there is no other heating. Super nice host and also property manager. You'll need a car to get to Vouni and also to drive to restaurants, as in winter all were closed in the village.

I think it’s the best place that you can rent on Cyprus! Location is super convenient and close to everything, at the same time really quiet. The house is soooo beautiful and it has its own soul and unique design. Alexandros is amazing host, very responsive and very nice person. Next time on Cyprus I’ll def stay here again if it will be possible. Ps I travel A LOT, and it’s truly a gem in Limassol. Pps check out cafe in front of the building, they have really good coffee and breakfast/lunch:)

Гениальное жилье. Все на своих местах. Очень чисто. Вкусный кофе, свежие овощи и сыр, отличный кондиционер и горячая ванна! Что еще нужно для идеального отдыха. Хозяин отвечал в течение минуты! Невероятный профессионализм. Честно говоря, стоит каждой копейки, которые мы заплатили за это жилье. Великолепный отдых

Nádherný dům v klidné rodinné lokalitě. Pokud hledáte ubytování blízko obchodů/barů/centrum města není to úplně ideální, ale všude se dá dojet taxi, které jsou na Kypru poměrně levné. Pláž je poměrně daleko, asi hodinu pěšky, ale je možné, že tam jede i nějaký autobus, ten jsme ale nenašli. Skvělé bylo veřejně přístupné travnaté fotbalové hřiště, které se nacházelo asi 10min pěšky. No a co se týče vily samotné, tak byla fantastická. Bázen byl skvělý, celá vila byla čístá a najdete v ní úplně vše, co budete potřebovat, dokonce i společenské hry. Celkově můžeme ohodnotit náš pobyt velmi kladně!

We had a fantastic stay at Tony and Tracy’s beautiful home in Akapnou. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by such a warm and friendly couple who made our experience truly memorable. The house is spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a wonderful atmosphere that made us feel instantly at home. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including fast and reliable internet, which was a huge plus. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it a perfect retreat. Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we recommend this place to anyone who can have a vacation at countryside.

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. A very cosy and authentic house not far away from Limassol. Laneia village is very pittoresque. The fireplace and the hot tube make this place more comfortable and perfect for the winter holidays. The host is very hospitable and helpful. Can highly recommend this place for a couple of days in a warm atmosphere with family or friends.

Cudowne miejsce do odpoczynku. Z tarasu rozprzestrzenia się piękny widok na okolice. Spacerując po miasteczku czuć niepowtarzalny klimat Cypru. Gospodarz jest komunikatywny, miło nastawiony do gości, bardzo pomocny i troskliwy. Oprócz jacuzzi podczas wizyty była możliwość skorzystania nawet z masażu. Z czystym sercem mogę polecić ten nocleg innym! Miło będzie kiedyś tu wrócić!
