El apartamento de Santiago es precioso, tal como está en las fotos. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía 10/10, además Santiago es súper amable y nos dio varias recomendaciones para hacer de nuestra estadía la mejor de todas. Sin duda súper recomendado todo

Absolutely amazing accommodations! My family and I truly enjoyed our trip to Cartagena, and it started with our stay at Luis' place. Luis' was very responsive from the time of booking throughout our stay. Everything is very clean and as pictured. Id highly recommend staying here.

Great place! Would just suggest having the pool hours longer. 10am is a little late and 7pm is far too early.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment im Tower in Cartagena war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft selbst war wunderschön – großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und mit einem spektakulären Ausblick auf das Meer. Besonders beeindruckend war der große Pool direkt am Wasser, der zum Entspannen einlud. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Organisation rund um die Rezeption. Da diese nicht direkt mit dem Apartment verbunden war, gestaltete sich die Kommunikation bezüglich der Gepäckaufbewahrung beim Checkout etwas kompliziert. Die Koordination zwischen dem Host, dem Gebäudemanager und der Rezeption erforderte einige Umwege, und leider waren die Mitarbeiter Castilla (der Sicherheitsdienst) und Guerra (der Rezeptionist) nicht besonders hilfsbereit. Trotz dieser kleinen Unannehmlichkeit war der Host selbst äußerst freundlich und bemüht, was die Erfahrung insgesamt positiv gestaltete. Ich würde die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und auch selbst wieder buchen.

El departamento super lindo, identico a las fotos, amplio y con todas las comodidades, tenia suficiente menaje para 5 personas y utensilios para preparar lo que desees. La Lavadora nos fue de mucha utilidad, cerca hay restauranst, minimarket y tienda con todo lo necesario, zona muy tranquila y facil de llegar. Cerca a los lugares turistico donde los taxis nos salian economicos.

Un muy buen lugar para alojarse. La pisicina y la salida al mar muy agradables. El apartamento cómodo, bonito, fácil de llegar. Sin duda para repetir!

El lugar es excelente. Muy recomendado para parejas o grupos pequeños que busquen una buena calidad-precio en su hospedaje.

Increíble apartamento ubicación super central y muy segura, el edificio es muy bonito y el apartamento es tal cual como en las fotos!! perfecto para estadia de 3 personas máximo.

Jorge es un excelente anfitrión, estuvo pendiente de nosotros antes y durante la estadía. El apartamento es impecable, muy lindo y tiene todo lo que necesitas. El edificio es lindísimo y muy tranquilo! Volveríamos a quedarnos aquí sin duda.

This beautiful and spacious apartment is a gem in Cartagena! We traveled as a multi generational family of 7 (with ages ranging from 4 to 87). The apartment is in an elevator building, it’s immaculately clean, spacious, full of natural light, facing the ocean, has a private entrance to the beach as well as a rooftop pool (which we had to ourselves during the entire 5 day stay) and a gym- everything you need to enjoy a beautiful and luxurious vacation. Ubers had no problem getting to the building and we felt very safe. Luz ,the housekeeper, was a blessing to our family. She refreshes and cleans the apartment daily and her cooking is outstanding- arepas, empanadas, pescado frito with coconut rice, paella, arroz con pollo- take her recommendations because it’s all so delicious!The love that she put into preparing our meals made them extra special and the family time that her care allowed for us as a family is truly priceless! Without a doubt- book this place for your stay- it’s the best!

Tiene un diseño exclusivo, la decoración, el anfitrion, el servicio, el aseo, la amabilidad de Carmensita. Se encuentra dentro del complejo del hotel Sonesta, lo cual lo hace mas agradable, seguro, a pocos minutos de la playa. Super recomendado!!!

exelente lugar lo recibido un valcon muy lindo con una visita preciosa, tomar una cerveza en ese balcón fue lo mejor , todo muy limpio , se agradece detalles como lavadora , secadora se cabello , plancha , muchas toallas ., la piscina en el último peso era increíble con la vista a la playa la ciudad y cerca del aeropuerto , edificio seguro . está cerca un supermercado que puedes ir caminado y un restaurante económico . lo único punto negativo es la ubicación gaste mucho de mi presupuesto en taxi.

Siempre será una experiencia grata acceder a una propiedad en Morros Ultra. Es un apartamento bien equipado, con todo lo necesario. Puede hacer mejoras, como reparaciones en algunos acabados y poner un blackout en cada habitación. Sin embargo, ello no obsta para decir que el alojamiento cumplió la expectativas y pasamos un excelente fin de semana en familia.

We enjoyed a fantastic week at Marias home in Cartagena. The apartment is in a top location walking distance to everything. It's in a quiet area and the side street was blocked off in the afternoons. The rooms were spacious and the views are lovely. We enjoyed a birthday celebration on the rooftop with friends watching the sun set. Maria was a fabulous communicator and helped us when the electricity went out one night. One point to mention is the hot water was intermittent (it worked fine first day but only warm after the electricity outage). I think this is in the listing, but I missed it when I booked (& it is apparently normal for all of Colombia). We loved our stay and highly recommend it for anyone spending time in Cartagena 🤩
