My stay was amazing! Everything was clean, I had privacy, the place was exactly how they described, they are good with communication and it was worth the price I paid. I loved to stay here.

Unfortunately, I never got to meet Olivia face-to-face as we checked in late at night and left super early in the morning. The place was immaculate, and so comfortable.. plentiful towels, and comfortable beds and couches. Such a nice touch with a note that welcomed us. … thank God for the Keurig coffee as we were exhausted from driving. Beautiful space and she was highly responsive with questions I had. Even moved her very own car to make room for our Jeep and U Haul. Highly recommend… felt like home even if only a few hours. Beautiful spot and wonderful hostess.

Beautiful home, friendly hosts, and a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed the staycation! Also, Dr. Ken’s book was beautifully written, finished it in one sitting, great read! We agreed that our favorite parts of our trip were the breakfasts where we enjoyed the food & briefly chatted with Dr. Ken. Good talks & times!

It’s an adorable, homey farmhouse that has both a vintage & modern style. It certainly exceeded my expectations and hopes. Thank you Lisa, I hope to book there for the next time we travel that way. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a warm, cozy farmhouse. Also, the lavender farm is so soothing to the eye & the soul!

Such a beautiful house in a picturesque location! Paul was incredibly helpful, and I enjoyed talking to him about the area and its history. I also enjoyed looking through several of the books on the shelf. The bed was quite comfortable, and the house was spotless and well equipped. The town itself was quiet and peaceful. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer.

The house was terrific and we loved the details of the house, right down to the record player. Beds were so comfortable and the showers nice and hot with good pressure. We enjoyed walking around because my grandparents used to live 3 blocks away. We live in the middle of nowhere now so it was a bit noisy for us but we would still come back. Jessica was quick to respond to all our questions and a great host.

I can’t say enough about our stay. The price was right for the area and the amenities. The listing doesn’t begin to describe how awesome this house is and what is provided. Allison was responsive and the space was great. There are 2 beds and 2 full baths on the first floor which is perfect for those who are less mobile. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless! We will most definitely be back!

One of the best shared spaces of any Airbnb I've ever stayed at. You have your own kitchen and bathroom in your unit, but the co-working shared space is so warm and inviting, you'll what to spend as much time there as you can. In the morning, fresh coffee in ready by 07:00 and you can enjoy it with some peaceful background music. The hosts are really trying to create a healthy and friendly environment, and they do a wonderful job. highly recommended!

Megan helped us feel right at home. She even turned on the fireplace so we'd be warm when arrived. And I loved the eggs from her chickens! My daughter and I were in town for a lacrosse tournament and enjoyed the peace and quiet to rest between games. Going into town for food was quick and easy and Megan provided all the recommendations. If we return to the area again, I would definitely stay there!

This is the second time my family has stayed at this Airbnb. I definitely prefer it to some of the other ones in the area. Lots of space, an amazing size kitchen. A very spacious bathroom so everybody can get ready in the morning without having to fight. Justin is a great host and answers questions very quickly. He is extremely kind and is willing to help with whatever you need. I recommend this place to people and I try to stay every time I come out to see my family.

My husband and I were very pleased with our lodging. The photos and description were accurate. The rooms were very clean and even though it was still cold out, the heating inside was perfect. We loved how quiet the area was. Out side at night you could hear the proverbial "pin drop". We were within walking distance to all attractions. I would absolutely stay at this location again.

Carlisle House is in a great location to allow you to experience Carlisle. The breakfast each morning was delicious and Kathy and Chloe were delightful. They even accommodated some of our special dietary needs! The room was spacious and clean and comfortable! ‘

Julia was so accommodating and a lovely host. The space was perfect for a Valentine’s weekend escape. The location is walkable to so many great bars, restaurants, and Carrol Creek park, and a 20 minute drive to multiple wineries. This was such a special weekend and we would love to come back for our next trip to Frederick!

Rachel is by far my best friend Airbnb experience!! She really made me feel at home. Her responses are always quick and she is so helpful! Honestly, all hosts should be like Rachel! I would stay at her listings over and over again! Thank you so much for being so amazing Rachel!

We were in town to attend my father’s funeral at Mount St. Mary’s. It was a cozy place to stay and reflect, and it was quite convenient to the location of the event. The hosts were very kind and were very proactive and friendly. The instructions on check-in and checkout were very clear and very simple.The muffins were a very nice touch!

The two rooms were perfect for my two teenagers and me. They loved the bunk beds and I loved the exquisitely carved headboard in my room. Their deck was a glorious outdoor living space, the house was very clean and decor was really pretty and international. We enjoyed meeting Andy and Sherry and look forward to another visit in the fall hopefully. They were so kind and we loved their home and peaceful back yard!

The B&B was amazing!! 1) the location was perfect 2) super responsive hosts 3) accommodated our food allergies and the breakfast was delicious and aesthetic 4) the hosts were super informative and did a superb job restoring the house 5) the house was so fun, everywhere you looked was a new and exciting thing to see; it reminded me of the house from Practical Magic, just so fun! 10/10 would book again!

Eleanor's Retreat is absolutely incredible, up here on the mountain, nearly across the street from Mr. Ed's Candy Emporium. The views here are amazing, especially from the upstairs windows. Eleanor's Retreat is located centrally to both Chambersburg in Franklin county, and Gettysburg in Adams county, so it is an ideal spot to tour both locations especially for history lovers, hikers, and more. There was a quilting retreat during my stay here. I got to interact with the other ladies and see how the retreats are ran, the Airbnb/bed and breakfast and the retreats are both, incredible, and worth checking out for those of you who quilt or are interested in starting or trying it! Eleanor herself and her assistant are so warm and welcoming. She is an inspiring and helpful woman with a big heart. The beds are insanely comfortable, and the home instead of a hotel, feels just like home. The rooms are children and pet friendly and the rooms each have your own private bathroom. Thank you!

Perfect getaway in small town PA

Sarah's place was amazing this was a last minute booking, but had no issues. enjoyed our time here and would stay again, everything was described exactly how it looked. Sarah was also very responsive to our messages.

This was the best B & B we have ever experienced! City House covered every detail perfectly. A++ in all regards. Our innkeeper, Carolyn, is a truly genuine person and it was such a pleasure to converse w her. Our breakfast was superb & made fresh for us.
