This was a wonderful Airbnb! So clean and beautifully decorated. She also had lots of extras such as a coffee bar, snacks, and drinks. It is clear the host puts a lot of effort into making sure her guests have a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great peaceful stay! The animals were a plus! My kids and I enjoyed board games and a scavenger hunt! It’s nice to enjoy a technology-free weekend! It’s just right outside of town but still has a country feel!

The cottage is an older house, but kept very clean and well stocked with everything I needed for my stay. Amber responded quickly to my questions, etc. The neighborhood is quiet, except for the occasional freight train (bring earplugs if the train whistles would bother you at night - I slept very well once I started using them). I would recommend this as a good, well-priced, no-frills hub for a visit to Derby.

The description and pictures of the home are accurate. It was nice to have bathrooms attached to each bedroom. It’s a peaceful setting and the perfect place to decompress. The cows were there everyday and the calfs were very cute. Amy is the perfect host and responded quickly to questions. There is a big TV and WiFi so you can still surf the internet and watch your favorite shows.

The Beach House was private, clean and had beautiful surroundings. Cody and Amanda were super responsive to questions and made us feel at home. Tons of things to do on the property (fishing, kayaking, volleyball, tennis, basketball). We would love to visit again during warmer weather with more time to take advantage of the amenities. Great place, great hosts!
