1) Place is in a peaceful colony. When we stayed in a hotel in Har ki Pauri last time, we woke up at 4 am due to lot of noise. this time we had a sound sleep. 2) House is big with a nice kitchen. it is helpful for people having kids. 3) Caretaker is responsive. 4) House is very clean and well maintained.

I stayed for 1 night with my friends and it was a lovely stay. Mentioned directions were a little off but I contacted the host and he helped me out with the right directions. I liked the greenery over there. Place was huge and everything was well maintained. I asked for bonfire which the caretaker helped me to setup. Overall it was an amazing experience, I would definitely recommend this for groups.

if you like peace then its for you but if you want to explore and want to visit places nearby then you might face little hassle if you are not visiting with your own vehicle otherwise it was great place, clean, calming environment

Wonderful Stay in Rishikesh – Spacious & Serene! We had an amazing stay at this 4BHK flat in Rishikesh! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, perfect for our group.Bedsheets, towels were fresh. Each bedroom was comfortable, with cozy beds and modern amenities like ac , separate balcony . The living area was beautifully furnished, providing a great space to relax after a day of exploring. The location was close to Triveni Ghat and nearby has daily essential shops and restraunt. The balcony offered breathtaking views, making mornings and evenings extra special. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was convenient for preparing meals. Rohit ji was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Rishikesh! Would definitely love to visit again.

The stay was wonderful and very comfortable. The property was well maintained. The host, Mr. Akhilesh was super sweet and assisted us throughout. The check in and check out was very smooth and people were very helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend it to whoever is looking to have a peaceful trip to Rishikesh ❤️

Their hospitality was truly exceptional—thoughtful touches, great local recommendations, and a genuine desire to make us feel at home. The property itself was spotless! It was clear that cleanliness is a top priority, as every room was immaculately maintained. The fresh linens, sparkling kitchen, and pristine bathroom made our stay incredibly comfortable. It felt as though we were stepping into a high-end hotel, but with the cozy charm of a home away from home. The attention to detail throughout the space made all the difference. Flat is so good. Communication is great. Checkin is easy. There’s a dumpyard nearby which is temporary. It can make the outdoor area smelly but if you do not open windows then it feels good. You’ll get every facility there. I can definitely consider this place for the next time.

Ideal setup for work as well Proactive Host- Ankita is very communicative and responsible from the time u check in and even after you check out! people like her are rare! the care taker aunt: very sweet lady and keeps the entire property super clean She was too sweet to offer a cup of tea as I asked although it was not a part of their chores!! the house is in a residential with a lot of options to eat at a walkable distance (swiggy and zomato are all reachable too) Above all this, I travelled during August 2023 when weather condition were not very favourable. Ankita made sure we are safe and kept checking on us. She kept us informed of the weather alerts and do/don'ts where ever applicable! to summarize, this was a homely though away from home ! Highly Recommended!
