Just heads up. This is one of the few places that have a backup power (solar). It can power one ac and other throughout the whole night. It will last half the night when all the ac's are turned on. Other than that it's a great place.

Will definitely visit this place again and hope to be received by an able host like Philip if not Himself. Great service.

Issifu is a great host and has a beautiful home. The house is in a quiet, residential and very safe private community and the staff/security there are very friendly and helpful. I visited with my wife, two babies and a couple of other family members but there was still plenty of space (both inside and in the garden) to accommodate all of us. Each of the 4 bedrooms was en-suite, which made our stay very pleasant. Issifu was always reachable and provided clear information and support whenever needed. The house also benefits from solar power, which is great in case of power cuts in the local area. I would definitely consider coming again when I am back in Accra.

Et stort rekkehus med høy standard og aircondition. Det er tre etasjer i huset hvor soverommene er i 2. og 3. etasje. Huset ligger i et rolig og trygt område med dørvakt 24/7. Vertskapet var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelig, samt fleksible både med innsjekk og utsjekk, noe vi satt veldig pris på. Kjøkkenet manglet en del utstyr, deriblant bestikk og kopper. Det var ikke så enkelt å koble til gassen for å bruke innendørs kjøkken, men vi fikk det til. Alt i alt anbefaler vi dette rekkehuset for alle og en hver som ønsker god plass, mange bad, nærhet til butikker og sentrum og god komfort. Vi var veldig fornøyde med vårt opphold!

Kwesi's place is in a beautiful, sought-after secure gated community. The residents are very respectful and friendly. The property has very big rooms, beautiful decor and a lot of space. There are 2 car parking spaces allocated to the property. Kwesi was always very professional, transparent and flexible if needed. He and James, the house manager, were responsive during communications and this made my stay very comfortable. Even when we had a medical emergency with our youngest son and had to leave earlier than planned, Kwesi was extremely professional and understanding. He offered the necessary assistance. I would recommend Kwesi's place because it feels like home away from home.

Where do I began, let's start with the booking. So I was traveling with family from the USA and my Dad lives in Ghana. He was very concerned about different locations we had scouted to stay. Those who have used Airbnb know you normally don't get the address until a few days before your arrival. Ruby and her on site team were very gracious to give him a full tour of the facility. He video chatted with me and I was SOLD from he entered the door. I booked immediately. My flight got in at 4:45am local time wonderful Ruby to the rescue..she had her on site Team ready and willing to receive us at that time. The property manager Albert and the caretaker Desmond both the BEST! greeted us and set us up easily. Desmond was always available to assist with a polite and friendly demeanor. The whole on site staff were great. The property was immaculate inside and out. We had BBQs and indulged in the pool amenities almost everyday. It was in a very safe area close to shops. Will be staying again!!!
