Đầu tiên là host trả lời siêu nhanh và nhiệt tình, kể cả lúc nửa đêm nên mình rất bất ngờ. Vị trí homestay thuận tiện để đi đến các điểm du lịch khác. Tuy không đi bộ được nhưng đi xe máy rất tiện, đường to thoáng dễ đi và dễ tìm. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, sáng sủa, gọn gàng ngăn nắp. Có nhà tắm riêng và đầy đủ nước nóng nên mình cực kỳ ưng ý. Vấn đề duy nhất là cửa gỗ gia công chưa tốt nên khó đóng mở, nhưng không ảnh hưởng nhiều. Giá cả rất hợp lý, đúng hơn là khá rẻ so với những gì mình trải nghiệm. Tổng thể mà nói thì cực kỳ đáng tiền.

Die Lage des Homestays ist etwas abgelegen, aber mit einem Taxi oder Grab kommt man günstig und schnell in den Nationalpark. Außerdem kann man sich ein Rad ausleihen. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und helfen bei Fragen oder Problemen weiter. Morgens wird kostenfrei ein leckeres Frühstück frisch zubereitet. Absolut empfehlenswert.

This is part of "Trang An Legend", which is a very nice place. It is at the very end of the village and thus offers appealing views of the surrounding nature, including the typical rocks of the area. The place is quiet and pleasant, and it has a nice swimming pool. What you get is, other than stated, not a bungalow, but a small appartment in a three storey-building. That didn't matter to me, the room is spacious and clean and has great views, and I wouldn't have wanted to trade it for one of the bungalows (which they also have). I recommend this place and this room!

Quel merveilleux séjour nous avons passé avec mes deux filles ! Nous avons été accueilli comme si nous faisions parties de la famille. l endroit est paisible, loin de l agitation de la ville. Kua a toujours été à notre écoute et nous a aidé dans notre organisation pour visiter les environ. La maison est situé à 20 / 30 minutes en voiture des merveilles de Ninh Binh. Les parents de Kua peuvent soit vous ballader en moto dans les environs, soit vous pouvez aussi leur louer des vélos. Il a à 10/15 mn une très belle pagode à visiter loin du brouhaha du tourisme. Chaque repas partagés avec les parents de Kua furent un vrai plaisir de saveurs et de beau instant de partage ! J ai pu apprendre à faire le tofu 🥰 Étant un peu loin de supermarchés, pensez à prendre vos snacks préférés au cas où 😄 Pour une immersion dans la culture vietnamienne c est l endroit revé. C est une famille adorable 🌸🫶🏽Ils me manquent déjà…. Encore merci pour toute cette belle énergie partagée ❤️ à bientôt j’espe

What a wonderful Homestay for our trip to Ninh Binh! The room we had was spacious and clean. The wifi was faster than what we thought it would be for Ninh Binh. When we did a speed test we got around 50mbps for the download and about 15mbps for upload. It’s within easy walking distance to minimarts, even a little pharmacy at the end of the street, and other restaurants. We also had food and drinks at the Homestay which are delicious. Portion sizes are pretty good too. It was easy to get around using the motorbikes we hired from the Homestay. The family here are very helpful, friendly, thoughtful and generous. They really did make our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Trang An is such a beautiful part of Ninh Binh and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We highly recommend Kong’s Homestay!

Clean and excellent location for a great price. We stayed one night just because the other place we booked was not available for that night. Wished we stayed here the entire time. Many places in this area smell moldy but this place did not. Walk in minutes to the Main Street but quite from the noise. Bed is on the firm side.

Super esperienza! Le proprietarie dell hotel sono incredibilmente disponibili, in qualsiasi momento. Gentili e simpatiche. Ti aiutano per noleggio scooter, bici, tour, biglietti del bus ad un ottimo prezzo. La camera è pulitissima, spaziosa, in ottimo stato. Acqua ogni giorno. La colazione è ottima, a buffet, internazionale. Siamo stati davvero bene, nonostante ci aspettassimo un appartamentino (c era scritto cucina disponibile, ma in sé non è così) ci hanno trattato così bene e siamo stati così bene che torneremmo di sicuro in questo hotel.

Thánh and his wife were the perfect hosts as they allowed us to check in early morning after our sleeper which was very kind. They gave us very good local recommendations, were always happy to help , very friendly and always happy with to chat with us. They provide a brilliant laundry service, motorbike hire as well the location being perfect. The room itself was fantastic as it was clean, comfy and very spacious. Thanks for a fantastic stay and can’t recommend highly enough 🇻🇳❤️.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt bei Mountain Side. Die Unterkunft war wirklich schön, sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch haben sie uns Aktivitäten und Fahrten vom Hotel angeboten. Zudem kann man neben dem Frühstück auch Mittag- / Abendessen bestellen - das war sehr lecker! Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, wenn es möglich gewesen wäre und wir würden die Unterkunft in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

Of all places we have stayed at in Viet Nam, this was by far the most beautiful and comfortable! The owner is the sweetest soul and all the staff are very kind and friendly. The breakfast here was my favorite food on my entire journey (eggs, soup, banana pancakes, fresh fruit - pineapple, watermelon, passion fruit!! -, fresh vegetables, fresh watermelon juice omg😍😍) and everything so delicious, they prepare it right in front of you! It was so cool that they also had 2 different kinds of strawberry jam, red and yellow. All in all they keep it simple but delicious. The rooms where you stay have good air conditioning and the bed is very good. I slept really well for the first time on our trip. The most beautiful thing - beside the breathtaking view - was the peace and quiet around. And you can get to the best sights in 10min (– rent a bike!). Only negative I can say is that we didn’t come here earlier.😌 Thank you so much for the best 3 days we will 100% be returning 💝💝💝

We had a wonderful 2 days staying here ! It is a beautiful and utterly peaceful place, all communication was seamless and extremely helpful and the food was delicious. Having access to free bikes was also a massive bonus and we had huge fun exploring all the local sites . An excellent place to stay and we would 100% recommend!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Der Service ist wirklich gut, man kann Motorbikes und Fahrräder gegen Aufpreis ausleihen und wir haben viele Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen erhalten. Es gibt auch einen Billiardtisch, den man kostenlos nutzen kann. Das Frühstück war lecker und auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Das einzige, was wir etwas schwierig fanden, war die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, auch im Zimmer. Dagegen kann die Unterkunft aber wahrscheinlich nichts machen und es wäre auch in jeder anderen so gewesen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr genossen. :)

very lovely host and staffs. I didn't get the listed room due to prior guest's changed of schedule. The bungalow I was assigned to was a lot smaller (would be very inconvenient if you are traveling with big luggages). there are a lot of bugs in the area, so highly recommend to bring bug repellent spray/cream. there were 2 times the entire unit had power outage (just something to be expected for the area), but it was inconvenient because the entire unit was so dark and stuffy without light and AC, and the hot water would not work once the power is out. the airbnb is super close to the Trang An boat rides, and about 10min drive to then old town walk and 20min drives to other popular attractions. A big plus isnthat they provide free breakfast with a lot of options and with drink, fruits, yogurt.

A little piece of paradise away from the noise of the city, we highly recommend this accommodation! The place is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The gardens are stunning, the room is clean, and the small terrace is very pleasant for enjoying the view. In the morning, the buffet breakfast is excellent, and all the services are of high quality. Tony und Hannah waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Unterkunft ist sehr familiär. Das dazugehörige Restaurant war praktisch und die Banana-Pancakes zum Frühstück wirklich lecker. Auch sehr praktisch ist, dass man direkt in der Unterkunft Fahrräder und Motorroller mieten kann und Tony einem Tipps für die Umgabung und das Sightseeing gibt. Wir würden wiederkommen, und wenn die Sonne scheint und es warm ist auch gerne den Pool nutzen.

Excelente estadía! Las habitaciones limpias, las zonas comunes en perfectas condiciones. La familia que atiende el hostal muy amable y receptiva. El desayuno abundante y la ubicación en una zona tranquila pero cercana a las actividades turísticas. Sin dudas un lugar recomendable!
