I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly gracious, and the staff at the property were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The place looked exactly as described, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend staying here!

My multi-generational family, from to 2 to 70, enjoyed our stay very much. The place was modern, clean, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful with our luggage during check-in, transport ideas and a quick fix of the Wi-Fi. The location can’t be beat - charming, vibrant and everything within reach!

I had a lovely stay, right in the middle of the old quarter. The view from the cozy little balcony over the bustling streets was wonderful, sipping the first morning coffee and watching the world go by. The room was clean, AC worked and the bed was comfortable. Being in the middle of the city you can’t really expect quiet and total darkness, but the location makes up for it, just step outside your door and explore all that Hanoi’s old quarter has to offer. So many great food stalls, stores, train street and other sights in walking distance. The communication was kind, easy and always available if I had any questions! Would definitely come back!

Very convenient setup for our group, we each have private floors but can easily regroup on the main level. The lift is super appreciated for our elderly family members. Host team is super responsive.

We enjoyed our stay here! It had everything we needed and really started to feel like home. The kitchen was nice, tv to watch, and a huge bed and room space. The only down side is that the hot water didn’t last very long. Other than that it was amazing!!!

Very good stay there

If I were to live in Hanoi, I would want to live in a place just like this. Toàn's apartment was more than what we could've have asked for. The location near Trúc Bạch was ideal - very central and walkable, yet tucked away in a quiet street. The room was beautiful with both modern and traditional design elements; we appreciated the natural light, dark woods and green tiles along with a mix of low lighting; all of this made for a calm and serene space for us to land after very full and busy days in the city. It's clear this room was designed with so much care and attention to detail. Extra thank you to the security, chú bảo vệ and room service for tending to all of our needs during our stay. Would definitely be recommending this to any future visitors to Hanoi!

C’était génial, le logement est parfait pour un couple ou une personne seule, très grand espace, avec une douche à l’italienne,réfrigérateur, plaque de cuisson, climatisation et lit king size. L’appartement est situé juste à côté du lac et du quartier de Quang An (marché aux fleurs, restaurants, cafés et bars avec vue sur le lac, friperies). Quartier jeune mais le logement est très calme. My Linh était très réactive lorsque nous avions des questions. J’y retournerai lorsque je reviendrai à Hanoï.
