Bewertung auf Deutsch: Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Der Gastgeber war immer sehr freundlich und hat alle unsere Fragen schnell beantwortet. Er hat alles getan, um unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen, und wir waren sehr zufrieden und fühlten uns in der Unterkunft äußerst wohl. Während unseres längeren Aufenthalts hatten wir das Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein. Vielen Dank für alles!

I would personally like to thank Walter for being an excellent host and for being such a great communicator at arrival, it’s great to have a host that’s able to translate into your language that you feel comfortable with , overall the place was stunning, spotless and just a beautiful neighbourhood to stay at, have bus stops near by with food stores too!- my experience at staying at this apartment had no issues everything you need you have, I’ll be back to visit once again for sure in the near future! :)

Carin ist die perfekte und aufmerksamste Gastgeberin. Ihre Wohnung ist sehr charmant und perfekt ausgestattet in einer wunderschönen Umgebung mit Läden und Straßenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es war wie immer alles bestens und der nächste Aufenthalt ist schon gebucht.

gemütliche kleine Wohnung, alles da was man so braucht. Umgebung sehr ruhig, einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Ich komme gerne wieder!

Alles Super gewesen

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Die beiden Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet, sauber und bieten für große Gruppen alles, was man braucht. Die Innenstadt ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und Supermärkte sind ebenfalls nah. Wir fanden es schade, dass die Dachterrasse mit anderen Wohnungen geteilt wird. In der Wohnung ist aber auch genug Platz, um gemütlich zu sitzen. Die Kommunikation mit Jessica und Erich war schnell und unkompliziert. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Christine's place. Brand new, beautiful house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Plenty of nature within walking distance, as well as super markets and good restaurants. The layout of the house is open, bright and modern, with high quality furniture, bathrooms and kitchen. My personal highlight was the massive sliding glass door, which when opened, made the dining and living room feel like an outdoor space. This is on top of the already generous outdoor space with BBQ grill. Christine and Patric have been nothing short of perfect hosts. Super helpful, friendly, always available. I can't recommend this listing enough. Our family has made some of our fondest memories here.

The host is super friendly and hospitable, always there to help and very responsive. Convenient location short walk to train station and grocery stores. The house is very new and super clean with high quality appliances and furnitures. I was able to relax and had a great stay!

Heike’s place was so homey and relaxing! It was the perfect spot to explore the area and be able to come home at the end of the day and make a nice dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean. Great shower. Heike was good about communicating with us. We loved our stay!

Es hat uns super gefallen! Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet und gerade als Familie super zum Entspannen nach einem Ausflugreichen Tag :) Die Gastgeberin war sehr sehr nett und hat uns immer Gerne weitergeholfen und rasch geantwortet! Gerne wieder!

Ideale Unterkunft für Familien mit Kindern. Wir hatten uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch in Ulm, Augsburg oder das Legoland. Die Vermieter haben uns vor Ort die Wohnung übergeben und waren für unsere Anliegen immer erreichbar.

We really enjoyed our stay in Heiner’s house. The instructions to arrive at the house and to get in were clear and easy to follow. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was very well equipped. It was a perfect base to explore the surrounding area.

Es war sehr schön in der Wohnung von Elena und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Elena war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, flexibel und immer erreichbar. Danke für den kurzen aber entspannten Aufenthalt :-)

Everything was exactly as advertised. The view is great and the surroundings are quiet and relaxing. Matthias was very friendly and easy to work with.

Wir waren nun schon öfters bei Marion zu Besuch. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber! Sie ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist sehr ländlich, aber da wir Verwandte im gleichen Ort haben, für uns absolut perfekt. Man kann direkt hinterm Haus aufs Feld zum spazieren gehen und es ist dadurch sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Marion hat super geklappt und wir konnten zeitlich flexibel anreisen.

The apartment is very nice and modern,has everything you need for cooking, doing laundry or just relaxing and enjoying the night. Checkin is pretty straightforward. Well guided instructions. Parking can be quite difficult if you drive a big SUV like myself As it would not fit in to the provided underground parking space.The only way it fits is on-street parking nearby, which is quite challenging during my stay. Ralf despite traveling in other countries,reply instantly and help me to find any possible parking spot.Very grateful for his help

Our second stay at Eugen’s well-appointed apartment was a joy! The place is so bright and spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Eugen, again, was a pleasure to communicate with. He responded quickly when we had a slight snafu with the electronic check-in which requires you to download an app and add some codes. We couldn’t make it work for some reason, but Eugen had a back-up plan and we just used regular old- fashioned keys during our stay. Check-out is 9am. Our train to the airport didn’t ľeave until 4pm and Eugen granted us 7 extra hours so that we weren’t shlepping our luggage around town for all those hours. I already miss the soothing church bells! I absolutely LOVE them. Thank you, Eugen, for a pleasant and memorable stay! We will come again.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apparent! We had to book last minute due to a change of plans and the hosts were very responsive and friendly. They met us on site despite our rather late arrival and assisted us to our rooms and were very helpful in getting us settled for the night. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone passing through or looking to visit in the area!

Would've given 10 stars if I could. We absolutely loved the place and it's location. The apartment is located right next to Augsburg old city. It's a matter of minutes walk from the old city walls, the Fuggerei, the main city square and much more. The apartment is designed beautifully with a shick vintage vibe. It's super spacious and has so much going for it. We enjoyed every second of it and would love to stay there again next time we come and visit.
