Ingrid is the perfect host and the house is nice, cosy, clean and small but adequate. Baarn is very close to Utrecht and nice place to stay with good people

Sehr ruhige Gegend, wo ein sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Air BnB auf einen wartet. Übetrifft aufjedenfall die Erwartung. Man hat such direkt wohl gefühlt :)

Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet, und hat eine tolle Lage. Allerdings ist sie sehr hellhörig, man hört alles was auf der Straße vor sich geht, als auch was im Gebäude passiert. Man gewöhnt sich nach 1-2 Nächten dran, aber man sollte es beachten. Sonst ist es wirklich traumhaft.

Very nice stay at Terrence's. Check in was easy and a very nice apartment with a bus stop just across the road to get into the town centre. Host was responsive and friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. It was clean and comfortable. A beautiful apartment with discreet entry and access, including access to subterranean parking garage where I could park my hired ebike. Maria was a great host, easy going and a pleasure to talk to. Geweldige woonruimte in het centrum van Deventer. Het Bergkwartier heeft historische waarde in Deventer. Winkels en restaurants op korte loopafstand.

We had a great stay! It was easy to find. The hosts are friendly and helpfull when needed. It's in a nice and peacefull area. Some nice cities closeby. The apartment is exactly what was described. You will everything you could possibly need. Overal it was a great stay and I recommend them!

the apartment was very nice and well taken care of. We had a problem with the radiators, but Tonnis tried to solve it as quickly as possible.

Maarten is een prima host! Reageert snel en is heel vriendelijk. Top! De locatie was prachtig. Landelijk met een mooi uitzicht. We hebben genoten!

We verbleven met onze twee kinderen (4 en 7 jaar) in het fijne 'Aelderhoes'. Een gezellig ingericht huis dat van alle gemakken voorzien is en waar je je meteen thuis voelt. Het huis ligt in een mooie omgeving waar genoeg te zien en te doen is. Wildlands Emmen is een aanrader (érg leuke dierentuin) en ook het Hunebedcentrum is erg leuk. Ook op loopafstand is er genoeg te doen; lekker wandelen, de molen bezoeken (alleen op zaterdagmiddag) of wandelen door Oud Aalden. We vonden het allemaal jammer om weer naar huis te moeten en komen graag nog eens terug!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus! ☺️ Alles war sauber und super ausgestattet! Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage und sehr schöne Gegend!

La maison, très moderne, spacieuse et bien décorée, se situe dans un quartier très calme, bien desservi par les transports en commun pour se rendre à Amsterdam. Jacqueline est très disponible. La présence de Mona, chat très calin, a agrémenté notre séjour. Nous vous recommandons cette location.

Staying at Dick's apartment was a delight. We stayed with our toddler and baby and had a wonderful stay in Utrecht. The location is excellent - close to everything while being on a bit of a quieter side street. Communication with Dick was incredibly easy. We were able to drop off our bags early while we went out to lunch the day we arrived. We also asked if there was a high chair available and Dick ordered a high chair to be delivered during our stay. His assistance was above and beyond. Other things that stood out - it was so nice to have laundry available in the apartment and the coffee/espresso options were well stocked. The apartment is a wonderful space, we were so glad to have stayed here on our trip.

We hebben genoten van de rust, mooie omgeving en de wellness. Ruimte is schoon, alles aanwezig, Ellen en Marcel reageren snel, denken mee. Ellen is super gastvrij en ontzorgt op alle vlakken. Het was fantastisch, tot een volgende keer!
