Platypus Hills is a superb retreat! The home was perfectly equipped, clean and so comfortable! Danielle, Susie, Nancy & Dawn are perfect hosts! Available and friendly but respectful of your privacy. The setting is idyllic and provided me and friends a peaceful and relaxing get away that left us refreshed and re-energized. Just loved our time! Thank you all!

We loved this place. Clean, modern, well stocked, and comfortable. We especially loved peaceful setting and the view out the back overlooking the wooded ravine with great bird watching. We saw a piliated woodpecker as well as a red headed woodpeckers up close and personal. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very usable. Joanne provided nice quality linens and towels. Our hosts could not have done a better job of responding to our needs while respecting our privacy. We specifically came to visit Turkey Run State Park which did not disappoint although the trails can be quite icy and challenging in the winter. We also toured a bit to see the many covered bridges in the area. The restaurants in Rockville were good even during this lowest of seasons for visitors.

Great place with small town appeal. Very clean and well maintained. A bit of a drive to Purdue but we had no problems getting an Uber to and from. Would definitely stay again!

This is a truly unique and wonderful place with much thought put into it! I will be coming back!

Very nice place to stay . Great for family and pets. Private back yard and had many features. Very responsive and would stay there again . Very clean , fully stock home . Has great internet as well. if you need a desk for some work or just computer function. There is a great desk to use as well. My pets and kids loved it !

Megan's place is a very beautiful rustic style cabin with modern appliances. Both bathrooms are modernized with a rustic feel. The multi-jet shower upstairs was great! My husband and my mom stayed with me and the main level bedroom/bathroom combo just off the kitchen was perfect for my elderly mom. The details throughout the cabin are impeccable. From hand carved wooden hinges to beautiful displays of antiques and an array of taxidermy, I could tell this cabin was built with love and very well maintained. Megan is a fantastic host and made sure our stay met our needs. She is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Megan's place for anyone visiting the area! Thank you, Megan, for making us feel at home!

The place was perfect, everything was as described and couldn’t ask for a better stay. Definitely will stay again when I’m back in town.

Great cabin as described. Fire pit with fresh supply of wood was appreciated. Easy access and if we had forgotten anything Jean and it available.
