Giglio Campese : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Woche in der Villa Berenice! Der weite Ausblick ist absolut gigantisch. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer kleinen Straße, sodass man ganz privat seinen Urlaub genießen kann. Haus und Garten waren groß, gemütlich und gut gepflegt. Auch die Kommunikation war super! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber! Umgeben von Pinienbäumen in einem sehr ruhigen Ort. Die Unterkunft bietet Parkplätze an jedoch waren alle belegt. Parken kann man trotzdem direkt an der Unterkunft am Straßenrand (kostenlos). Die Besitzerin spricht sehr gutes Englisch!

Einfach und schön! Das Haus liegt inmitten der Weinhänge und verfügt über eine traumhafte Terrasse die regelrecht zu einem gemeinsamen Glas Wein o.ä.einlädt um den fantastischen Ausblick über das Meer zu genießen. Im angrenzenden Gemüsegarten wachsen Tomaten, Zucchini,Basilikum,Rosmarin und vieles mehr. Das Haus ist sauber,aufgeräumt und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig und bietet dennoch diverse Ausflugsziele. Des weiteren gibt es im Außenbereich einen Pizzaofen und einen Grill. Kleiner Tipp: Der Gärtner Pietro ist ein fantastischer Grillmeister!Einfach mit ihm einkaufen gehen und gemeinsam grillen :) Erwähnenswert ist auch die tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir bekamen nicht nur eine super detaillierte Beschreibung der Unterkunft sondern auch viele Tipps bezüglich diverser Ausflugsziele. Auch Fragen wurden schnell und detailliert beantwortet. Wer die Natur und Italien liebt und mal abschalten will ist hier genau richtig. Auch mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen!

We are an American and Italian family traveling through Italy and we highy recommend this special spot in the mountains. The landscape was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. We ended up arriving very late in the evening as their was a crash on the autostrada and Luca was very accommodating and communicative. We would stay here again.

Abbiamo appena trascorso un meraviglioso fine settimana in questa villa straordinaria e siamo molto soddisfatti della nostra esperienza. La casa è spettacolare, con una piscina di giuste dimensioni, una piscina idromassaggio riscaldata e un barbecue a gas che ha reso le nostre serate indimenticabili. La villa offre privacy e tranquillità difficili da trovare altrove. È composta da due appartamenti indipendenti, arredati con gusto e comfort. È stata la perfetta oasi di relax per staccare dalla routine quotidiana. L'unica nota negativa riguarda il check-out alle 9, senza possibilità di posticiparlo. Nonostante questo, il soggiorno è stato eccezionale e torneremmo sicuramente! Consiglio questa villa a chiunque cerchi un rifugio di lusso e pace assoluta. P.S. Tutto il personale con cui ho avuto il piacere di interfacciarmi è stato super amichevole e accomodante; menzione speciale per Cosmo, per la sua cortesia e gentilezza!

Ottima sistemazione, in mezzo al verde, silenzioso benché vicino al paese ed alla spiaggia. Fascino del rustico, ma tutto funzionante.

Fantastic abode hidden below the village of Saturnia. The property is fantastic, and has sunshine all day beating down on the garden and pool area. The house has everything you'd need, well kitted out kitchen, and all bedrooms are en-suite. AC worked well, so good sleeping wasn't lacking. The outdoor grill area and living room were also great, especially at night while watching the stars and listening to the nature all around. And for our group, which included 5 kids and a couple of digital nomads, the wi-fi kept up to keep everyone satisfied. I'd stay again in a heartbeat and look forward to being back in Saturnia.

Wonderful location and host very responsive. Beautiful apartment that felt like home! Walking distance to the beautiful little town with lots of food options and shopping. David was a wonderful host.

Ginevra was very friendly and forthcoming. Communication was smooth and prompt. Nice place, surely recommended!

A paradise! Even better than expected, so we have prolonged our stay. Beautiful house, apartment and garden. Perfect location, amazing view, private access to the sea, calm and the city center within walking distance. And most importantly, dog walking and hiking paths starting directly in front of the house. Great host and communication, nothing to criticise. We will come again. Thank you, Marcella.

Per chi volesse trascorrere qualche giorno in totale tranquillità, consiglio la struttura . Abbiamo trascorso un buon fine anno ! Facile da raggiungere e host reattivissima!

La casa si trova nelle vicinanze di Saturnia e altre località della maremma...un posto strategico per visitare questi posti in un contesto tranquillo con un giardino recintato dove abbiamo potuto lasciare libero il nostro cane e rilassarci a leggere un libro al fresco Massimo e sua moglie super precisi nell'accoglienza il posteggio è nel giardino di casa comodissimo

Tolles Anwesen mit einem gigantischen Pool, der täglich gereinigt wurde. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig mit großen Schlafzimmern. In Manciano findet man alles was man braucht. Wir waren schon mehrmals in der Region, allerdings war dieses Haus schon weit ab vom Schuss. Das Haus selbst liegt aber direkt an der Straße zwischen Montemerano und Manciano und ist gut zu erreichen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es hätte für unseren Geschmack ein bisschen sauberer sein können. Vorallem die Küchenutensilien und die Böden. Betten, Handtücher, Bettwäsche war aber sehr ordentlich und sauber. Nach Grosseto oder ans Meer Richtung Castiglione ist schon sehr weit zu fahren. Der direkte Weg Richtung Orbetello ist gut und die Strände da auch sehr schön. Ausflüge kann man viele machen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist Pitigliano.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in 3 persone e un cane. La posizione è ottima, con vista panoramica e vicinissima alla spiaggia, negozi raggiungibili a piedi. Parcheggio difficoltoso. Lo spazio è piccolo seppur bene organizzato, con tavolo e sedie solo all’esterno. Il terrazzino è molto gradevole. La spiaggia di Campese è molto bella con mare trasparente. Cani ammessi in spiaggia.

Siamo stati molto bene… è stata un’ottima vacanza La consigliamo vivamente ! Ringraziamo Margherita la sua famiglia e suo staff .

Très beau séjour dans une très belle maison, très bien équipée, avec une grande piscine. Toute la maison était très confortable, la climatisation efficace et les hôtes très facilement joignables pour aider au maximum. L’environnement est calme, et aéré le soir ce qui fait beaucoup de bien en plein été. Accès simple (avec voiture) à la mer, à un supermarché et à de nombreux restaurants.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in de villa, die ruimschoots uitgerust is met werkelijk alle voorzieningen. De ligging, het uitzicht, de rust, de omgeving en de accommodatie waren top! We keren zeker terug!

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad sind klein, aber schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönen Tischen. Von dort hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Umgebung besteht aus ein paar anderen Ferienhäusern und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool den man nutzen kann und am Ende einer langen Treppe einen Zugang zum Meer (kein Strand sondern felsig aber trotzdem super zum Baden). Rund um das Häuschen ist ein kleiner Garten und viele schöne Bäume. Giovannis Vater Eduardo hat uns empfangen, alles gezeigt und war sehr freundlich. Wenn wir einen Frage hatten, haben wir schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ungefähr 10-15 min mit dem Auto im nächsten Ort. Zusammengefasst: ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort mit perfektem Ausblick bei freundlichen Leuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft! Sehr ruhig und privat gelegen, nur durch ein Privattor der Anlage zu erreichen Dadurch hatte es am Pool und Meer wenig andere Gäste.Renzo war äussert hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, sehr sympatisch! Und wie beschrieben sind die Sonnenuntergänge einfach traumhaft! Was wir beanstanden :Die Bäder sind renovationsbedürftig und leider war das Geschirr bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber Auch das Sofa hatte einige Flecken .Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass das Wlan im Haus nicht funktioniert , nur in der Anlage. Alles in allem haben wie unseren Aufenthalt aber sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.

le foto non rendono giustizia a questo angolo di paradiso, ci siamo trovate benissimo e tutto era impeccabile. saremmo state volentieri una settimana! il posto è molto isolato, il che è un enorme pro, ma bisogna contare sempre di spostarsi in macchine in stradine di campagna. carmine è stato reattivo, flessibile e gentilissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Un’oasi di pace. Un giardino terrazzato curato in ogni dettaglio con una grande varietà di piante. Piscina con vista sulla vallata, la casa è dotata di ogni comfort. Soggiorno rilassante fuori dalla confusione. Consiglio questa struttura davvero unica!

Che dire 5 giorni stupendi. Se ami gli animali, se ami i cani, se ami tutto quello che la natura ti offre non puoi sbagliare a scegliere il Pretriccio Rosso Country House. Una struttura semplice ma che offre un comfort e relax che in pochi riescono a dare. Grazie a quei stupendi ragazzi Rosy e David che con la loro passione e determinazione ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Davvero a volte stare fuori casa anche solo per qualche giorno hai difficoltà a trovare il tuo ambiante perfetto, ma posso garantire che al Pietriccio Rosso trovi tutto ciò che serve per darti qualche giorno di vera pace. Il punto forte??? La struttura immersa nella natura della campagna maremmana e la possibilità di ospitare i propri amici a 4 zampe. La passione di Rosy e David viene proprio dalla passione dei cani. Nella struttura ospita un asilo per gli amici a 4 zampe e un centro cinofilo oltre ad cavalli e altri animali. L’asilo per i cani una idea davvero incredibile. Solo pensare che puoi lasciare il tuo cane l

Such a wonderful house from wonderful people, beautifully decorated by Francesco and Alessandra. We felt right at home and had a great time. The pool made the Italian heat bearable and we enjoyed having the week to relax and unwind. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, but if you don't there is a wonderful pinza in Magliano; ask them, you won't regret it. A trip to the sea is also not too long if the pool is not big enough for you.
