Beautiful views and very clean, also apartment looked exactly like the photos. The hosts are super helpful and very responsive. We had a great time!

La casa ha una posizione molto comoda per la spiaggia ed è fornita di tutti i servizi, incluso il wifi (comodo poiché non c'è molta copertura di rete in zona). Cinzia è stata molto gentile e reattiva, anche quando abbiamo dovuto ritardare il check-in per un imprevisto.

Appartamento moderno, funzionale, con una bella terrazza. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, dal quale si raggiunge facilmente il mare a piedi (5’). Si può arrivare a Santo Stefano camminando 20 minuti a piedi su una strada ombreggiata e pedonale. Casetta consigliatissima se siete a la ricerca di una vacanza tranquilla con un mare cristallino.

Bellissima casa arredata con gusto la distanza dal mare e piu che accettabile la sig.ra Federica sempre disponibile a risolvere i piccoli problemi di adattamento colgo l’occasione per ringraziarla sul tema del ceck out per essersi prodigata a risolvere un malinteso sull’orario consigliatissima location

Wir waren bewusst auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen Zuhause für einige Tage Ausspannen - und wurden bei Teresa fündig! Das sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtete Häuschen ist sehr ruhig gelegen und verfügt über eine wunderbare Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer Richtung Festland. Schattenspender sind zwei wunderbare Olivenbäume. Alles ist sehr funktional eingerichtet, ohne übertriebenen Luxus! Der Austausch und Umgang mit der Vermieterin ist äusserst familiär. Für Urlaub zu zweit - oder auch mal alleine - können wir das Muschelhäuschen sehr empfehlen!

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

Appartamento in zona tranquilla e spettacolare paesagisticamente parlando... è anche vicinissima al porto. .terrazza che ha una vista che vale il soggiorno! Vista mare mozzafiato e alloggio coerente con la descrizione... Posto più bello dell' isola

Die Wohnung mit grossem Balkon ist gut gelegen, alles ist in der Nähe: schöner Strand, hübsches Dorf, sympathischer kleiner Supermarkt, lokale Restaurants. Die Hosts sind sehr nett und immer gut erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Castiglione.

Appartamento in mezzo alla natura, ben collegato sia per visitare le spiagge che l'entroterra. Clorinda e i suoceri che vivono sopra all'appartamento sono stati cordiali e gentili. Tutto bene!

Beautiful surroundings, easy to find. Around 10 minutes away by car from shops etc but thats what we paid for, to be away from everything. Great hosts and 3 very friendly cats knocking around. All amenities as promised and home made olive oil on arrival.

La casa di Beatrice è molto ospitale e dotata di tutti i comfort. Vicinissima al piccolo centro di Albinia, alcune attività essenziali sono comodamente raggiungibili a piedi. Posizionata strategicamente, in circa 15 minuti si può raggiungere Orbetello o Porto Santo Stefano. Avendo visitato in Inverno non abbiamo approfittato delle spiagge, che risultano essere molto vicine. La casa non è dotata di riscaldamento centralizzato ma una pompa di calore consente di riscaldare agevolmente l'appartamento. La casa di Beatrice è perfetta come base per visitare le bellissime località della zona in tutte le stagioni!

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Denise è una splendida padrona di casa. Sempre gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. L'appartamento è curato e in mezzo alla campagna maremmana. Una vera oasi di pace e tranquillità. Senza troppi affanni si può decidere se andare al mare all'Argentario, oppure rilassarsi alle terme di Saturnia o visitare qualcuno degli innumerevoli borghi dei dintorni. Io e mia moglie siamo andati via a malincuore. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto. Stra super consigliatissimo

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. Hat alles bestens funktioniert. Lage ist super, nahe am grossen, breiten Sandstrand. ca. 10 minütiger Fussmarsch ins Zentrum vom Marina. Einkaufen und Restaurantbesuch gut ohne Auto möglich. Grössere Einkaufzentren/ Sehenswürdigkeiten für Alternativprogramme mit Auto gut erreichbar. Wohnung sauber und gut gepflegt, in ruhigem Wohnquartier mit viel Grünflache in Gehdistanz. Alles Nötigen ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus verfügbar. Danke Roberta für die schönen 14 Tage bei dir in der Wohnung

Notre séjour chez Chiara s'est merveilleusement bien passé ! Nous avons été accueillis par son compagnon Giacomo très gentil avec plein de bons conseils pour visiter le coin ! Propreté impeccable , literie confortable, résidence calme et bien insonorisée, cuisine très bien équipée, place de parking privée au sous sol...super ! La vue est incroyable avec une cuisine-terrasse très agréable ! Emplacement parfait pour visiter le superbe parc de la Maremma, Castiglione, le jardin des Tarots et aller sur l'île de Giglio. Beaucoup de belles choses à découvrir dans un appartement hyper confortable. Merci beaucoup !

Luigi’s place is something that simply cannot be put into words ❤️ The photos you see on the listing do not come even close to portraying the beauty of his home. The view from the terrace is more stunning than you could ever imagine and the interior of the home is incredibly charming. The village of Manciano is so quaint, and full of such friendly people. Every single place we ate was the best meal we’d eaten our entire trip, and all of the local staff and people were incredibly kind. I will recommend Luigi’s home to everyone, and I will probably return!!

This is a wonderful house of a wonderful family! It had a nice, cozy and unique design, combining both modern neccesities and more of a retro style. Everything was clean and comfortable, and I felt so much at home! I was sick for a few days there, but I actually felt okay staying at home, since it was so nice. You are surrounded by the most important monuments of the city, it's right in the center of the old city. You can even go up to the roof to enjoy your surroundings with a cup of coffee or a cigarette! And of course the owners are such a nice and welcoming family, they even took me to the near city, and I felt like I was just visiting relatives, rather than I'm renting the place. Worth every penny, highly recommend!

The place is within 15min drive to Saturnia hot spring. I recommend renting towels from Francesca if you do not have your own towels. The apartment is beautiful and spacious. There is a great pasta restaurant within walking distance (less than 10min of leasurely walking). Francesca is a great host. She is friendly, helpful and responsive.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ivan e stato molto cordiale e per qualsiasi necessità e stato disponibile, al nostro arrivo ci ha lasciato una bottiglia di vino del posto. L'appartamento è molto bello. Lo consiglio vivamente

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione. I punti di forza sono la vicinanza al centro e a tutti i servizi, il parcheggio non a pagamento nei pressi dell'alloggio, e soprattutto il terrazzo. Abbiamo trascorso felicemente tantissimo tempo in terrazzo, per la colazione e per la cena. La cucina ha tutto quel che serve, con una grande lavastoviglie. La permanenza è stata ottima. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!
