Super cute space, cozy vibes. this space was perfect for a writing work retreat. perfect with a small office in the corner, a large dining room table to spread out my papers, and a comfy living room. the hot tub was a perfect treat after a long day of writing. the space was perfectly set up for guests, and yet you can tell that the owners use this space too. i personally love that, and makes me care for the space even more knowing that they opened it up to share with others.

We had an amazing stay. It was everything and more. We would stay there again. Thanks for everything.

This home fit our needs perfectly. There is a master bedroom and bath on one side of a great room and 2 smaller bedrooms and bath on the other side. The landscaping is beautiful. If you are quiet, you will be able to see many desert creature The location worked well for us. Gold Canyon is about 30 mins outside of Phoenix, yet had all the services you need. Denice was always responsive. Her instructions are clear and very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the best stocked place we have stayed in. There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, appliances, utensils, and even bathroom essentials. Katlin was responsive and helpful. The kids loved the doughnuts and pool!

we stayed at the shore for our intimate gender reveal & it was so cozy & an absolute dream! our dogs loved it, it was perfect for us. one of my favorites!

I'm so happy we found this little gem; it was the perfect place for my husband and I. We went to Heber Overgaard for a UTV Group ride weekend, and the meeting place ended up being 1 street away. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely book again. The host Stephanie was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

We stayed at Jason’s place for a wedding in Apache Junction and it was the perfect stay for our family! We had a slight issue with Wi-Fi but Jason responded immediately and helped us get everything worked out! Would definitely stay again!

My brother and I drive up from Phoenix to drive Rim Road, and the cabin was the perfect location since it was 10 mins from the end of the trail. The place itself was also great, nice quaint cabin with the downstairs bedroom walking directly to the back patio. Would love to stay here again.

The cabin was just as described. The big fenced in back yard was fantastic for the kids to roam and play. The cabin was laid out perfect with room for adults to relax and kids to have their own area. We would definitely rent again.

Great little rustic place! A good place to escape the city and unwind.

Perfect getaway in Rim Country! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, spices, and basic kitchenware needs. Books, games, and movies was a nice plus too. If you’re staying during colder months, the only source of heat is 2 space heaters and a fireplace. We managed just fine with cozy layers, but something to keep mind if heat is a must for you. Suzie was very helpful and responsive to help us get settled in. I already have friends requesting a link to the listing so they can book their stay!

Larry‘s place was very roomy. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The stores were just around the corner. There was walking paths through the housing area that were beautiful and Larry is very easily to get a hold of. We definitely recommend this place and if we come again to Phoenix will try to rent it again.

Can’t say enough about our stay at this house. Nicely furnished. Swimming pool and backyard was wonderful. Private and quiet neighborhood. Had one little problem and Brian took care of it as fast as possible. Would stay again.

We had a great stay and Harvey always responded quickly with any questions we had. The house was clean and beautiful on the inside. Safe neighborhood for daily walks. The value for the nightly price was amazing. Especially for peak tourist season. Don’t miss out on this one if you have the opportunity. Also, I would recommend San Tan Flats for lunch or dinner. Unique atmosphere and good food.

Lisa was very responsive to any question I had. She helped us find places to go, and she took care of anything we needed. It’s a beautiful place. I highly recommend it.

Loved our stay!! Ryan is one of the top hosts. Great communication from start to finish. The home felt like home, and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was beautiful a little too cool to swim, but I did stick my feet in. The backyard was a nice place to relax and unwind after a day of work. Also shout out for all the amazing Arizona landscape pics. We look forward to coming back. Highly recommend Ryan’s place and staying in Mesa.

House was in a nice quiet neighborhood. She had a very good response time and even checked in a couple times to make sure everything was good. Kitchen was full of various cooking utensils and a nice welcome bottle of wine on the counter. The massage chair came in clutch for us since we were in town for a tournament. I would definitely recommend this house as a great place to stay and the host is amazing.

Stayed for an entire week. Everything was nice and many places were a walkable distance for anyone without transportation.
