Stayed here for golf outing with group of 4 total. Picked it because we needed 4 bedrooms with decent sized beds. It was listed as pet friendly so I worried maybe there would be a smell of pets but the house was spotless and no pet odors. Great sitting area by kitchen with comfortable sofa. Good when kicking back with the guys after a round and chatting. Last place I stayed the furniture was uncomfortable so this was appreciated. Bathrooms were excellent with super clean showers and strong water pressure. Didn't use the pool because it was unusually cold this past weekend but I am sure it is fine. All in I will look to rent it again next year. Only negative was the highway (202) runs behind the house but the sound barrier wall killed most of the noise. Not a deterrent enough that I would still rent again. Also very easy in and out access with the digital lock. One of the better I have used. Highly recommend to rent.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jerry was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

The Elegant Cowboy has it all! This home has a well stocked kitchen and pantry with all the cooking and baking utensils needed for a long stay, amble and comfortable seating for many for dinner or watching TV, the beds are very comfortable and the pool, hot tub and back yard seating was amazing! We will be staying here again! Thank you, Toni!!!

This was the best stocked place we have stayed in. There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, appliances, utensils, and even bathroom essentials. Katlin was responsive and helpful. The kids loved the doughnuts and pool!

Unbelievable place to stay. From the beautiful home and pool. Home away from home. A must come back to stay again. Loved it and the host was wonderful.

There were 7 adults, two babies, a toddler and a little dog in our group and the size of this listing exceeded our expectations! We had plenty of room to visit all together and spacious rooms for sleeping. Kitchen had everything we needed plus good coffee and a great tea selection. Location was convenient to shopping and neighborhood was pretty quiet, especially considering how many cars were parked along the street. There was a little park in walking distance which our two year old granddaughter enjoyed! The pool is beautiful and even though it was too cold to swim, we loved sitting outside and enjoying the private and pretty back yard. We would love to come back and stay here if in the area again.

We were very happy with our rental. It was just as presented, with plenty of amenities, as well as some extras. We really appreciated the availability of a collapsible wagon to carry our things to either the pool or bring our groceries in. Susan also provided us with games and puzzles to keep us entertained. The unit itself was in good condition with well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and rooms were dark for sleeping. The unit is located at the end of the complex, so we did hear a fair amount of road noise, but not enough to keep us awake. I would definitely rent this unit again and recommend the same to others.

This was a great place to stay for a race in McDowell Regional Park. The condo is spacious and worked great for us.

My kids and I had a great stay! Everything was very clean and the space was fresh and well cared for. Nicole was proactive & quick to respond in all her communication, we really appreciated the coffee, bottled water & starter snacks upon arrival as well as having a few board games on hand to play. Would definitely love to come back in the future!

Our stay at Austin and Hannah's was wonderful! They were super responsive from our very first communication through our check-out. It was easy to find the unit and the keypad allowed us easy entry. The place was perfectly located for us; near trails, on the edge of the desert and not far from whatever else we needed. Their space was clean, tidy and equipped with everything we required. We greatly enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub and were consistently awed by the wonderful views from the pool area. The Little Fountain Resort felt safe and quiet, and everyone we met was friendly. We had an excellent experience and will hope to return!
