We loved being surrounded by trees and so close to woodland lake park. We very much appreciated how nice, new and well stocked everything was…. Great cookware, knives, well stocked kitchen, great pillows and sheets, etc.

This may be the best rental property we’ve ever stayed at. It was gorgeous. Extremely comfortable beds and furniture, well-appointed kitchen, spotlessly clean and in a peaceful, quiet area close to Silver City attractions. Douglas was responsive and available whenever we had a question. The house has a lovely tea room, assorted coffee selections, a fire pit, gas fireplace, patio with comfortable furniture and a huge TV for your group to watch movies on. I highly recommend this property. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Thank you Joseph and Jodi for sharing your home and creating such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It was a perfect girls getaway and we immediately felt right at home. The home was clean, welcoming, and easy to get to. It’s close enough to everything we needed, but at the same time providing a peaceful safe haven to retreat to after a busy day. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Everything is as advertised and the backyard view is absolutely amazing with majestic mountain views. This home definitely gets 5 stars all around. We always enjoy staying in this part of Pinetop for easy access to Sunrise. Condo was just what we needed- super clean, cozy, matched the description and found it easily. Added bonus is that many condos or cabins in Pinetop will advertise their fireplace, but once booked, you learn you can’t use it. We were allowed to use the fireplace, which made for a cozy evening after being on the slopes all day!

We were here for 10 days and loved every second of our stay! Beautiful home, amazing pool, and walking distance to some great restaurants. The house was super clean and comfortable! We definitely will be back! Thanks Dean!

This cabin is in a great location, peaceful and quiet and very comfortable. Our family enjoys the Alpine area and the outdoor activities available. The host is always responsive. We will return soon.
