The place was great for our group of 10. Rodolfo is a great host and set us up with everything we needed. The place is close to a lot of hikes and a ghost town but not too far from the city. The house is kept extremely clean and has a great view. Wouldn’t change a thing and recommend staying here if given the chance.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The amenities were great- especially the back yard. The heated pool (a favorite for us), hot tub, outdoor dining area and outdoor games (cornhole, connect 4, large jenga) were great for our family and we spent a lot of time outside. The kitchen had most things that were needed and had lots of seating for dining. We also enjoyed the theater room to watch movies. But there were also TVs in the main family room, outdoor space and each bedroom. We also utilized the pickleball courts (5 min drive from the house - great courts that were first come first serve). We were close to the lake and enjoyed the option to use the paddle boards/kayak that was a short walk away. There was some ambient freeway noise in the backyard but it was not a distraction. Overall it was a relaxing and memorable stay. We would definitely recommend this place and we will hopefully book it again soon.

The place was great! We’re locals who had an emergency flood and were able to book same day. Gabriel’s place is located in a great area with parks, groceries and the highway easily accessible. The place itself was great, backyard was roomy with an alley behind so no worries about my dog or noises

Brandon and Nicole were amazing hosts! We loved every single thing about the house. The pool was warm and had floats available. The ability to rent a vehicle was an outstanding perk. The kitchen was spacious and had many items available for use. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was fantastic with short drives to activities like Medieval times and the Arizona Boardwalk. I can’t recommend this place enough! We felt right at home. Nicole and Brandon were available and gave great recommendations for the area. If we are in the area again we will 100% book it again.

My large family greatly enjoyed our stay at Johnny’s place. It was close to the activities we enjoyed, plus we enjoyed cooking and playing at his home and in the lovely heated pool. We would definitely stay there again!

Dennis was an awesome host! The place had everything we needed and then some—super clean, cozy, and really well set up for a comfortable stay. He was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. We really appreciated the local recommendations too—he pointed us to some amazing spots we probably wouldn’t have found on our own. You can tell he actually cares about making sure guests have a great experience. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone heading this way!

What a great place! It was perfect for our three generation family. It was as nice as it looked in the photos and the pool was warm and inviting. It was also fun to be on the water. Matt was super responsive to any questions we had. The location was near plenty of restaurants and not too far from Phoenix attractions. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house! Paddle boat was so fun on the little lake out back. Hot tub only worked one of the three nights we were there. Disappointing because the heated tub and pool is main reason why we chose this house. Also needing to pick the 3-hours to heat the hot tub and 8-hours to heat the pool was not something we understood before choosing to rent. Regardless, we had a nice time and the hosts were very nice.
