Beautiful and cozy place, lot of activities for a big family trip . We would recommend and for sure we will come back.

We had a nice relaxing time. The bed was comfortable and we slept so good! Everything was clean & as described in the listing.

David and I were visiting for my daughter’s wedding nearby, we found this gem to stay in and also booked another nearby cabin for my daughter and her husband for their wedding night. We brought our fur baby who absolutely loved the space and outdoors. House is private and lots of space with everything you need for the week or weekend. Kathleen was super nice!

Wonderful stay at A-frame State of Mind! House was perfect for our girls’ trip and had all the amenities listed PLUS more. Beds were super-comfy, view was so peaceful, and the detailed instructions were unmatched by any other ABnB I’ve stayed in. The night lights throughout the house were so helpful when getting up in the middle of night. Would highly recommend and hope to return for another visit! Thank you for hosting our family, Tiffany - you really have a great place!

Absolutely loved the cabin! Very beautiful and peaceful. We loved the sound of the peacocks and coming back from a long day of softball games to relax in the hot tub. We would definitely stay again and would recommend.

If you want to get away from it all for some peaceful porch sitting, then this is the place. This cabin is really comfortable. The kitchen is great and has everything you need. The bedding is very soft. Everything was very clean and well kept. Chris and Betsy were kind and communicative. The cabin is set on a nice piece of land with a couple of ponds and beautiful trees. At night you can hear the frogs, owls, and the coyotes in the distance. You can see so many stars here. It feels like you are away from everything but still close enough for a convenient dinner out (our anniversary) and close to the lake. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Chris and Betsy!

Lovely and cozy cabin, the perfect place for a getaway and also a lot of amenities and things to do, you will never get bored at this place, my son had a blast during our stay. We will definitely come back again. Mason was a great host, super friendly and responsive.

This cabin is truly remarkable, exceeding all expectations. The level of detail and care put into its design by the host is evident throughout, from the unique bicycle adorned with flower baskets to the numerous outdoor areas that offer breathtaking views and the soothing sounds of nature. The presence of the dogs adds to the overall charm of the experience. Bonnie, the host, is exceptionally attentive and dedicated to ensuring her guests have a memorable stay. She provided us with excellent recommendations for local dining and a delightful flea market. The cabin's convenient access makes it easy to come and go, and despite being just a short 10-minute drive from town, it offers a sense of seclusion and tranquility. I would highly recommend this cabin without hesitation.

Our stay at the Lake House was very nice. The house is not huge but there was plenty of room for us all. We cooked most of our meals. The kitchen is stocked, but I missed my knives. The very best part of our stay was access to the beach. It was wonderful! The water is very shallow so the littles could get in a play without us worry about them too much. The sand is as white as any beach in Texas. So nice! The kids loved playing in it too. It was a little bit of a hike down to the beach. It would not be an easy walk for someone who is somewhat handicapped. But we all made it just fine. The main road is a little noisy during the day, but not much noise at night. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a few issues after we arrived and Pete was quick to respond and offer help.

I was in Frisco for a 12 week clinical rotation so this location was perfect for me. It’s private, safe, and clean. There’s no way I would have gotten a short term lease with this much privacy anywhere else in dallas. It’s out in the country about 20 min from Frisco. It’s pretty much glamping, glamorous camping. There are cows, donkeys, and a pony right outside which will greet you when you arrive but are separate from the yard surrounding the trailer. Danny is very responsive and checks in to make sure you’re doing fine. There was a point when the internet stopped working and he jumped right on it! It’s a great place to stay as long as you aren’t looking for a high maintenance place and your okay with things that come along with country living.

My family and I stayed at this lovely place for Christmas and we couldn’t be happier. We loved to bring our pup and enjoy the outdoors this place provided. Will definitely love to come back.

Connie is a fabulous host and the home provides all the necessities for the travelers. It’s very thoughtfully stocked! She is accessible and communicates from booking until you arrive to make sure the stay will be perfect. Highly recommend Charlie’s place!

Perfect location for our weekend fishing trip out on texoma will definitely return

The cabin outside of Greenville was the perfect place for a one-night staycation outside of DFW. My husband and I were headed to a wedding near Celeste, Texas, and we couldn't have picked a better place to rest for the evening. The hosts were very responsive and kind. You could tell they spent a lot of time and attention with decorating the quant cabin. The dogs, cat, and goats made the experience even more delightful. Loved drinking coffee on the porch! I also appreciated the host letting me know I'd left a pair of flip-flops behind. I highly recommend staying here!

The cabin was super cute and comfortable with lots of fresh updates. Master bath had a great shower with several options of toiletries. The bed in the master was not the most comfortable but the second bedroom seemed to have a much nicer, although smaller, mattress. I would have slept there if we had stayed a second night. Overall, this was a great place for us and would absolutely stay here again if we are ever back in the area
