Derek was a very accommodating host. The house was well equipped for a very relaxing stay, from the in-home theater, pool table, shuffleboard table, and air hockey, to the hot tub and 2 miles of trails on the 70 acre property. It's also only a 45 minute drive across the beautiful Kancamangus Highway to North Conway where there are plenty of places to shop and eat. Not to mention Loon Ski Resort just under 20 minutes away. I would definitely recommend booking with Derek for a fun, relaxing getaway!

Steve and Michele were so easy to get ahold of and very accommodating! The house was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. There were 5 of us ladies and it never felt crowded. We would definitely visit again!

Great place to stay! Jenna was very friendly and responsive. The space was nice for relaxing and playing board games before we went to see the ice castles. The overall feeling was cozy and welcoming. Good parking right outside the home as well! Would stay again.

This was the third time our family used Tim's house. I can't say enough about how absolutely wonderful it is to be there! It's a good sized house with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and (new) hot tub are SO relaxing! The beds are comfortable, and this year we took advantage of the fireplace, which added a new level of relaxation. Once we arrive, we stay put! If you are looking for a GREAT place to step out of the world for a bit, THIS is the place to be!

We were a family multigenerational group. We all found the home extremely comfortable with lots of sunlight, beautifully designed use of space and tasteful decor. All ages 6 months to 72 years enjoyed the home! The hosts were responsive and helpful!

Absolutely beautiful spot with everything you could possibly need and more! You can tell everything is very well thought out and cared for. The house is so cozy and spacious at the same time. We enjoyed cooking dinner here and relaxing in the hot tub, the upstairs bed is also super comfy!! I would definitely stay here again

Overall, the impressions are positive, however, I would like to note that during the preparation process and during the rental, we received three detailed instructions and found another one in printed form about how we should use the house and how and in what order to prepare the house for moving out. In my opinion, this is too much. Live free or die is not supported option :)

The place looked exactly as the pictures and was so close to the ski areas, which was what we came for. We felt comfortable, it is a very beautiful place! Others commented that there are so many rules and even the walls are full - there were minimal rules placed on the walls. But the messages when you book are long. The rules are all fine and standard, but the tone seemed a bit too much and it was redundant. It was almost difficult finding the important information in the msg like the door code etc. Also not a big fan of having to do laundry when on vacation, but it is part of the check out (start laundry with towels and bedding). Overall really good, but the tone in the messages could be nicer.

We had a wonderful stay at Bella Bear Cabin. I’ve been staying in Airbnbs since 2011 and have never stayed somewhere with more amenities and extra items to feel more at home! The cabin was perfect for a larger group to still feel connected with our own private spaces. We made all of our meals during our stay and the kitchen was great. Highlights include the beautiful fireplace and hot tub, making for a very cozy and relaxing winter stay. We will definitely be back.

It was a nice and comfortable place where my family and I had a peaceful time this winter. the house is amazingly beautiful! The free access to the swimming pool and the gym are really great when the weather is not that good. Lauren is really nice !

Our family had an unforgettable weekend trip in Campton. We spent most of our time sightseeing, but coming home to the cozy cabin made our trip complete. In the evening, we played uno and relaxed by the wood stove. It was perfect. Jason was very responsive to messages and checked in to make sure our stay was going smoothly. We would love to stay again!

Went with 4 friends, great opportunity to relax and disconnect from the constant social media. We had all the tools and stuff to do plenty of cooking. The night sky was beautiful and walking around the neighborhood midday was great, there was no street lamps so walking at night was not the best outside of beautiful stargazing. Overall amazing trip! I would come again!

We had so much fun at Christy’s!!! It’s a great house to gather with friends and family. Wood burning fireplace was my favorite. Also loved that she allows dogs and super easy to communicate with!

Our family of 3 and a dog had a wonderful time. Ashleigh was a fabulous host, she gave us wonderful recommendations and was very attentive. The log cabin is as pictured so cozy and a great place to relax and spend some quality time with family. The cabins workmanship was amazing. The cabin was decorated with special little touches that made it so quaint. We enjoyed playing games by the fire with some great food and wine. Ice Castles were nice and 35 minutes away. We felt right at home! Would definitely stay again. Ashleigh, thank you so much for opening your home to us!

My husband and I loved our stay! The hot tub was a huge highlight, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The space was clean and well cared for! Perfect for a winter getaway. We would love to visit again in the summer or fall when we could grill. Highly recommend!
