Hidden Gem! Owner was super helpful great location….close to lake and ski. Ran into an issue with the hot water and owner immediately fixed it. I’d stay at the house again in a heartbeat and work with this owner.

A great stay for my family of six. 20 min access to ski at Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain. House was clean, warm, and easy to access. Quiet and remote, but a handful of restaurants are reachable within a 10-15 min drive.

let me start out by saying this house is exactly as described and depicted on the website. plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 bigger kids. enough seating space, kitchen utensils, linens, towels. the game room was a big hit for the old and young boys. the moms lived the warm, cozy sunroof. the house has great windows with lots of light. it was spotlessly clean. a snowplow took care of the storm..plowing and shoveling several times..Judith was easy to work with. instructions , as well as things to do, were available in a binder. we had a great week and all hope to come back here.

Ashlee s cottage is truly adorable! She has everything you need and more. The yard was perfect for us traveling with dogs, they seemed right at home immediately. She was very responsive to our text messages immediately and extremely helpful. The pellet stove was a wonderful source of heat and made for a nice ambiance. We bought wood for the fireplace but since it's not a working fireplace, Ashlee left a note so we were able to get a permit to have a fire in the little firepit outside. The beds were comfortable as well as the couch. The kitchen was well stocked and she even left us a little note with a sweet treat 🍷. We would definitely return!

Great house for large family. Lots of games and entertainment inside, and plenty of outdoor activities for both kids and adults. The covered hot tub was a big hit as well! Julie provides a great house manual with all of the necessary info, as well as recommendations and tips for local restaurants, entertainment, etc. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Angelina and her family have a truly wonderful property in what is arguably one of the most beautiful locations in New England. The property is very well-maintained, modern, and updated. The downstairs entry way is spacious and well laid out. It has a large sitting area, two bedrooms, and a wet bar with storage and a microwave. It also contains a full bathroom with laundry. We had another family join us for part of the time and the layout was very conducive to both families having space/privacy, yet being able to spending quality time together. The main living space is relaxing and inviting. The gas fireplace is wonderful to sit by while reading or watching television. We used the house for skiing (Tenney and Ragged are nearby) and loved it. Communicating with Angelina was an absolute pleasure. It was immediately apparent that she is a kind and caring person, and she explained everything clearly and was always very responsive.

Yahaira is a great host. She is very accommodating and a great communicator. It felt like I was staying at a friend's house. The house is beautiful and you can tell thought and care was put into the details. I would absolutely book here again or another property maintained by her. Do not hesitate, book now

We were happy to get this location as it was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit in the region. Jessica and her team were great in their responsiveness for any questions we had. They went above and beyond to make sure out stay was comfortable and safe. When the drive way was iced over they sent a truck to plow, sand, and salt it to ensure that my older parents did not have to worry about slipping. The house was just as described with the amenities being accessible and clean. We would definitely stay again.

A very kind couple and a lovely home. We had a winter storm come through at the end of our stay and they were very accomodating of a late checkout if we needed some extra time to deal with the snow. Also their hommade Banana bread is a 10/10!

Loved staying in Korene’s place. It was very comfortable, bright, and clean. Korene was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home. I highly recommend the space and the host!!!

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

The place was spotless and Valorie was very communicative. The view of the river is beautiful and I appreciated the parking spot right in front of the apartment. The apartment is split level with the bedrooms downstairs (and a toilet and sink) and the main bath, kitchen and living area upstairs. It worked out great for me and 2 teenage kids.

We truly enjoyed this place. Very clean inside and peaceful surroundings. Looks just like the photos. We would stay here again.

I had just left an Airbnb that was deplorable . Tony and Sonja ‘s place was just like going home . Felt very comfortable as a single woman having the space attach to their home. However felt very at ease when it came to privacy . The unit was immaculate. They could not have been more accommodating and kind . Highly recommend!

Forrest and Bridget were wonderful hosts! The place was super easy to find, exactly like the pictures and it was a perfect wknd ski vacation in NH to stay at and have quick access to Attitash and Wildcat Mountains! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore NH!

Sherryl was very nice and responsive. I love her place. My family and I enjoyed our short stay, everything was close by and very easy to get to. I loved the pool and my daughter had so much fun swimming! I highly recommend Sherryl and Domingo place!

Shauna was a great host . I had a few questions that were answered immediately. It was really humid in early August so the ice cold AC’s were great! I would highly recommend staying at Shauna’s place . Easy access to Weirs & Bank NH Pavilion!

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

This was the perfect spot to enjoy some time with friends! The accommodations were very comfortable and it was plenty of space for two families. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. I would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Mikes place was a great stay while in. New Hampshire. Lots of stuff to do on the lake and everything you need is within walking distance!! I nightly recommend this condo on the lake

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

We had a fabulous time at Meg’s Condo. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless! Also the beds were very very comfortable!! Highly recommend this to anyone!!
