The place was decorated really cute. Everything was neat and clean. We had plenty of space and the neighborhood was quiet and really close to Main Street. The backyard area was perfect to relax. We truly enjoyed our time there.

Iris’s place was great! We had a wedding party with 13 people & this was the perfect fit for all of us. There are many activities in the home & the friendliest cat who will come to visit :)

This was the perfect place for a girls trip! The hosts were super welcoming and communicative! They helped us with several dinner recommendations and other things to do. The house was clean and just as described with spacious bathrooms. Plenty of parking and there’s a fire pit with some smores kits if there’s not a burn ban! Walkable and right off Main st too.

We enjoyed our time at the Ochre Haus! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly think of. Plenty of lines and such. It's a super cute house! Cuter than the pictures in the listing. Parking at the house is simple, and just a short walk to main street. I would definitely stay here again.

The most adorable little place to stay for our anniversary getaway. Nice and tucked away but only a few minutes from downtown. Super quiet and peaceful. The whole place had such a cute vibe and the outside patio was perfect for a relaxing evening in the hot tub with the fire pit going and dinner cooking. Highly recommend if you are looking for the perfect couples getaway. I will be letting all of my friends know where to stay when they vacation to Fredericksburg.

We had a great weekend at the house. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and it was a really convenient location for exploring downtown Fredericksburg.

Our family of six—including two kids and two grandparents—visited over spring break and had a very positive experience! It was a short ten-minute walk or less to downtown Fredericksburg where we could do some shopping. The amenities were well-received, from the hot tub to the grill to the back patio. It is an older style home void of some amenities like dishwasher, but we knew that coming in thanks to the accurate description. We did not encounter any issues with the home, and would certainly consider staying again in the future.

We really enjoyed our quick getaway! The apartment was so nice and I loved the amazing bathroom. We would love to come back.

The place was really nice and clean with plenty of parking. Celings along the edge of the walls are pretty low but I am also 6'2" and we knew that from the pictures. All in All a really nice place to stay and we look forward to staying there again.

Lovely grounds and nice, cozy apartment on the first floor with a full kitchen, large bath, nice living room. Bed was so comfortable that we overslept! You really can't beat the grounds - like going to a park. No street noise. Out of town yet a five minute drive to anywhere you want to go. Best of both worlds. Beats a hotel room by a mile

We really enjoyed our stay at Petit Paradis! The pictures and description matched exactly what we found when we arrived. The attention to detail and concern for our comfort was noted and appreciated. We loved the walkability to the local shops and restaurants. We enjoyed brunch at Hill and Vine and an evening with live music and drinks at Hondo. Catalina was very responsive and kind, we totally recommend this property!

This was the perfect space for myself and my 6 closest friends to celebrate my bachelorette party!! Its was such a beautiful space and very quiet and private. The host was so proactive with check in information, was flexible with an early check in time. They provided a clean and charming stay. I would stay here 10 times over, very affordable and walkable! Great location right in the middle of all the fun on Main Street! The accommodations have more of a hotel feel, “kitchen wise” there is a small refrigerator and a Keurig, which was perfect for what we needed because we ate out for all of our meals. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hot tub worked great. The host was very responsive. You really can’t beat the location!

We had a great stay! Really enjoyed the fire pit and patio. Beds were comfortable. We would suggest earplugs if you are a light sleeper and plan to sleep on the pullout couch. The location right on the main road had constant road noise. It was a perfect spot for a girls night away. We had a great time!

We chose this place because the pictures were beautiful but didn’t do it any justice. In person it was breathtaking and had a washer and dryer which not all locations do. There were lots of spaces around the home to relax alone and others to share and spend time together. The reviews posted were positive and we gave it a shot. My daughters and I enjoyed that it was minutes from the strip and easy to locate from any point. Loved it! Rachel was responsive and her Airbnb was on point! Absolutely recommend and will book for a longer stay next time. Book this cottage you won’t regret it!

I had an amazing stay at Robin’s listing!! The property was very nice and clean. We definitely enjoyed its proximity to main street! We were never too far from everything we wanted to do it was perfect! Will definitely be back!

Comfortable condo. Really appreciated the 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Kitchen was nicely appointed and the furniture was comfortable and accommodating. Pictures are accurate. Neighborhood was quiet, but close to Main Street, wineries, and Hye (Garrison Brothers).

We stayed here for a girls trip over Spring Break and had such a great experience! This condo was 4 minutes from Main St and was super easy to find. Akiko was so kind and helpful with instructions, also very responsive!!! The house was super clean and the bed was SO comfortable!!! Cannot recommend enough, we are excited to come back!

We had such a great stay at this AirBnb! It is a great location- it has peaceful surroundings and great star-gazing, while also having a short drive to town for so many shops and restaurants. The house was clean and comfy. Easy check in/out and good communication with the host. Would definitely recommend to others!
