LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

Me and my family had an awesome stay. The house was great with lots of space and places to sleep. We were 8 ppl and there was more than enough room. Garage/game room was awesome I just wish it was insulated with some heat we had to wear our coats to be comfortable, of course the weather was 26F so it was expected. The rest of the house was warm and cozy. I would love to rent this same house in the summer it must be amazing with the view of the lake. One more thing is although there are 2 bathrooms its more like 1 because the second bathroom upstairs has a little door that leads to the room with the 4 beds so the other people not staying in that room didn’t use that bathroom to not get walked in on unexpectedly. Overall I still gave this place 5 stars and it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed and the host is very responsive and accommodating.

Clean, spacious, and as advertised. Good value and would stay here again.

Host was friendly and helpful. House is located in an area close to a great grocery store and lots of shopping. It,s also not far from the mountains for those who want to leaf peep in the fall. The house is cozy and has everything you could want, just have to bring yourselves.

Overall, we had a wonderful, easy, peaceful stay. Will likely book again when I’m back in the area.

Had a quick weekend getaway at Keith's place. Everything was perfect. Easy check in and great communication.

This was the third time our family used Tim's house. I can't say enough about how absolutely wonderful it is to be there! It's a good sized house with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and (new) hot tub are SO relaxing! The beds are comfortable, and this year we took advantage of the fireplace, which added a new level of relaxation. Once we arrive, we stay put! If you are looking for a GREAT place to step out of the world for a bit, THIS is the place to be!

We had a fantastic stay at Mercedes' home in Lincoln. Everything was spotless and well-prepared upon our arrival. The space was even larger than the photos suggested, providing plenty of room for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, making our stay even more comfortable. Mercedes was incredibly responsive and flexible, which was especially helpful with our little ones. The location was perfect—right in town and just a six-minute drive to Loon. The game room in the basement was a fantastic bonus that everyone enjoyed. Thank you, Mercedes, for a wonderful stay!

I wish I could give Diana's home more than a 5 star rating. The space is large and beautiful. View of the ocean from every window. The beach is just a few steps away and is just amazing. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We needed a place to stay for the Eastern States 20 mile and half marathon event. Very pleased with the location. A quick walk to the beautiful beach and the finish line of the event we were in town for was at the Hampden Beach State Park right across the street. Sharon’s place was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. She greeted me upon arrival which was also a bonus. Would stay there again if we are ever in the area again.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful house, which comfortably accommodated our group of 11 guests. The stunning views of the York River from the living room were breathtaking. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The home had everything we could possibly need, and the thoughtful attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. There’s plenty of parking on-site, which made coming and going a breeze. Before checking in, we made a stop at the nearby York Harbor Inn on York Street for a quick bite and were delighted by their delicious French onion soup—highly recommend! Plus, the house is just a short 15-20 minute drive to Portsmouth, which was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped retreat in a beautiful location.

We had an amazing family ski weekend at this house! With four young children, finding a place that accommodates everyone can be challenging, but this house was perfect. It had two cribs, which was a huge bonus for us. The open floor plan made it easy to keep an eye on the kids while still enjoying time together as a family. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes, and there was plenty of space for our entire group to spread out and feel comfortable. The location was also fantastic—just a short drive to Mount Sunapee, making it so easy to hit the slopes. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our weekend getaway!

This is an older ranch with a spacious kitchen and super comfortable beds. A beautiful beach is steps down the road. It is the first house off the highway, so you may hear traffic noise. There is a dehumidifier, which you will need to turn to the highest setting. The host is friendly and very responsive.

I went with my friends and it was fantastic! The surrounding area as beautiful and the added amenities really made the stay special for us.

let me start out by saying this house is exactly as described and depicted on the website. plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 bigger kids. enough seating space, kitchen utensils, linens, towels. the game room was a big hit for the old and young boys. the moms lived the warm, cozy sunroof. the house has great windows with lots of light. it was spotlessly clean. a snowplow took care of the storm..plowing and shoveling several times..Judith was easy to work with. instructions , as well as things to do, were available in a binder. we had a great week and all hope to come back here.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Host was incredible — when we couldn’t find some of the cooking appliances we needed, they got them delivered so we could use them :) Also generally very responsive and helpful! The house itself is really nice and cozy and the area has lots of things to do as well (especially if you like nature). Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very nice and all accommodations were met and exceeded. We cooked dinner in the kitchen two of the nights we were there and found everything we needed very easily. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, yet felt extremely homey and welcoming! The fire pit and outdoor bar were an amazing benefit, the whole back/front yards and patios in general were amazing. It’s safe to say we truly enjoyed our time in this home and will be checking here first next time we come! Highly recommended stay!

It is beautiful to be able to stay at this house and be near the woods and hiking trails, but at the same time the only minutes away from the beach. The house is beautiful and the porches where our favorite places to listen to birds.

We were in town for a conference so great space to hangout at the island or the couch. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Decor was a little funky (still had Christmas items end of March and way too many fake flowers). House was clean and quiet and perfect for what we needed.

Absolutely pristine and gorgeous home. We were constantly talking about how perfect it was the entire time we were there. Would definitely stay again!

Beautifully renovated home in a peaceful and serene location that was perfect for my family of four and my MIL with mobility challenges thanks to a first floor bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower. We didn’t need the kitchen for cooking but it had all needed and necessary items if we had wanted to. The entire home was comfortable and cozy - the radiant flooring throughout the house and in the entryway mudroom was amazing. We also didn’t need to use the washer and dryer while we were there, but it was nice to know it was available if needed. In general, most of the rooms were much larger than what you see in the photos - especially the kitchen and dining areas. The table and island with stools allowed my kids to spread out and do school work using the home’s WiFi (no challenges at all with speed or access). Emily was easy to communicate with and quick to respond, which I appreciated. Family loved the location and we’ll add it to the list for return trips to the area.
