LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! This cabin was absolutely perfect! It was super clean and had everything you needed. The amenities were amazing! There is no reason you would even need to leave. There is so much to do right there at the cabin. If you decide to venture out, the cabin is not too far. Downtown Blue Ridge is just a short 10 minute drive. Elijay is also just a short 20-25 minute drive. Plenty of places to get food to cook or fast food/restaurants. Most of the food in Elijay were chains however we found a gem super close to the cabin called "Pink Pig". It was less than 10 minutes away and had some of the best bbq I've ever had. They had limited hours during our stay so make sure to plan a day they are open to go. The game room was one of our favorite parts! The drive up to the cabin was a little rough. We rented a mini van and had a few instances avoiding the holes that we slightly scraped the bottom. Just take it slow and pay attention to the holes. This place will NOT disappoint!

We had a great stay with our kids, 6 adults, and 3 dogs. The cabin is so specious and great for 3 couples. We will be back, this was our 2nd time staying here.

The place was great. Very intimate and cozy. It was equipped with everything we needed for a great weekend. Chris was very attentive and responsive. We had an incredible time.

We had a great stay at the Bird Dog Lodge! The cabin itself had everything we needed and was in excellent condition. I enjoyed drinking the complimentary coffee while sitting on one of the screened porches. Wildlife was plentiful and the sound of the river below made for a peaceful backdrop for naps on the comfy outdoor couch! The roads to the cabin are curvy mountain roads so take Dramamine if you get car sick easily. We enjoyed spending time at the cabin as well as exploring all the areas of the Coosawatee River Resort. There is plenty to do other than relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Our girls loved seeing all the deer! The indoor heated pool was a perfect activity for the cool early mornings and then we spent our afternoons exploring the different parks and fishing spots. It takes 15-20 minutes to get back into town so we did a grocery pickup prior to arrival and that was super helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was everything I could have hoped for a girls weekend and I would definitely stay here again! Super fun and well decorated space and a very gracious responsive host. Thanks again!

Beautiful little cabin on a creek. There are neighbors but it feels private. The place is elegantly and tastefully done. We appreciated being able to watch the tv from the hot tub! Bed was incredibly comfortable. We found the Benton Mackaye Trail and enjoyed hiking up through the neighborhood. If you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, keep in mind you’ll have to descend the loft via a vertical ladder. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful place! There was plenty of space for our group. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed. Had plenty of spaces to sit inside and outside to enjoy the views of the mountains. Super clean and easy to check in. The drive up is steep on gravel, so if you don't have all wheel drive be careful going if its wet. The only downside was the hot tub had a strong mildew smell. Otherwise, such a wonderful, private, peaceful stay.

The Cozy Rabbit Hole was the PERFECT mountain getaway for my young family. I honestly believe my kids loved being at the house more than they did downtown Blue Ridge and the train ride! The home is so thoughtfully furnished and the decor is perfectly cozy and sweet. The beds are incredibly comfortable! Just the most dreamy space. We will definitely be back in the fall!

Lisa provided an experience above and beyond all the rest. The cabin was even better than expected, but most of all, Lisa went far above and beyond expectations to make sure that everything was perfect for us, even leaving us surprise items to make our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable and leaving me special tips and instructions to help me reach one of my personal goals on our trip! The scenery was beautiful, the cabin was so clean and well kept, everything was functional and comfortable, and the level of service, attention, generosity, positivity, and responsiveness of the host was above all else. Based on my experiences so far, Lisa's cabin and her role as a host is absolutely top teir! She really made the stay enjoyable and special start to finish. I absolutely recommend!!!
