Visiting from Austin, Texas. We loved Katie’s place! The location was perfect. The apartment is above a store so it’s dead silent at night.

This stay was super, I loved it. The heat was usually 3-4 degrees warmer than the thermostat setting. New. Clean. Needs a toaster and a kitchen sink drain plug. Very quiet. Thanks for this little respite.

Ken's place was amazing. Our family had so much fun. Ken's restaurant recommendations were great and he was always checking in on us to see if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again : )

Great spot to stay at while visiting Boulder! Beautiful trails are right in the backyard, and the location is conveniently near CU and Table Mesa shopping areas. The space was perfect for an extended trip because of the small kitchen and fridge.

We had an excellent snowy stay at this modern and well kept condo. Due to a mishap, our two families of four got in very late. When it is dark, the small building signage can be hard to see so be sure to follow Shawna & Steve's directions! The shuttle stop to Winter Park is walkable but give yourself at least 10 minutes if you are carrying gear. Also, if are coming back, try getting off at Safeway and having someone pick you up. That saved us 30 minutes! Overall, the beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, parking was easy, and the fireplace adds extra warmth. Thank you for the pizza place recommendation too! And don't be afraid to go into the jacuzzi even at freezing temperatures at night. It was nice and warm for 4 people and we were supplied with plenty of towels. Thank you Shawna and Steve!

Julie’s place is so cozy and cute. I appreciated the coffee and oatmeal provided! It was very quiet, but so close to the Hill, campus, and Chautauqua Park. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future if possible!

I had family stay at Lisa’s place over the holidays, and it worked so well. The location is excellent and only a mile from my own home. They were thrilled with their stay, and it gave us all some personal space. They were especially impressed with all the nice amenities, the quality of the bed (not too soft, not too hard), and the generous space for a couple. I will definitely have visitors stay at Lisa’s again.

Wonderful place to stay in Boulder. We were within a 10 minute drive of amazing hiking and Pearl St. There is a convenient Safeway nearby that had all the groceries we needed for the week. The place itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Definitely would book again when we come back!

We had the most amazing stay at Ryan's place. So much fun to explore new things. The location is private with beautiful mountain views. The house is absolutely stunning. There are so many fine details you don't notice in the photos. Ryan has really gone the extra mile to make this place special and he has absolutely achieved it. He was also really friendly, helpful and responsive. Can't recommend enough. We will most definitely be back!

This is the second time I have stayed here and it is great! The location is perfect - situated between Idaho Springs and Georgetown. Short drive to some great hiking and skiing. The fenced in backyard is awesome, I felt safe here as a solo female traveler, and had no issues with the Wifi while working remotely. Don't let the proximity to the interstate worry you - you can barely hear anything inside the home.

We absolutely loved this place! The house was impeccably clean, spacious, and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Omg it was so beautiful! Better than the pictures. The snow was falling and the views all around are amazing. The little touches that the owners made to make it feel homey and to make us feel welcomed were above and beyond. Highly recommend and will definitely book this place again.

I had such a peaceful stay. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was beautiful, and I loved staring at the snow!!! Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind. My family enjoyed it we stayed home and made sure to take lots of pictures in the snow. Guest had snacks available to us. Mandy’s house was a great place to stay for our family getaway! It’s in a beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Close to Blackhawk, central city, Idaho springs, and Nederland. We had a great time and highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Mark's place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to Central City. Mark was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

It was a great location with the Lift shuttles running to winter park every day. We also really enjoyed the hot tub after the long days of rippin powder. Thank you for such a nice stay.

Was perfect for a quick ski trip to Granby. Location was great! Everything was tidy and clean. Owners were very helpful and prompt in responding to questions. Looked like the pictures. Extra towels for the pool/hot tub was nice. Before sitting on the couch be sure it isn't pushed up too close to the counter behind it. When we first sat down we hit our heads. It probably got pushed back during cleaning so just be aware of that! Overall great experience.

Great spot and we love Winter Park and love staying at the base. This was a very reasonably priced place and my boys and I were right at home. The place was clean, parking was easy, and the new hot tubs were a plus as well. We’d like to come back. Thanks, Nate

My business partner and I needed a place to rent for a work retreat, and this place delivered. It was clean, quiet, spacious, with almost all of the expected amenities. The kiddo room's bed was surprisingly comfy for an adult. We enjoyed using the hot tub in the snow for a quick work break, and the fairly close proximity to Sulphur Hot Springs. The hosts were very responsive to all of our questions. It was wonderful, thank you.

Nice small place with great access/location to winter park. Great access to free buses that take you around town.

Overall easy place to stay. Close to the slopes, easy to access. It was a bit close to the road and you can hear road noise. The walls and ceiling are also quite thin and we could hear people walking around above us. It was a little hard to find, wish the instructions had specifically said building E, the very first building when you turn in. Hot tub was nice after a day of skiing. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook meals. Overall a good stay and would stay again.
