Beautiful and extremely comfortable home. Loved having a private garage. Kitchen had everything you needed. Would definitely come back again.

You will not be disappointed with this RB&B. With all accommodations, cleanliness, and the location of open space along the mountain range, and only miles away from the highway made it easy access to the mountains, or the Denver area. There is a park you can walk to with trails along the front range that go for miles. This location offers incredible views of the mountains that go on forever. Moreover, the host had excellent communication from start to finish that made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. This RB&B was a fantastic experience frim start to finish.

Had a lovely stay at Roger & Sharon’s place! Everything was as described, we had everything we needed, and felt right at home. Extremely clean and well maintained, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Thank you for a great stay!

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

Bill & Mindy were lovely, helpful hosts, they made us feel right at home. The apartment was spacious and very clean, the kitchen and bathroom well equipped with some nice extras.

Very convenient to the base of the hill. Easy parking. Great hot tub. A great place for 2 people to stay to ski Winter Park.

Really enjoyed our stay. The place was super clean, organized, and in a great location—easy to walk to everything we needed. Rozlyn was a great host, super welcoming and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend.

This place is everything advertised and more. The pictures really don't do it justice. From the decor to the amenities, everywhere you look there seems to be something pleasantly unexpected waiting to catch your eye. Ryan was an amazing host that was always expeditious in his responses to any questions or concerns.I do strongly recommend watching the weather and stocking up on any food or supplies needed while there because inclement weather can strongly effect the accessibility of the house. All and all, I loved this place and look forward to my next opportunity to stay there.

Great place near to Ski resorts, Game room is a plus. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need! Art in the house is great, everyone loved the stay!

This house is amazing. We were surrounded by a winter wonderland. We all enjoyed playing in snow then warming up by the fire. There were so many comforts and amenities available. If you go in the winter, be sure to pick up groceries, etc. on the way. Bring snow chains/cables as the host recommends. Our family is grateful for opportunity to vacation in this mountain house.

Everything was ready for us at the time agreed upon, check-in super easy. Written directions posted for renters were excellent. 2 private bedrooms, additional large bed in an alcove upstairs. One full bath, one half bath. Wi-Fi excellent Laundry machines, d/w, microwave, toaster, drip coffee pot, large frig, electric stove/oven, good selection of pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils. Filtered water pitcher in fridge. Brought our own crockpot & hand mixer. Stunningly beautiful location. In a hilly, forested neighborhood, feels very private. Upstairs deck w/ propane fire pit, main level deck w/ hot tub & propane BBQ. If you don’t want to go anywhere, you won’t need to. About 90-105 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Forest (use state hwys 119 & 7, live up to Colorado’s reputation for beautiful highways). About 75 minutes into the west side of the Denver Metro area. Bryce was very responsive to questions before we arrived & while there. Thank you!

This place is amazing, peaceful, calming and cozy, I wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing house, decent size fenced in yard for pups, views were incredible, very peaceful and of course the hot tub was amazing & clean!!

Gorgeous cabin in secluded, private location close to great hikes in Golden Gate Canyon State Park. We really enjoyed our stay. Some small improvements on toiletries and the kitchenware available would have made it truly exceptional.

Great location and communication with host! Will stay again if we return to Winter Park.

There was so much to like about Wendy's place! I have stayed in a lot of places that describe themselves as "walkable" to the lifts, but this was truly a very short walk (cross one street, walk one block, you are there). Also, the bed was maybe the most comfortable bed I have slept in **in my life**. Good assortment of pillows on the bed and lots of cosy extra blankets, plus we appreciated having a humidifier AND a foam roller. The condo building has a brand-new, very large hot tub - even during spring break, it never felt too crowded. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans for cooking, the bathroom had a tub big enough that I could lie down all the way (ok, I'm not a giant, but it was a big tub!), and overall it was a great value. We had a little trouble getting into the condo but Wendy was extremely responsive and sent a new entry code right away, and from there it was smooth sailing. We are already dreaming of our next Winter Park vacation.

We had a great time in Winter Park. Skied 9 days. Billy's condo was right on the Lift Bus Route--very convenient. The hot tubs were great! Everything was as advertised. We would stay there again.

Great place for a weekend ski trip. The condo was perfect. There was a lot we liked about the condo. The hot tub, cold tub and pool were a big hit and easily accessible. We walked to town each night and enjoyed the offerings and mountain air. We drove to the resort everyday but the bus stop is handy for busier times. Scott had all the info to me prior to arrival and I had no further needs for more info. Will definitely be back. Thanks for letting us use your space.

We absolutely loved our time at Billy and Gina's house. We brought our 2 dogs for the weekend and we felt right at home. Sometimes rentals can feel a bit sterile or like a pure rental. Billy & Gina's felt super homey and like they spend a decent amount of time there. We had such a good time and struggled to leave. Highly recommend!

Great location and great condo. We enjoyed our stay and never felt we didn’t have what we needed. A+!!

The unit is spacious and nicely decorated. Short drive to Winter Park resort for skiing. Instructions for access and house rules easy to understand. On the more expensive end compared to the other options we considered, but having 3 bedrooms set up for adults vs bunk beds was worth it to us. We will stay again!
