We had a great time. Everything was so relaxing. The house was extremely clean and had everything anyone would want. We can’t wait to return again.

We were up ice fishing, location worked great for us. There is also a general store very close for minnows and any forgotten supplies.

Our friends and I stayed at the place and loved it! The lakefront view was a hit!

This stay was perfect. The boys really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Having the lake in the back was so peaceful.

Ron was very helpful and accommodating. The house was very nice and a good location for our fishing trip.

We will definitely stay there again. Worked very well we had room for all of our people spacious plenty of bedrooms. Very nice.

Sasha's cabin was so peaceful and relaxing — exactly what we were looking for. We were surprised with a delightful welcome: fresh flowers and other little touches to make us feel right at home. A marvelous get-away spot on Lake Winnipeg!

We had a great time at the cabin. The wood burning fireplace and hottub made for a very relaxing stay on a freezing cold winter weekend. The cabin is as pictured and the sunsets over the lake are beautiful. Overall would return!

A timeout in a class of its own We stayed here with seven people for one week in September 2024. The very clean and fully equipped cottage is located in a very quiet area on the east side of Lake Winnipeg. This gives the best view of the perfect sunsets in the evenings. The WiFi is very stable. The support from Gayle is fast and attentive. The self check-in is perfectly described. All questions are answered quickly and in detail. Communication is exemplary. The cottage is very tastefully furnished and decorated. The pictures shown on Airbnb correspond exactly to reality. I can highly recommend the cottage. We would like to book it again the next time we visit Lake Winnipeg. Thank you Gayle for creating this beautiful retreat.

Had a great stay at the cabin, it was lovely! Extremely clean and lots of nice little touches. Good location close to several beaches and not too far from the local shop. Would absolutely stay here again.

A REVIEW FOR THE FISHERMAN: We came up with a small group of guys and went ice-fishing. With that being said the house was exactly as described. I sometimes worry with instructions of heat and water that it ends up being complicated or cold. THIS WAS NEITHER and frankly very simple. The wood stove was very nice, and the base board heat had no problem keeping up with the -25f in the evenings during our stay. The house had all the basics to cook and clean BUT bring your own cutting board as the ones provided are smaller. The house was located a few blocks from a snowmobile or four-wheeler access point to the lake was very convenient and easy to get to. If you are bringing a truck and trailer the driveway and road leading to it is not large so backing into the driveway was tight but doable. We fit a 16' trailer + truck and two snowmobiles with fish houses. You will not fit much more than that without out parking on the road. Overall a great stay and experience. Thank you Carolyn.

Very nice cottage that has a modern farmhouse feel with updated appliances. The Host was easy to communicate with and answered any questions. Within minutes of access to the lake.

My partner and I wanted a quiet getaway to celebrate his birthday and it exceeded our expectations. It was cozy, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The cottage had all the amenities available. The hot tub on a cold winter day with the wood stove to warm up to afterwards was the highlight of our stay. It wasn’t too far from Winnipeg Beach or Gimli. Quaint little towns that had lots of trails to enjoy nature walks and outdoor activities. Thank you for your hospitality, responsiveness and kindness. We will definitely be back!

Home was as advertised. Clean, well stocked, perfect for group of adults/children/infants. The beach area was clean. The water was lovely for swimming and paddleboarding. Most of the people in our group agreed that the mattresses were quite hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise, no complaints.

We had a great stay!! and it has close lake access!!
