Wir hatten zu zweit eine super erholsame und schöne Zeit in Claudios Unterkunft. Claudio war super hilfreich, freundlich, spricht top englisch und ist super authenthisch! Den einen Stern Abzug bei der Lage gibt es nur, weil die wunderbare Aussicht des Apartments, über die Insel(n), ihren Preis hat und nur mit Auto / Roller gut zu erreichen ist. Aber auch hier war Claudio super hilfreich. Da er gerade Zeit hatte, hat er uns von der Fähre abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht, damit wir kein Taxi zahlen müssen. Ein Service, mit dem wir so nicht gerechnet hatten und der auch nicht selbstverständlich iat. Hinzu kamen super Tips zu Stränden, Essen und dem Insel-Leben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Bravo Claudio 🙌

The location couldn’t have been better. It was very accessible from the airport via the bus (or train). It was amazing to be on the main shopping/eating street and also have super easy access to the cable car down to the beach. The apartment itself was charming with all the amenities you would ever need and a really beautiful terrace view. Rosario was a helpful host who was always in contact with us and gave us more than enough incredible recommendations for nearby and outside of Taormina as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Ele’s place. It is a beautiful view over the sea and the perfect location from which to explore. There are maybe 15 stairs up from the parking area (you will need to find your own parking before a certain time of day, but we were off season so it wasn’t challenging). It’s also only an 8 min walk into Taormina proper town, where all the restaurants are. The shopping areas are just beyond that - so expect 8-20 min walk to anything from the home. The beds are super comfy. The pigeons coo in the morning but that will be true anywhere here. Ele was super responsive and flexible with our needs. We will definitely be back!

We had the best time in this beautiful villa in Taormina. In walking distance to the city centre on a quite street. The best is the amazing terrace and view with sun all day. The one downside is that there was a bit damp in the upstairs bedroom. Maybe this isn't a problem in the summer, but we found the room cold and moist at this time a year. That said I would definitely still hope to rent the house again. Beatrice was a lovely host, she was so helpful and responding. She recommended a private parking lot only 5 minutes away. it costs 30 euro pr. day. If you don't mind the extra walk, there is a public parking lot 10-15 minutes away, that is cheaper 😊

First off I will echo the other reviews and state: do not underestimate the drive down the hill to the house, communicate with Tina about it well before booking! That out of the way, this is one of the most spectacular air bnbs I've ever been to. The place has all you need and is very well done in terms of the facilities, water installations etc.; the SETTING & outdoor area, however, is outstanding: very private, lying at a hill in serene quietness. radiant days in absolute peace (barely any car noise even making it down the hill), a sunset that might move you to tears, followed by a night of stars that humbled us deeply. Fascinating nature around to explore in hikes if you're into it! We cherished the time here so much - thank you Tina for your warm and considerate presence, we wish you only the best :)

Tout s'est très bien passé chez Diego. Sa sœur nous a accueilli chaleureusement en nous donnant de bons conseils pour profiter pleinement de Taormina. Le logement est très joli et très bien équipé. Le petit exterieur est un vrai+ ! Le logement est également central et très proche de l'animation. Petit conseil si vous sejournez le samedi soir : il vaut mieux emporter des bouchons d'oreilles 😉

Ich war eine Woche in der Unterkunft und bin ganz dankbar und zufrieden. Maria, Italo und Tango 🐶 haben mich toll empfangen. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und das Frühstück war jeden Morgen sehr lecker. 🥞 Die beiden sind ganz aufmerksam und haben immer Tipps für die Umgebung parat. Ich hatte ein Auto vor Ort und konnte problemlos auf dem Parkplatz parken. Die Umgebung kann man sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit Bus/Auto von dort super erkunden. Es war ein toller Urlaub und ich bin happy.

Appena arrivati a Lipari ci siamo diretti verso la casa. Dista poco più di 5 minuti a piedi ed è facile arrivare usando le indicazioni su internet. Si trova nella zona di Marina corta è per arrivare nell’appartamento si possono attraversare parecchi vicoli caratteristici e ricchi di colori, paesaggi mozzafiato e si può ammirare anche la vista sul porto. Li abbiamo conosciuto gli host che sono persone molto per bene, amichevoli e ci hanno anche dato parecchi consigli su come muoverci in zona,cose da fare e vedere e si sono anche presi la briga di fare un giro di telefonate per trovarci una barca a noleggio (che consiglio). Detto questo li ringrazio e spero tanto di tornarci presto 😁

Amazing place!! So private, and beautiful. As it is somewhat remote, our hosts arranged for a taxi (which was included in the rent) from our ferry. Our driver waited for us to do our food shopping before whisking us off to the property. Once there, our host transported us and all our luggage to our private casita. There, we enjoyed the spacious views from our large terrace, our private swimming hole below, and nearby beach. One can see Stromboli on the left and Vulcano on the right, with its simmering crater. Sunrises over the ocean below. Our hosts Mariagrazia and Carlo were warm and welcoming. I would give Seven Stars if I could!!

Our favorite stay in all of Sicily. Breathtaking views of the Isola Bella right out front! easy walk to that beach with cute restaurants and swimming. Barbara is super cool. Place is Magical.

Casa confortevole, pulita e a pochi passi dal mare. Posizione strategica per la vicinanza alla fermata del bus. Sonia è stata davvero gentile ad accoglierci e a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Assolutamente consigliato!

Daniela was a wonderful host. She waited for our arrival in person and even got us food and snacks and a bottle of wine as we were arriving late and were tired. The place is clean and tidy, has all the modern amenities and is located perfectly to explore the surroundings. It has on street parking and is a couple of minutes walk to the beach. I would undoubtedly recommend it.

A must stay for fans of “The Godfather” The village has several scenes from the films. Take a drive to the quaint village of Savoca and have a drink in the famous “bar Vitelli” We spent our mornings walking around the village of Forza d’Agro, exploring the tiny higgledy- piggledy alleyways that went up and down with houses dotted around. Unfortunately many are not habitable but this adds to the charm. The apartment has everything that you need and has a spectacular view of the sea and surrounding houses below. The place is very clean and comfortable. The village has a number of restaurants to choose from at very reasonable prices all within walking distance from the apartment.

Massimo's directions to his address were accurate per Google Maps. The location is favorable with a nearby bus stop, a wonderful restaurant, and a lovely grotto. A stairway to the apartment is necessary due to the mountain-side terrain. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the dining table most gracious. Every evening, we enjoyed wine on the balcony over-looking the city and the bay with Mt. Etna visible in the background. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens are soft and new. The first bedroom has great views, but unfortunately, the second bedroom has no views, due again to the the mountain-side aspect. Our touring included a short bus ride up to Castlemola, a fascinating medieval town over-looking Taormina; the ancient arena and Corso Umberto in Taormina; a Godfather tour provided by Sicily Adventures; and last but not least, a visit to Mt. Etna via cable car and volcanic-site worthy "bus". We thank our wonderful host! Massimo is friendly and attentive in every way.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. It is exactly as pictured. The apartment is extremely clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The view is amazing. Dorotea was such a warm and inviting host. We would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Milazzo. le confort de l’appartement avec terrasse a largement compensé le temps maussade à l’arrivée.

Nous avons été accueillis par Dario, superbe accueil, nous avons pu laisser nos valises avant le checkin ! Dario nous a offert un bel accueil avec toutes les explications claires pour passer un excellent séjour. La maison est superbe ! Située dans le corso Umberto, hyper centrale, proche de tous les restaurants et magasins ! Très propre, les literies sont excellentes, le jacuzzi nous a bien relaxé après nos journées de visite, et que dire de la terrasse qui a été un émerveillement pour nos yeux ! La vue sur la Baie de Taormina et l’Etna est à couper le souffle, nous reviendrons c’est sur ! Merci pour tout.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect honeymoon getaway at Roberto’s Airbnb in Sicily! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, private, and beautifully maintained. The views from the property were absolutely unbeatable and made our stay even more special. The location was fantastic, with plenty of charming restaurants within walking distance, as well as easy access to the bus stop and the cable car to Taormina. It made exploring the area a breeze! Roberto went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of prosecco and plenty of snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch after our travels. He also provided excellent local recommendations, especially helpful during the rainy days we encountered. We truly enjoyed our time at Roberto's home and can’t wait to return on our next visit to Sicily. Highly recommend!

Amazing location right on the main street, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and all the energy of the city. Everything is within walking distance, making it the perfect base to explore. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a great stay. Mario and Virginie were fantastic hosts—responsive, friendly, and full of great recommendations. If you want to be in the middle of it all with great hosts, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Alena Apartments was spectacular! The view was incredible and the walk to the beach so enjoyable and only took a couple of minutes. The jacuzzi was awesome and the shower was the icing on the cake! We had such a restful and relaxing time! Everything was so clean and well organized. A beautiful decor and elegant lighting. And our host, Emanuele, was the absolute best! Out of this world kindness and thoughtfulness! He was very attentive and helpful with everything we needed. Such a gentleman! So grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at his Airbnb!

Literally located in the best area, everything you’d need in the flat, clean with a good host. Such a bargain!
