What a great place to escape and relax with great surroundings and a beautiful house to come back to .

Beautiful property in a peaceful area, close to beaches and lots of great restaurants and cafes at Mornington. Peter was very welcoming and gave us some extra goodies for our stay. Very dog friendly - our dog loved it there. Our favourite part was the beach box where we spent lots of time enjoying the paddle board and BBQ in a great location! Would be happy to return.

A beautiful space and well appointed, everything we needed! Best of all was our wonderful host Peter and friend next door Justin who helped me in a medical emergency. A huge thank you to you both. A gorgeous place to stay, both inside and lovely outside space for my fur baby, fully fenced. Great coffee only 20 steps away. And chocolate!!!

I can't express enough how wonderful Jayne's Barn is in Main Ridge. I've been to a lot of luxury, uniquely styled places and this one tops it off. Jayne has renovated a barn, into a stylish 5 star-like resort. It's beautifully presented, super clean, has amazing views, close to all the great things in Red Hill and totally private, all while Jayne thinks of everything including food, body cleanses/salts and books etc to make your stay calm, enjoyable and definitely memorable. The outdoor shower was amazing, along with the outdoor entertaining areas to enjoy dinner under the stars. If I had to compare to anywhere, it would be like Qualia resort in Hamilton Island, but a country version. I didn't want to leave and will surely be back. On top of all that, Jayne is the nicest, most welcoming host.

We had a wonderful stay at Howard's Hill. The converted barn is very spacious and well appointed. We felt right at home instantly, could unwind and relax with our doggo. The little welcome treats (including for the dog) we're a nice, homely touch and made Howard's Hill feel like a new take on a B&B. The accommodation is remote (what we wanted), so the inclusion of some breakfast provisions, including juice, tea, and coffee, made the mornings very relaxing.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Mae’s eco retreat! The place is beautiful —peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by nature - we had a mama kangaroo join us for morning tea. Mae was a thoughtful host, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. We especially loved the close access to the beach, which was perfect for catching stunning sunset views. It was the ideal spot to unwind, and we’d love to come back again. Highly recommend!

We stayed here on our honeymoon for 9 nights- and it was a wonderful stay. The Barn was nice and cozy on the rainy days, and the breakfast supplies left for us were fantastic. We highly recommend seeing the camels and kayaking; they were some of the highlights from our visit. Bernie and Diana were lovely and welcoming hosts, providing all we needed and more.

Hi Jacob Great to be back, although it’s a very hot and dry season to be in the area, I preferred it when not so hot. Just a note to say that the bathroom amenities were not refilled for our stay, we had no body wash so had to use shampoo - a reminder to check supplies before guests arrive.

Yet another great stay in this home, everything is well presented and clean, a fabulous place for a family to relax.

If you're looking for a peaceful, one-of-a-kind getaway, the Old Barn Airbnb is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its rustic charm and cozy atmosphere. The hosts have done an incredible job of maintaining the barn’s historic character while adding modern comforts that make the stay truly special.

The barn was perfect for our needs- Great location close to so many attractions and within a convenient 10 minute drive to the Mornington Racecourse for events and festivals such as the Summersalt music festival that we attended. Judi and John were super helpful in accommodating us for this event. We also really appreciated the additional thoughtful touches such as the wine, tim tams and breakfast items left for us. Thanks for a super stay!

This is the second time we've been here and absolutely love it. The walks and the scenery are beautiful. The house is so immaculate and so well presented. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

We absolutely adored our stay here! We knew right from the start that Sandra and Craig are the type of hosts to go above and beyond. We were immediately provided with excellent communication, including local gems and events running that weekend, helping us to make the most of our stay. Upon entering the property we noticed how much thought had gone into the place and could admire the passion that had gone into this beautiful property! We were welcomed with a bottle of sparkling, cheese and some delicious brownies, on top of the generous brekky supplies! We also had the opportunity to feed the gorgeous farm animals which was an added bonus! The views were also beautiful. This was just the quiet peaceful getaway we were after and we cannot thank Sandra and Craig enough! These hosts truly deliver on the relaxing escape you may be after! Thanks again :)

Our stay was wonderful. There was plenty of space for everyone. It was close to the beach. everyone enjoyed their stay and had no complaints about anything.

My family had an amazing stay and Katrina was so lovely and helpful to communicate with. The house was perfect and we love to bring our dog away with us, the backyard was huge for her to run around and explore! The added bonus is the barn accommodation! Perfect location, friendly neighbours and we felt right at home. We love holidaying in St Leonard’s and people who open their homes up to allow others to enjoy the location. Thank you Katrina!

Well appointed, toasty warm and beautifully styled. Great to be able to bring our dog but surrounds not fenced so not quite as relaxing as it could have been. Delish dinner and granola, thanks Warren. Snow on our last day was magical. Thanks for a memorable stay.
