Stanford retreat was a beautiful home and exactly as described. Our hosts were very helpful and checked with me more than once to make sure we were happy and there were no problems. I would highly recommend them, and if we come back to Gisborne this will definitely be our first choice for accommodation in the future.

We had a great time at this place. Kids absolutely loved the pool. The view of the green hills and farm animals just behind the backyard create a feeling of peace and tranquility, that we really needed. All shops and cafes are just 10 min driveaway. Natalie responded to communications promptly. The house was equipped with everything needed. Thank you Natalie.

Great place, easy to find. Ample parking. Spacious living area and bedrooms. Host allowed us to check in earlier which was an awesome thing for us and fast response. Front deck compliments the stay. Would definitely recommend and will consider rebooking for later events.

We loved our stay at Crystals place. Excellent location, very presentable, clean and tidy. It had everything plus more that we needed to be comfortable and happy. Great communication too. Highly recommend!

Jane and Hamish were lovely to deal with. We were arriving after the check in time and they were very flexible with that. Sent prompt messages about important things so I didn't feel the need to reach out to ask for important information. If I head back to Gizzy, I definitely will reach out again.

I booked this accommodation for my colleagues, and it was perfect for their needs while working away from home. The communication with Bec, the host, was excellent—she made the booking process and any adjustments extremely smooth and easy. I would definitely book again in the future.

Linda and Daren’s place is so beautiful and well located!! On top of that, these two were the most gracious and generous hosts. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and bbq. We will 100% be staying here when we come back to the Gisborne area. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Great accomodation for a big family group, we loved the decor, & the beds that were comfy, plus the outdoor area was great for little ones to play as yard very secure. The kitchen had everything you could want for a big dinner or baking. Loved that there was lots of blankets and extra towels in the cupboard Thanks Jill for the excellent accomodation 😀

We spend a perfect holiday there. Great place to cook, stay inside and outside, close to the beach. Very comfortable rooms and great kitchen, relaxing living room and spacious veranda. Comfortable bathroom to get the showers after the beach. Perfect wifi.Couldn’t be better.

Craig’s property deserves 6 stars. Hands down the best we’ve ever stayed in. The location is incredible and the house is beautifully presented. Craig is a fantastic host and was extremely responsive. And fresh eggs from the girls was an absolute treat. We will definitely be back but for longer next time!

We absolutely loved our stay in paradise! Views just breathtaking. Hosts were extremely easy to communicate with and flexible with our check out time which was really appreciated. The waterbed was a fun experience!

This is a little haven in the city. Quiet street with a great fish an chip shop and grocery store within walking distance. The blooming roses this time of the year are beautiful and have a fantastic scent. Was tempted to pick one but didn't. Thank you to the hosts.
